Ricks plumbing came out at the time scheduled & did a excellent job. They explained to me everything that was going on & had the parts with them to fix it. Took them only 45 minutes to do it. Charges were fair to, no overcharging. I highly recommend & if a plumbing issue comes up again, I will use them for sure.

After I had my water heater go out, i quickly googled and this was the best place that showed out. They initially gave me a 4 day wait, but got me in sooner since something opened up. The plumbers that came out worked quickly and were very professional. While the initial diagnosis didnt solve the problem they were able to come back out quickly to finish fixing my water heater. They were also patient enough to help with filling my home owners warranty to help with covering the costs. Taylor was the plumber that came out and did an amazing job. I highly recommend checking them out if you need any plumbing work done.

Good people, Randy looks out for the customers. Had to have our gas line replaced, some misinformation from line inspectors led to a waste of time, which was not caused by plumbing by ricks. Matt and Dylan (Very professional) did the best they could with the information that was provided and tried to fix the leak, end of the day it was best to replace the whole line. Manny and Ethan replaced the line quickly and efficiently. 2nd time using plumbing by ricks.

I had a great experience with the guys from Plumbing By Rick. I had two quotes given, and they were much more affordable and able to fit me in for a repair day of and I ended up needing a new softener system. They fit me in for install the next day. They charge hourly and Jacob and Alec got the install done in an hour… saved me money and got it done quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable in their field.

This is my second review to leave about Plumbing by Rick because they continue to be the best! We had another blockage and also needed our garbage disposal replaced. They were here within a couple days and did an amazing job again. Once again, Carley in the office was so helpful, kind and kept me informed each day updating us. Our plumbers that came to fix our stuff were professional, quick, and so friendly. We really enjoyed visiting with them! We usually have Randy as our plumber and he is great also! Our dogs really love him, as he always remembers treats for them. This company is just an all around great company in every way! You can tell the employees love their job and the company loves their customers!

I can’t say enough about the guys!! Manny and Levi came out from Plumbing by Rick and detected a couple of leaks under my house and quickly fixed it. Very professional and so nice and courteous! I highly recommend them. Jamie answered the phone when I first called and told him my problem and he stayed in touch with me to let me know when the guys would be arriving. It just doesn’t get any better than that!!! 5 star service!!😃

Absolutely amazing, outstanding, professional work!! Tanner did an awesome job on the work I needed done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed possible future needs, told me what he was doing today and made it happen in a matter of minutes. I am so impressed with his work! I called less than two hours prior to him being here just for a quote and had the entire job completed and at an impressively fair price. I know nothing about plumbing, but was quoted an amount by another company that made me immediately feel like I was being taken advantage of. I told them I was going to shop around and they were incredibly rude on the phone to me. I called Rick and he was so polite and professional. I knew immediately that I wanted him and his company to do the work. I am so grateful that he was able to take care of this for my family! Same day none the less! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Im sure I will need future plumbing work done, as my home is older, and they will be the only ones I call! If ever I know that someone needs work done, I will be sure they hear my story! Thank you so much!!!

Had an emergency that knocked out water to our house. Id never needed a plumber in San Angelo before, so I reached out to multiple companies to see if they could get someone out, and Rick was able to get someone out much faster than anyone else wouldve been able to. The technician did a great job and had everything ready to go, and the price was less than Id expected. I was very pleased with the service and will be giving them my business next time for sure.

First and foremost .. call a plumber for gas leaks! (lesson learned) ... The gas company came out to check for a leak and due to rona they were unable to enter the home to locate the source. I was told to call a plumber to ask for service. Quick google search to see who had good reviews and Plumbing by Rick shined through accordingly. I called the first time and didnt get an answer (later found out the receptionist was out sick) after calling a few other places and being utterly disappointed i tried again and got through. They got out way sooner then any other company said they could. They were friendly and educational! Living in a 1970s home with old piping, the job quickly ended up being way more than any of us knew was possible but they made sure to communicate every step of the way. I have had the pleasure of speaking with quite a few members of this business and they ALL make an amazing team. Heartfelt thank you to John, Mikel, Kristen, Brady, Daniel and Ezra! If youre looking for a trustworthy company that values quality, satisfation and safety above all else, Plumbing by Rick is the one for you! I have a few plumbing renovations planned for the future and will definitely being using this company every time!

I needed a plumber to come out and fix our kitchen sink. I clicked on Rick’s company because of the number of good reviews. I can say just from my own experience that every good review they have they earned. I was very impressed with how quickly they showed up to get the job done, how fast they actually fixed the problem, and the fact that they did what they could to save me money. The 2 men who showed up to do the work arrived exactly when they said they would, and were very professional and friendly. They completely cleaned up after themselves, and never once failed to close the yard gates or the front door as they came in and out. I will be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Michael called and came promptly at 8:30 am. They installed sink, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and RO water dispenser. Sink I purchased was oversized so they trimmed up counters to secure proper fit and sealed. I thought about attempting to the job but knew it would be a tough job. Theses two plumbers worked thru any issues for a sucessful outcome. My wife is happy about her new sink. Very reasonably priced. Thanks again Chris and Michael.

A septic clean out and several days of snaking we finally decided to give Plumbing by Rick a call and we are so glad we did! Not only were they able to figure out what the heck was going on with our pipes but they were able to handle it within a day of calling them! EDIT: I called them out again because my son stuffed about 2 dozen rocks into our main sewage drain, clogging all the drains in our home. They spent nearly two hours fixing it and dealt with what briefly became a home full of sewage in my front yard. But by the time they left everything was good as new and the bill was far less than expected.OLD REVIEW: Plumbers were prompt and fairly courteous. Pricing seemed pretty expensive though. It was $95 for 30 minutes of labor, in addition to the cost of the service.

I recently had a water leak and he instructed me on the phone how to shut the water off and was there within 3 hours and completed the repair quickly.
