I was referred to Magic water by a friend.We were needing a water heater, water softener replacement and drinking water solution for our well water. Dan was very informative and took the nessessary time to talk about all of the options that fit our particular needs. I liked his proposed equipment options and found him very competitive. The install went great and was very tidy. Its been 3 months and we couldnt be happier with everything. Its nice doing business with a local company that really cares!!! Thanks Dan and crew!

We have used Vetsch plumbing for over 25 years! Great low prices fast speedy dependable service! Recently we noticed our water felt hard. They tested our water sample for free and determined our water softener wasn’t working as it should.Dan came out explaining everything and fixing our issue. They are always our first call for any water or plumbing needs! Great company with values!

We have used Vetsch plumbing for about 20 years and we have received excellent service. We recently had to replace our water softener and did explore three other companies in this endeavor to see what they offered. At the end of this process we made a decision to stay with Vetsch because of our excellent service in the past, the system they were suggesting we put in and the best price. Both Dan and Bill were involved in this project and were very professional. Our well water contains high levels of iron and the new system is exceeding our expectations. Great job!

I had an EXCELLENT experience working with Vetsch! From the initial phone call to discuss having my water softener replaced to the actual service itself, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. During the appointment, everything went as expected. They showed up right on time, handled the water softener replacement quickly while explaining necessary details along the way. Additionally, they identified an issue with my toilet valves, which was unknown, but not surprising to me. They had the parts necessary to replace those on the spot and not schedule a second appointment. I am very happy with the experience and would look forward to working with them, and referring them business in the future. Great job Katie, Dan, and Eric!!

Vetsch is amazing. We gave them a call when the little leak in our basement turned into a super soaker.They set expectations about when Bill and/or Dan would be out to the house, and exceeded those expectations every time - by hours.They got the work done a day early, were personable & professional, didnt make any messes, and the work looks incredible. I never thought Id go into the laundry room just to look at pipes, but good Lord it looks nice.The work was well worth the money, though admittedly we didnt get any other quotes. But after our first interaction with Vetsch, we knew we wanted to move forward with them.

We needed to have a new water softener and water heater replaced. Bill and Dan came in and re-routed plumbing so that my furnace was more accessible for changing filters. I was so happy with the service and professionalism of everyone from Katie in the office to the all the guys on the job. Good Job guys! Vetsch Plumbing is awesome! Unlike many of their competitors, they offered me a free estimate. Call me old-fashioned, but paying a company $100 to come to my door and tell me how much more I will need to pay is ridiculous. Vetsch Plumbing didnt engage in that offensive practice which almost immediately earned them my business. Beyond that, the plumber they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He even offered us some free advice on how to proceed with our tiling project. What a nice guy!When he came back out to do the work, after being the clear winner among their competition, the Vetsch plumber did the job very well. The installation is perfect, he cleaned up well after himself, and was done quickly. He was very respectful to my wife, our home, and our pets. I couldnt be happier with this company!
