Glenn M. was very kind and courteous during the service call to replace the heating element in my dishwasher. He was able to verify that it was the element almost immediately, and even though it was not part of the purpose of the service call, he noticed the gasket on the soap dispenser had come off, so he put it back on for me as well. I have used Earls in the past for plumbing and A/C issues and have been extremely pleased with the employees and the service they provide. To add appliances to their service, I dont think I will ever need to call anyone else. Thanks Earls!!!

These guys absolutely deserve their already-existing solid reputation. I only saw one 4-star review (with no explanation). The rest were all 5s and they deserve it.Value: Not only did he not charge me to do the initial quote like most other plumbers would, but Justin gave me a solid and reasonable quote to install a loop, treatment system, and tankless water heater. Justin and his crew went above and beyond when dealing with the rocks and roots in my yard to get the loop dug out and line installed. I am 100% sure it was a lot of extra unplanned work, but he never raised the quote or made any complaints.Quality: The crew did a complete and professional install from top to bottom. I have had good and bad experiences with hiring pros for home improvement; and this crew was by far the best. Everything was done to or above standards. They didnt take any shortcuts and they kept me in the loop every step of the way.Professionalism: All of the crew were very professional in every interaction I had with them. They never complained about the extra hard digging (which I would have complained about if I had to do it), and they always checked in with me when they were starting work or leaving for the day. Justin set up the new heater with ideal settings and explained the operation to me so I didnt have to guess or read the manuals later. As expected, he left the manuals for the products, but he also gave me tips on maintenance and made sure I understood everything I wanted to know about them. Even when I was potentially hindering progress by asking questions during the install, he never got irritated or annoyed (or at least didnt show it).I would trust this crew and this company with any plumbing work that I need, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They have fair prices, quality work, and professional attitudes. I cant think of a single negative thing to say.
