We returned to our kitchen sink drain plugged after being gone for 2 weeks. Of the 5 calls I made, Guys was the only one that answered directly and was able to coordinate a time to fit us in the same day. Prices were shared up front before agreeing to the appointment.I received text/email notifications for the pre-appointment window, when the Guy was on the way and following the appointment receipt. Top notch communication.The service itself was also great. Care was taken with our kitchen during the service, the kitchen sink drain issue cleared and a thorough post inspection of kitchen and basement drain pipes was also completed.Bonus tip: My garbage disposal drain pipe is too short. I was recommended to replace the pipe with a longer pipe so this will prevent a future issue.I recommend Guys Sewer & Drain highly for anyone needing their services. -

I can’t recommend Guy’s highly enough. Brad came out on very short notice today after we had a backed up drain that flooded our kitchen last night. He clearly had a busy day but still fit us in. He did great work, quickly and had our gunked up pipes cleared up. I loved that he was fielding calls and helping his team out over the phone without missing a beat in my job; he cares about the job being done well. He’s a really friendly guy and has great ambitions for his business.Great, fast work. No B.S. Fair price. What more could you possibly ask for? -

I called to get my Garbage disposal replaced this morning and the gentleman I spoke to gave me a tip on how to fix it myself because it was most likely an easy fix. Very professional and a great small business to support. He spent an extra 20 min playing with my dog just cause he’s a nice guy. The bathroom was cleaner than when he started and my main drain is free and clear!When I bought my place I was only able to get a 4” blade through it and over the years of having Guy’s Sewer come out, now the drain is completely clear. Happy homeowner and I will have these Guys out every year to keep my pipes running smooth. -

Had what I thought was huge plumbing issue. I have had other plumbers come in the past and told me that the fix would run around $,6000. I wanted a second opinion just to make sure that I wasnt throwing money away. Called Brad and he was able to get me in quicker than I expected. I was impressed with how detailed and thorough he was. He walked me through the entire process and didnt use any crazy jargon. By the end, come to find out we didnt need to do the in-depth work that the other guy said we needed. I appreciated that Brad didnt try and sell me something I didnt need. He was trustworthy and easy to talk with. No doubt would I recommend him to my family and friends but he will be my first call if something else goes wrong. -

Our kitchen sink drain was seriously clogged in the frigid month of January when many drains are frozen. We called on a Friday Two other companies could not put us on their schedules until Monday. Guys came out in an hour and a half. They worked diligently for several hours and it was hard work but they cleared the drain system and the price was still the same as quoted. We couldnt have been more pleased with the people who arrived to help us. Nor could we be happier with the outcome. Thank you Guys -

He had to reschedule my original appointment time, but was timely and communicative about other options.
