I recently had my house stuccoed by J Peace Builders and couldn’t be happier with the results. The exterior of my house needed a lot of work and now I can honestly say my house looks like a brand new house. Jonathan was very professional and accommodating as we had to keep pushing back our completion date due to other work that needed to be done on my house. I also wanted to say that Jose and his work crew were very professional, polite and always on time and always cleaned up. I highly recommend J Peace Builders for any of your stucco projects. I would definitely hire them again.

My new deck looks awesome and is so well built, that my father (a master carpenter) commented on how impressed he was with the construction.Last but not least, I have to say that I am ultra impressed by how accessible Jonathan is. Always quick to answer the phone, and to respond to a text or email. I also received many updates throughout the process from both Jonathan and Alfonso which gave My Wife and I peace of mind through the entire process.I highly recommend them!

I did my due diligence when selecting a contractor to work on my house. In this instance I contacted 11 different contractors to review the water damage we experienced with two of our bathrooms. The damage required our main bathroom shower to be partially rebuilt; the downstairs bath was mostly drywall damage. Out of that group I only received four actual job estimates, and only two that gave a detailed breakdown. I was really impressed with Jonathan and Alfonso. Both gentlemen were extremely professional: punctual, honest, great communication skills, work areas properly prepped, attention to detail. I could go on. My Husband and I are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend J Peace Builders.

We needed to get some foundation repair work done under a tight schedule in order to close escrow. I called several foundation engineers and contractors. Not only was Jon the quickest to respond, but he was also referred by a couple of the other contractors I called.The work was done professionally, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use J. Peace Builders again!

Its rare these days that you find a contractor that goes out of its way to be sure a customer is completely satisfied with their work. J Peace Builders completely remodeled my master bathroom in Irvine, CA and walked me through every phase of the remodel to be sure it was what I wanted and needed. He treated me like a friend or relative and was always tentative and available by phone. He showed me a home he was remodeling in the San Bernardino mountains between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. Even though I wasnt looking for a place to buy, he wanted me to see how he and his workers handled such a large and intricate projects. I highly recommend J Peace Builders if you want quality construction, customer service and a true commitment to pride.

There were some unexpected changes that had to be made and there were some increased in the cost to the project. In the end the work was satisfactory and J Peace was a professional through and through.

I own an architecture company and know a whole lot of builders. J Peace builders definitely stand out. We have done enough projects together to be able to confidently say that these guys can deliver! There’s been times when they went above and beyond their contract to make sure the customer was satisfied. This is extremely rare now. I highly recommend them for any local new home builds and of course ADUs.

People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity.With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc.In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault.Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project.Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.
