We chose Noma to remodel our home. We started with the kitchen and then did flooring and the bathrooms. Overall and about 2 months later I can say that these guys are so awesome! We are very very happy with their work, and also their amazing customer service. It’s not always smooth on a large remodel project but Mike definitely knew how to handle every situation so respectfully and calm. In the end, our house is gorgeous and we feel great! We highly recommend them!

I have a great experience with Noma Design & Build. After I interviewed 5-6 contractors for my kitchen remodel I decided to go with Noma Design & Build. They gave me most realistic offer and they were available very soon after we signed a contract. The project went OK with no significant issues. The project manager was very helpful and professional and he gave me some great suggestions. Because of all that my new kitchen looks phenomenal, beautiful design and excellent quality. Highest recommendation for this contractor.

We did have a couple of small issues which they took care of right away and were more than happy to make things perfect. That is what professionals do! We just moved to Carmel valley 5 years ago. We decided it’s time for a remodel, and decided to start interviewing contractors for the kitchen makeover. We took 4 estimates but Mike was very patient and not pushy at all, which is what made me feel very comfortable signing with him. He came with us to find materials and look at samples of cabinets and tile/ countertops. After all the research was done and we knew exactly what we wanted we signed and proceeded with the project. The timeline given was 6 weeks start to finish and it was done at 5.5 weeks! We were so thrilled with the skills of the workers, what a high quality job they did! We were also extremely pleased with the level of customer service from Mike. I would highly highly recommend Noma for all your remodeling needs, I will definitely use them for the remainder of my house in the future!

We bought our house in Scripps Ranch and felt like the kitchen was a little outdated and can be modernized. We searched for a while and when we met Mike from Noma we knew this was our guy to tackle this project. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. He really wanted us to know and understand everything about the process and walked us through until the end. He came with us to pick out countertops and flooring. His workers are very kind and respectful of our home. And most importantly the outcome was perfection!! We highly recommend Mike from Noma for any remodeling you need!!

My wife and I live in a 1980s home that needed some updating. We weren’t sure if to start with the bathrooms or the kitchen or the floors. Mike was very helpful in that we split the projects up by first floorAnd second floor. We started with the downstairs floors, kitchen and powder bath then when that was completed we did all the upstairs. Everything was done to perfection! He has the best tile guys out there! It wasn’t the cheapest bid we got but it was the middle one of the 3, but we got top dollar results! The whole crew was so respectful considering Covid and always wore a mask when we were home! The customer service they provided us was spectacular. We debated to sell or remodel but we are so happy we did these projects because we now added value to our home! Highly highly recommend Mike from Noma!!

We remodeled our old kitchen with Noma and we are super happy.Mike come to our house for the first meeting and gave us a lot of ideas as wall as showing us a lot of pictures.He took the measurements and we met again 3 days after, he came with a detailed proposaland we went over it together, I told him that we’re wetting for two more quotes to come and he was not pushy at all!I called him a week after and we signed a contract.The job took 5 weeks (he told us 6) and it looks amazing!!The price stays exactly as we agreed, no add one.We are highly recommend Noma!!!

I hired Mike at Noma to remodel my entire condo. We did 1.5 baths and a small kitchen, floors and paint all the interiors and replace a sliding door. What I like about this company is the fact that everything was straight forward. I knew what was happening everyday and I felt very comfortable know who is coming to my house and at what time. My biggest fear was add ons to the cost due to a really bad past experience where the contractor kept adding fees at the duration of the project. I’m very happy to share that the price we started the project with was the same as the closing price of the project, no add ons!! I’m very happy with the perfection of details of the job that has been done. My condo is stunning!

They built a patio at my home, not a big project but little complicated. There were some issues but they resolved everything and finished on promised time and within my budget. We purchased a 65-year-old house that hadn’t had any updates, so it needed a substantial amount of work. We worked with Mike and I couldn’t be more pleased with that decision. I was introduced to Mike and his team by a friend who had worked with them before. They only had good things to say and I saw first-hand that their work was impeccable. While this was my first remodel at this scale, I was quickly able to relax knowing that Mike and his team had everything taken care of. They were very organized, extremely communicative, fun to work with, and best of all – really cared about ensuring the work was top quality and that we were happy with it. I love recommending them to friends because I know how unique they are in their line of work. You hear horror stories about remodels, and this was the exact opposite.

Project - Kitchen Remodeling - included removal of one wall and readjusting two other walls, and Whole House Flooring.Review of the project manager/coordinator - We have nothing but overwhelmingly positive reviews for Mordechay Matt Abotbol!!! We reached out to about 10 different companies before choosing Noma Design and Build for our project. Nomas project leader Matt was a perfect match for us - practical, informative, enthusiastic, energetic and patient. Not pushy, not sales-y, worked diligently to meet our dream-kitchen expectations and keep our costs within our budget.During the entire renovation process, there were a lot of instances when we went back to Matt telling him that we dont like a certain thing, or we would like to change something from the initial agreed upon design. Matt was nothing but supportive and understanding. Instead of saying, sorry, this can not be done, or it is too late to change things now, he always had a solution for our requests. He helped provide relevant design options based on our need, introducing us to multiple vendors each, for flooring, cabinets, counter tops and back-splash. But this was just the tip of the iceberg. Our remodeling project was midway when COVID19 hit and shut down everything. Matt (god bless him) worked tirelessly to keep the project on track! He did all the leg-work finding the vendors still available, moving timelines up in anticipation of further closures all around, making sure his team members were staggered to manage safety yet well-prepared to carry out the tasks efficiently. We were just a day or two over the scheduled timeline by the end of it all!Review for the crew - Thoroughly professional, meticulous, great listeners and collaborators and very conscientious! We were staying in the house for almost the entirety of the project. From the get-go demolition step (removing tiles and smoothening the floor), they were careful keeping different rooms clean, cordoning off the construction areas so that our energetic 4-year-old could be as safe as possible. When COVID19 hit, they took great precautions to keep a distance from the family (they were doing this even before CDC guidelines were available). As usual they continued to make sure that dust was minimal, the access points for the family and the crew were separate while making timely touchpoints to discuss any decisions/troubleshoot issues etc. Their eye for safety was highly appreciated given the kiddo and my pregnant wife in the house. Their collaborative approach helped ensure there were no surprises and everything was as per our expectations.Kudos to George, Edward and all the crew members.Overall - 5 star reviews all around! Loved this team, loved the company and the kitchen turned out soooooo much better, superior than even our imagination!!!Noma had one of the most competitive quotations that we received.We have already recommended them to two of our family friends who had bathroom and kitchen projects.
