Andrew and the team and INT-X Remodeling are amazing! Andrew, the owner, is honest, competent, thorough, and an overall great guy to work with. INT-X Remodeling first approached us about repairing our roof after hail damage. Andrew negotiated with the insurance company for not only a completely new roof for the house and garage, but new siding and window wraps for the entire house and garage as well. The INT-X Remodeling crew was efficient, polite, and did excellent work. During re-siding, we found rot that required additional repairs. Andrew’s quote for the additional job was reasonable and the work was completed within a few days. Throughout the entire construction process, Andrew either visited or checked in via phone or text message daily. Working with INT-X Remodeling was convenient and did not require a lot of additional time, paperwork, or hassle.Recently, I reached out to Andrew for a recommendation on an electrician. The electrician Andrew suggested responded quickly and saved us thousands of dollars compared to the other electrical repair service we contacted. I appreciate Andrew’s recommendation of an honest, competent service provider.If you are looking for either interior or exterior house work, I highly recommend INT-X Remodeling. Our home was built in 1985 and the front entry was a circular stairway made of railroad ties and concrete. 40 years of settling and wood rot later it was a mess. I reached out to a number of contractors the past 5 years and no one was interested in helping us remedy the situation.Drew took one look at the project and promptly provided a quote for a complete tearout and rebuild. I told him what my vision was for the new configuration and thats exactly what we have today! Drew kept me in the loop through every step of the project, always checking in to make sure I was happy with the work.My wife and I are so grateful to have an honest, hard working and dependable contractor to help us keep our home safe and beautiful. I cant say enough good things about Drew and his company - and were excited to work with him in the years ahead.

Andrew did an excellent job recently installing vinyl plank flooring in our rental property. He has also done smaller projects for us in the past year. His work is done on time and expertly. He is detail oriented, a trait not always found in contractors. Price competitive. We willdefinitely use him again. We highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed.

We have a raised porch and one of the footings was failing. We tried contacting several deck contractors and Andrew was the only one to return our call. He fit our repairs into his schedule and within a week of asking for a quote the work was finished. I will work with Int-X again for sure.
