We have had the opportunity to work with Scott and his team on three separate projects, they were all remodeling projects. Remodeling comes with challenges, and of course, surprises. Scott and his team navigated each project with outstanding professionalism and an unwavering commitment to deliver an unmatched custom result. Scott remained the sole point of contact throughout the project. He was available when needed. And, most importantly, Scott was involved in the hands-on work. Scott was often on site, donning a tool belt, swinging the hammer, and creating an amazing space that we will treasure for many years to come.

Santanni Custom Homes renovated our home interior in 2 phases. We lived in our home while the work was performed. I am sure this made it more difficult at times. Scott and his crew were very positive and professional. I thought they were easy to work with and communicated quite well with me and my wife. We had a major facelift completed on our 20 year-old townhome. Scott was excellent at providing design ideas and suggestions and stayed in constant contact throughout the project. We especially appreciated the fact that Scott uses his own skilled team and works side-by-side with them. Remodels are difficult; we were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and love the final result. Scott Santanni completely gutted and rebuilt my kitchen, dining room and bathroom. He also moved my laundry upstairs, installed a heated floor in my porch and replaced all the windows in my house. He made several excellent suggestions which I hadn’t thought of myself and which added charm and utility to my house. I continue to receive many compliments from people who visit. Scott’s crew is great- professional and friend,y. They even fixed a few extra things for me while they were here. I can in all honesty give him the high test ratings.

We had a great experience with Scott and his entire crew. Scott was very transparent during the estimation process and provided a clear understanding of anticipated costs. He was willing to re-work scope multiple times as we managed towards a budget we were comfortable with.Scotts crew and all of his subs were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were managing a significant basement remodel during a pandemic with a new baby and everyone in our home was extremely respectful of how we were trying to balance that situation with the remodeling project. We saw Scott on-site regularly and he was responsive to texts, emails, and calls when we had questions and concerns, and I never felt like he was trying to rush out the door to be somewhere else. He was even able to start demo earlier than anticipated so the loudest and dirtiest work could be done before we took our child home from the hospital. Like many major projects, there were a couple hiccups and miscues but Scott and his crew made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction.I would recommend (and have recommended) Scott to others I know looking to have similar work done on their homes.

Santanni Custom Homes provided a high level of customer service and craftsmanship to a basement remodel project of ours. Scott, his crew and his subcontractor team were professional, fantastic to work with and did great work. There were some production delays, scheduling conflicts and some miss communication along the way. Scott kept us in the loop and answered all our questions/concerns. We had a great experience with Santanni Custom Homes. We have 1930s Tudor home and did a major renovation on the existing home inside, a teardown of part of the home, and a build out from there. We removed 2 load bearing walls inside and wanted to use a builder that had experience with older homes and with a major change such as load bearing wall removal. SCH has done it all and their team of craftsman are outstanding and truly talented. We ad-libd on our bar design on-the-fly and with 10 minutes of brainstorming with Scott and Jody we had a good vision. We came back an hour later and Jody had brought it to life like some Wizard and it looked perfect. SCH has a stable of sub-contractors that we came to understand that, if Scott was using them and putting the Santanni Custom Homes name behind them, their work was quality. We regularly get compliments on the house and people are in awe at how well the old and new blends together. If you didnt know we did a renovation, you wouldnt be able to tell where the old was and new began. The work is of utmost quality and Scott, Jody and the rest of his team were very easy to work with, and very attentive to our questions, emails, texts and calls. It was comforting that any surprises we found in the 1930s construction, theyd been there, seen that and had the T-Shirt; and then proceeded to explain the PROPER solution for it so we could trust it wasnt a shortcut nor overkill. We have built two custom homes with Scott Santanni. Both experiences were professional, on time, and a more-than-pleasant experience. Both experiences required a teardown and rebuild. In our second custom home, a huge amount of site alteration was also required. And in both cases, we appeared---several times---before the City Councils of each property. Scott was prepared and presented a thorough plan.Scott has an eye for design as well as engineering. And third, he is an excellent communicator, which I find to be as important as all other factors in a custom build. Scott will listen, but he will also express an opinion (when yours is just SO wrong). As everyone knows, there are hundreds of decisions that need to be made during a build and thousands of choices. Scott and his crew, which is equally talented and professional, provide the guidance to make each one wisely and fully informed. And it shows in the final product. When people come to our home, they marvel at the craftsmanship, layout, design and quality of every aspect of the home. Most people dread the process of building. I dont. But if you do, use Santanni and you will come out thinking, that was actually fun. You will not be disappointed, believe me. And if you need to see his work first hand, call him and we will arrange for you to come over.

Santanni Custom Homes is a well run machine from the owner to the sub-contractors, quality comes first. The team approach they take during the walkthrough ensures there are no surprises from the sub-contractors and Scott goes out of his way to keep everyone is in the loop during the course of the project. The craftsmanship is top notch and the little extra detail thoughts put into the design gives the project a truly custom look. It is clear that everyone on the jobsite takes pride in what they do and it shines through in a quality first result that stands the test of time.

Santanni has completed two large projects and two smaller projects on our home. They renovated our midcentury home that had been essentially untouched since being built in 1961. It was a massive undertaking - we took the interior down to the studs. They were able to maintain the character of the home, but with added functionality and updated style. They delivered on time and on budget and we really enjoyed working with the crew. We love our home and it has held up extremely well 5 years later - thanks to their careful and thoughtful work.The other large project was an addition of a large deck with a hot tub that integrates into our very period (subtext: cool but difficult to work with) home. They were patient with us when we didnt quite have answers to some design questions, providing useful suggestions that proved to be aesthetically pleasing and functional.The two smaller projects were a bathroom build out and a sensitive roof repair that threatened the integrity of our house design... they were able to repair it without jeopardizing the integrity of our homes midcentury style. Thank you team Santanni!
