    We were very happy with the service that we received from Air Dynamics for our laundry exhaust chute. Matthew Ankele was the technician who came out to service our home and he could not have been more friendly and professional.     We love Air Dynamics. We have used them for about 6 years now and almost every experience with them has been great. Amanda is amazing and wonderful. We absolutely adore her. Air Dynamics needs to find a cloning machine to make several clones of her.A little about how they operate We were and are being done wrong by another company. Air Dynamics is doing everything in their power to turn the other companies wrong into their right. They have a monthly service plan to help you make sure your needs are meet. I can go on about how great this company is but Ill just save you a huge read by saying this. If you need heating and cooling needs look no further than Air Dynamics. They are amazing in every way.

    We had an issue with one of our AC units. Amanda was our repair technician. She was friendly and efficient! She happily explained what the issues were, showed me (oh my gosh!), and told me what I could do to make sure that we wouldnt have a similar problem in the future. I appreciate her thoroughness!     Won’t use anyone else. Juan Z. and Kelsey H. were so helpful in assisting us with our issues. We didn’t get the news we wanted but they were very thorough, explained all our options, and did everything they could to help us out. We have a lot of expenses coming our way but would rather pay more for excellent quality than go cheaper for a poor job. Will be staying with Air dynamics for sure

    We had been without heat for a week when I was finally able to get someone to come out. They trouble shooted various things and found what the issue was. It was after hours when he finished but he was very good to stay and explain everything that he had done to to get the system up and running again. We are very pleased with the service and will call him again if the need should arise.

    I called Air Dynamics and got an appointment with the.. When on the phone they said it might be in the evening when they come. I said that I work nights and they said they could keep my appointment on the list and come out tomorrow. They told me how they would be communicating with me and asked for my preference of call or text. I ended up getting a call back in less than an hour from Juan Zavala. He kept me up to date with when he would arrive. He diagnosed my problem easily and gave me all my options and prices to get my problem fixed. The service was exceptional and they have reasonable prices especially considering the economy right now. Juan got my unit back up and running very fast. He was kind and helpful. I really appreciate all the help. The whole experience was a good one.

    Eligh and Austin came out and replaced our water heater and repaired a plumbing pipe. They were very nice, and respectful. They didnt waste time and completed the job in a timely manner. If I ever need anything plumbing again I hope Air Dynamics Plumbing will send these men to do the job.

    Air Dynamics is an awesome company. For being a member of their maintenance program, I received a $45 after service call. Jaun showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Jaun look at a video of the problem and had a few ideas on how to fix it. Jaun also did a great job I’m fixing the problem.

    First, it was such a blessing to be able to call the company at 6:30am and have someone out by 8:30am the same day. I know that can’t always happen but they worked hard to get to me fast!Then, I was so so impressed by Amanda’s attention to detail and willingness to inform me more about how my system works.     Once again the maintenance membership with Air Dynamics proved to be well worth it! During their regular maintenance inspection Amanda & new employee Melissa found that the inducer assembly over amping. They also noticed the blower wheel was fractured. Thank goodness for these 2 very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly employees for doing an outstanding job. We feel their job performance saved us from having to purchase an AC unit! They said yes and suggested that I purchase the ones I wanted that were identical to one I bought last year and liked to save me money and they would just charge for instillation.     It was not Amanda who came. It was Daniel Soto who did our maintenance. He was very friendly and very thorough. He made us aware of what our unit needs to make our unit last longer and cautioned us about what could happen. He is certainly welcomed in our home.

    Was having issues with my AC going off intermittently and with the extreme heat we have been experiencing, that was a big concern. I contacted Air Dynamics and was put on the schedule for first available. I was kept informed every hour or so on what was going on and when in the schedule that I would be seen. I was notified late in the day that Amanda was available and could head my way. Amanda showed up soon after and even after what had to be a long, hard hot day was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about my old system. She quickly identified the problem and repaired it. I will definitely be recommending Air Dynamics and Amanda.

    Our air conditioning unit went out around 9:00 pm this week. After reading the great reviews for Air Dynamics, we called them and we sure are glad we did! Within 30 minutes, Amanda arrived at our home. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The part we needed had to be ordered, so Amanda offered us two AC window units for the night. The next day they called saying the part was in and Amanda was here within 15 minutes. Once our unit was fixed, Amanda did a thorough inspection of all our ac components. We are so appreciative of this company and Amanda for such amazing service!! Air Dynamics will be our go to Heating & Cooling company from now on.

    Amanda was assigned to our call. She arrived ahead of time, nice and early in the morning. She serviced our AC unit quickly and we were so pleased to be cool again.     Amanda Mims was very thorough, pleasant, and knowledgeable, so the star rating is for an excellent technician, and extremely friendly and professional office staff. However if you have an old system maybe look elsewhere or get a second opinion. They may tell you your system is obsolete or uses discontinued refrigerant. They may tell you cant be repaired and needs replaced, and that may or may not be true. I can only speak for my case, and today I have a perfectly functional HVAC for less than $100 repair after getting a second opinion. Excellent service and Im sure overall a great company. Just make sure that you make an informed decision before replacing a system that may or may not need it!

    Miss Amanda came a little bit later than I expected, but I had gotten a text that she’d be running late due to the appointment before mine. So that was not an issue. She even called when she was on her way! She was very professional and didn’t mind when my kids asked questions or wanted to see what she was doing!     This is one of the few times weve had something happen. I dont call anyone else to come out to service our unit. It just so happened the a/c unit froze up and it happened during the week at 9pm. I called spoke with Stephanie who is absolutely wonderful! She gave me some tips to try and it definitely helped especially during these days when the weather is too hot. We kept in touch the next day until the technician Daniel came out. He checked it thoroughly and came in explained it all very well and gave me some tips to keep it running well. I have never been disappointed with their service. I have dealt with them several times and wont use anyone else! Thank you to Stephanie, Daniel and everyone at Air Dynamics. You are awesome!

    Daniel was very pleasant and professional, I will ask for Daniel again when needed. My AC motor quit, they brought window units to my house until motor comes in. I will not have to suffer this heat with nothing to cool my house down. Daniel is great!

    The company representative that worked with us, Amanda Mims, was absolutely fantastic! She helped us set up a new AC installation after our old unit went out. She was very patient and helpful while helping us with the credit application. She even set up some temporary window units to help us keep our cool until we can get our new system installed. I world definitely recommend their company if you need any AC work done.

    Justin serviced our home at 10pm when it was over 85degrees in the house. He was not only friendly, professional, and effective, but made sure we were well looked after due to his thoroughness in his work ethic. I am a disabled veteran, and Justin is a fellow veteran. I support Air Dynamics and would give them 6 STARS****** if I could, because their service plan is the most affordable plan I have seen in this country.
