I scheduled another company first who came started the work then no showed me for several appointments.Brothers gave me a window on a day I asked for, gave me a 20 min warning on the day they were coming and showed up on time. Keegan and Gavin were extremely professional, the pricing was up front and the job was done completely. I would both use Brothers again and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

The team was excellent. We needed a pipe replaced and it unfortunately ran under our sidewalk and flowerbed. They had to dig up the flowerbeds but were able to trench under the sidewalk to replace the pipe. They started the job around 9 am and were finished about 3pm. They cleaned up all the dirt and put my flowerbed back together. Very happy with the experience.

Julian, John, and the apprentice Keegan did a fantastic job on our business as well as our home. I called for an second opinion about my hot water heater after I was quoted a ridiculous high price from another local business. The appointment was easy, they were super nice when I called. The day came for Brothers Plumbing to come by the house and they sent a text to let me know they were headed to the house, they were on time and super nice. They looked at my hot water heater and gave me options and prices. Absolutely no pressure. Long story short, they changed out my hot water heater and they were fast! Super fast. Very professional. Our experience with Brother’s Plumbing was extraordinary and I strongly recommend them to you for your future plumbing needs. We were in dire need to resolve a clogged pipe and aging, deteriorating, 75-year-old cast iron pipes that was under a concrete foundation. We had reached out to other plumbers but none matched the premium service of Brothers. It started with our call to Miranda who listened, assessed our need, and applied her abilities to get a crew out quickly. But it didn’t stop there; she was connected to us through the entire process and I feel safe saying she is the glue to managing the flow of work for this company…they are lucky to have her. Alex arrived and Caleb and from the start I felt assured we had the right people to service our home. They were professional, competent, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough; I was impressed that they wore shoe covers every time they entered our home and placed a mat on the floor of their work area. They meticulously assessed the situation and promptly provided us three options for the repairs and laid out a plan of action. Caleb and Joshua were the plumbers who completed the work and they were detailed in their actions and kept us informed every step along the way; these two were fantastic and showed a work ethic that is admirable. They had a daunting task but their positivity was refreshing. Even though crawling under a house, digging trenches, and removing and then installing 2” and 3” pipe in confining and tight spaces, they never complained and always looked at the task with our best interest at heart. These men are a shining example for their profession, an asset to our community, and a bonus for their company. I don’t take this review lightly and I believe you would be very pleased with Brother’s Plumbing because they strive to be the best.

I had a shower clog for a few days and after calling several plumbers in San Angelo who were really pricey I found Brothers Plumbing. There was a miscommunication at first about the dates of them coming out to the home but all in all they were still able to come to my home that same day but a later time. They waived the service fee which was very nice, when Josh arrived he was able to look at the problem and solve it for me in no time. He checked underneath my home to see if my problem was bigger than what I thought and it was, he explained and showed me I had a iron pipe that needed to be replaced and gave me the breakdown of different options I could do to fix the situation, he was very courteous and shall I say brave for doing jobs that others wouldn’t even imagine doing like going under peoples houses. I recommend Josh at Brothers Plumping for all your plumbing needs.

We have been frequent flyers with Brothers Plumbing due to old wacky pipes and roots, they have been nothing short of fantastic! First off, their receptionist Miranda is incredibly nice, always super professional and has always gotten us an appointment as soon as possible. Josh and Gavin came out today and cleared out some roots and a clog for us and they are extremely quick, professional, and transparent about what they’re doing and how much it will cost. They have never left a mess behind, they are just all around a great company and people to work with.

Another great experience with Brothers Plumbing. Caleb and Josh came by within 12 hours of an after hours phone call. Faulty wiring had fried the electrical lines connecting the power to the hot water heater elements. They checked the wiring and condition of the elements and we defaulted to the safer route and purchased a new water heater rather than me trying to splice wires and make something work as the owner. Caleb and Josh had the new hot water heater installed and working within 2 hours. Always good service and very professional.

Second time Ive had them out for unrelated issues. This time it was for a leak in the pipes in yard and a pressure regulator. We work with Alex and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would gladly recommend Brothers Plumbing to anyone, including my family and friends.EDIT: I had them out for a 3rd time. None of my issues have been related and all their work holds up. Ive never had to do a call back. This time it was Josh, and he did an excellent job. I told him the problem, he told me what he thought it could be and then he laid out all of my options to fix the issue along with the prices. It was great to have all the info and pricing up front to make an informed decision. Then he walked me through every step of the process. Our toilet was stopped up over the weekend, so when i called Monday morning I was expecting to have to wait a day or two, but when I called, the lady that was extremely nice and said they did not have an opening but she would see if they could work me in. Sure enough within one and a half hours 2 of the nicest guys were at my door. Gavin and Josh was kind, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They had it fixed in no time. They even fixed a couple of things I wasnt aware of. They also told me some services Brothers Plumbing offered, which was very helpful. I read a lot of the reviews before I called and everyone of them were outstanding, now, I know why. I have been in customer service for over 50 years and that is the 1st thing I notice anywhere I go or people I deal with. Gavin and Josh demonstrated excellent customer service, and they spoke highly of the company which is a big plus. I have already added Brothers Plumbing to my contact and have told several people already about Brothers Plumbing. Thank You Brothers Plumbing for keeping excellent customer service a priority.

Dont waste your time calling anyone else if you value exceptional customer service. The young woman in the office that answered the phone I believe her name was Miranda was hands down one of the nicest people I have spoken with in years! She is helpful and keeps you informed of all things needed and regarding your your appointment. Tyler and Josh were the 2 techs that came to our home to inspect a water leak from our water heater. Let me just tell you, the smiles and friendly conversation mixed with the knowledge and willingness to answer all of my questions was hands down better than any other company I have had contact with! They explained our options and did not pressure us to make a decision right now as my water heater is well over its average life span and will need to be replaced. I can not express how much the kindness and friendly nature of ALL of the employees at this company that we have come in contact with thus far has meant to us, We will for sure be in touch soon with our decision to move forward with the best option for us, Thank you all very much for restoring my faith in great customer service in this day and time!

Like everyone I know, plumbing problems scares 😱 me. So when we couldnt get our 12 yr. Old gas water heater to light, dread set in. I had never tried Yelp but I am a believer now. Brother Plumbing, Miranda and Tyler put my mind at ease. Miranda is one of the sweetiest people I have talked to, this all happened on a Thursday so I had decided no hot water until next week, at first Miranda said they could be here on Friday, but not long after she called to say Tyler could be here in about a half-hour. Tyler arrived right on time. He worked up 2 quotes 1to repair and 1 to replace. Like I said the heater was 12 yrs old in San Angelos hard water!! I decided to replace it, Tyler worked to replace the heater by himself and even cleaned up a mess he didnt make. They all are the most professional and kind people in Texas. Thank you so much for putting an old couple at ease, and we know who to call next time.

I can not express how highly I recommend this company. I had no idea it was so hard to find a reliable plumber. I called multiple companies and they would never show up. And if they did show up they would never follow through on the project. It was such a headache. I contacted Tyler and he showed up the next day for an estimate. Plumbing was done that same week. I have to edit this. I had an emergency this morning. During the night dogs killed two of our sheep. You have to understand, they are more like house cats. They follow us, beg for petting and attention, and are part of the gentle peace where we live. I was extremely emotional, and a water pipe in the pasture had been knocked loose and was spraying water everywhere. I called Brothers Plumbing, and all there people were already out on the job, but their young woman who answers the phone told me she would work on getting someone to my house by the afternoon.She got Gavin there before noon. I had more than leaking pipes, one of the sheep, a yew was still alive, but I knew she had a punctured lung, and would not survive. My son-in-law was coming from Sweetwater to put the yew out of her misery, but it would be this afternoon. The two surviving sheep were obviously grieving over the sheep that was down. I have seldom been moved so by animals. I told Gavin my son-in-law was coming, but before he fixed the pipe he asked me if I wanted him to take care of the task I could not do, and so he did. Then he fixed the leak, charged me just a service call. I cant describe with words what it meant to me. You cannot buy that kind of business service, we moved back to San Angelo because people like the ones at Brothers Plumbing live and operate businesses here. So I will leave after this comment what I said the first time we had them do work for us... these comments were just about things that cannot be purchased from a business.... Smart, knew what they were doing, professional, described in detail what they were doing, and why, friendly, and we will definitely use them again... oh yes, and there’s the military discount!
