Apex is one of the most professional restoration companies I have seen so far. When my bathroom flooded due to faulty grouting, they were the ones to demolish the wall, and then after the subcontractor finished grouting, Apex put back the walls and reset the toilets again.They did the cleanest demolition job ever! I could not believe it when the technician Alphonso Cruz told me there would be no dust elsewhere in the bedroom or even outside the area of work. But he did it! He was meticulous in covering up every appliance and counter prior to demolishing the wall, and cleaned up so well afterwards. After the grout fix was done, Alphonso came back to perform the water test and made sure there was no leak, before telling us we could proceed with the restoration work.The restorers were also just as precise. They came on time everyday they said they would come. In one case, they even agreed to come earlier than previously agreed, to accommodate my schedule. And again, very clean work! All in all, many thanks to the company, I rate them very highly!

These guys were great! I wanted to give a shout-out for Raymundo Reyes and Fabian Ramirez! They returned all of our belongings after Apex restored our garage from a slab leak. They were on time, courteous and very helpful. Thanks guys!

A water leak in my upstairs bathroom turned into a mess in my downstairs bathroom. APEX was referred to me by my plumbing company and Alfonso and Austin came that day to start the dry out -- Very professional, pleasant and communicative. I recieved an estimate for the restoration from Kyle at APEX and plan to use them for this too. Ill update the review with photos when the restoration is complete.

Highly Recommended!!! Anthony and his moving crew of Ceci, Alba and Fabian were thorough & efficient moving our furniture out and in of our flooded unit. During restoration, by another company, Anthony was open & available to retrieving and delivering items to us during our extended stay at our hotel. Very professional & Much Appreciated!!

We had a main sewer line burst and flood our home. Of course, this happened on a Sunday. The plumbing company recommended Apex for the mitigation and repairs. Michael Montesdeoca arrived promptly and immediately assured me that he would help and do everything he could to help our family. He did that and more.He walked me through the process, gave me advice on next steps, called me daily to check in and update even when there was an update because we were waiting on insurance. And waiting and waiting. He never once lost his patience or commitment to help. He added humor when it was desperately needed.Now that we are almost on to the next stage, I am going to miss his excellent customer service and, well, friendship. In stressful times like this when your family is displaced, the timing is unknown, you cant get a single person on the line or to return your call, Michael was there checking in.Apex I hope you know who you have and keep him around. An asset doesnt even come close to describing him.We also used Apex to pack up our entire house. Anthony was in charge of the team consisting of Cecilia, Fabian, Alba and Alex. It is hard enough to move and these people had to come in to our unprepared home and not only pack it up, but itemize everything. They were thorough, kind, clean, and careful. I never once felt like they were in a rush or judging us. That meant the world. They also saved a small piece of a very important family heirloom for us before it was discarded. Thank you, Anthony and team.Overall, I would highly recommend Apex for any service they provide.

1/15/2021 - Reliable and Great Communication…Joe and his son were friendly, knowledgeable and professional during their visit. They wore masks and were considerate of our health and safety. Joe did a crawl check, showed pictures, shared moisture measurements and gave a rough estimate to start the job. We were grateful and happy that we contacted Joe because he fixed the damage under our house; brought absorbent before The White Glove Guys repaired the leak (big help for the plumber) and set up fans for three days. The setup and take-down for water extraction and remediation was awesome, the fans were so quiet for three days. We highly recommend Joe at Apex.

Apex did an excellent job after we experienced a sewer backup that flooded our downstairs bathroom, extending into the laundry room and adjacent office. We also had a leak in our upstairs toilet that severely damaged the bathroom floor. Their team promptly mitigated the flood damage, skillfully removed the affected areas (including handling asbestos), and rebuilt both bathrooms beautifully. Despite some challenges with project management transitions and being understaffed and overbooked, they delivered with integrity and attention to detail. We’d like to especially thank Fonzie Cruz, Roberto, Kyle, Joe Willardson, Guillermo, and Bill for their hard work, and Jaime and Bill for returning to finalize the finishing touches. We truly appreciated the extra mile Apex went for us!

This summer we had a slab leak in our home and Mike and the team did a tremendous job of completing the work so our home now looks better that when we started. What we appreciated most was the excellence of the work and how they became our trusted adviser with some of the material we chose and how they should be installed, and then they were incredible when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Throughout the entire process we felt that Mike from Apex was definitely trying to put our best interests always.

Water damage is a home owners nightmare. If it happens to you, I can’t imagine a better company, especially if they send out Michael and his crew. Not only did Michael do a great job, but he really put me at ease with the whole process and guided me through each step. I hope never need them, but if you do, there’s no better team.

Joe and his team were efficient, respective of my space and thorough in the abatement and remediation of the intense bio-build up within the divide wall of my kitchen and hallway. Joe stayed in constant contact and even took my call when he was fast asleep. (I totally feel bad about this) I was happy to treat he and his team to pizza lunches while they did the abatement and treatment. The difference is incredible. I will also be posting another post once my restoration/construction is completed.

We recently has a pipe spring a leak, we called a plumber who repaired the pipe and referred us to apex for the restoration. Apex was out in 45 minutes!Joe W. began with thorough checking of moister and planning for clean-up. He told us and showed us each thing that needed repair, demolition and mold removal. He planned actions thoughtfully, for example he contained the demo in a way that let us use our kitchen. Most importantly he talked with us each day, sharing what he had done and what he planned to do the next day. Once the plastic containment began to fall a bit in a corner, when called he said thanks, yes Ill be over to reinforce it before the end of the day and was.Joe at Apex was very professional and certainly the best communicator weve worked with.We highly recommend Apex.

We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing a reliable company to clean our condo after a nasty plumbing and mold problem surfaced. Our HOA chose Apex Contracting and Restoration to do the work. Much to our relief, Joe Willardson was sent to supervise the project. Joe calmly explained each step of the process while he was in the midst of a company reorganization. The work was done in a timely manner with all required certifications done. Joe answered all of our calls quickly and patiently answered our questions. I also want to commend the Apex receptionist for forwarding our calls quickly, too. Its reassuring to have a guarantee that our home is safe and the disruption was minimal. Thanks, Joe and Apex.
