Highly recommend Diaz Painting. We co-own a property in Twin Peaks. Got 3 quotes for painting the exterior and decks. They quoted less than half what our highest bid came in at. They did a beautiful job. They arrived when they said they would, they respond immediately to questions, and returned to fix some very minor issues afterwards, even after being paid the job in full. This is a company that is making a good living offering a fair price and not trying to take advantage of folks. Very much appreciated in todays rip off climate.

After several bids to paint the full interior of my house (all rooms, trim, closets, etc.), I decided to go with Diaz Painting. Luis responded to my request for a bid very quickly and met me at the property to go over every room carefully. Of the four bids I received, Diaz was by far the most competitive, but beyond that, the care and attention to detail from Luis really solidified my choice.Felipe served as the site captain for the job, and his entire team was on time and easy to work with. With consistent check-ins and confirmation about details and colors, I felt comfortable knowing they would do an excellent job. Felipe even went as far as to point out areas that needed repair that werent in the original bid. They also didnt miss a beat when I asked them to include the front door and garage door, and they even finished ahead of schedule. The final product was fantastic, and the fresh paint looks wonderful - feels like a new house. Thank you, Luis and crew!I highly recommend Diaz Painting for your painting needs. Theyre just great.

In early March we had the entire inside of our house painted and also the cabinets. This week April 17th we had the entire outside of our house painted. Diaz Painting did an outstanding job. We love the results. Neighbors are complimenting us on how nice it looks. A neighbor near us is interested and getting a quote next week. We definitely recommend this company.

Our house was beginning to show its age. We got a few quotes and decided to go with Diaz painting. Their prices were reasonable for the amount of work we planned on. We had them paint the outside as well as remove the popcorn ceiling from inside the house. They also paints some of the really high walls we had. We had the wood trim from around the windows outside which wasn’t a problem for them. Some of the other companies were hesitant to do the work. They did an excellent job matching the texture of the new stucco around the windows with the existing stucco on the house. They were here by 8am each morning and cleaned afterwards. They also kept us updated throughout the process. Finally, they took us on a walk around to check their work and fixed any issues we had right then and there. Diaz painting did an excellent job and we have already received multiple compliments on their work. I would definitely recommend them.

******* RECOMMENDED*******This company was sub contracted through a company I had hired but they are also licensed. I was originally quoted a five day project but they were able to complete the job (large house) in only three days. They showed up everyday on time and respected the house by wearing shoe coverings.The paint in all six bedrooms and other areas came out great. When they had to sand, they made little to no mess.I intend to paint the exterior of my house and I will definitely be using them.Just FYI, they use Sherwin Williams paint. We had them use Emerald, and so far it looks great!Work completed:- Painted add on room fresh from drywall and texture- 4 Accent walls- Two bedroom doors and trim- All baseboards- All walls in house (four different colors)- Garage Walls

Diaz painting did an outstanding job and was reasonable compared to other quotes we received. They were immediately responsive to giving a quote, did everything they promised, were on time, very professional always, and accommodated every request. They assisted in selecting colors and took the extra effort in detailing and cleaning up. Diaz painting did prep, two coats of paint, etc. on all our wrought iron decorative pieces, awnings, fences and gates, and painted our door jams, garage doors, gazebo and pergola. Couldnt have asked for better service. Extremely satisfied.
