I highly recommend Strieb Electric for any electrical work you need. Our first project was moving our electrical box. Anthony, Connor and Carson were our crew. These men did an outstanding job. They were courteous, conscientious and skilled.Our second project was updating our media system. Alan came over, assessed our old system and made recommendations for getting a new TV and rewiring the current speakers and receiver. I was pleased with the price and the efficiency. (I first got a bid from Best Buy who tried to sell me things I didnt even need.) Alan answered all my questions and explained things so well. He returned calls promptly, even when he was in the hospital.Steve did an excellent job with our installation. He methodically solved problems as they arose. He programmed the new remote and made it so user friendly. He was incredibly patient in explaining the new system and how it worked.Thanks to all of you for a job well done!

I have had them do numerous things in my home over the past several years and I specifically ask for Carson who is a highly skilled electrician and a kind person who goes above and beyond for me very time. Carson has been with the company for over nine years and he really likes what he does and it shows. I want to work with can do, positive people and that is what I have alway received from Streib. Matti in the office is also great. She is very friendly and a real professional at get things done, she has always been able to facilitate my schedule, sometime with very little notice. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Streib did installing our new chandeliers! The existing structure in our living room could support up to 90lbs, and while that chandelier was only 66lbs, Rob went out of his way to add a cable that would make it able to hold 300lbs. The peace of mind I have knowing that is immeasurable, especially after having a ceiling fan fall from our dining room ceiling 4 years ago (not installed by Streib). I highly recommend this company!

Not only did Connor show up promptly on time and do excellent, fast work, he helped me rescue my wayward garbage cans in a thunderstorm that carried them down the street. What a nice guy! The woman who does the scheduling was also super nice and efficient. I will definitely use Streib next time I need an electrician.

At the recommendation of another satisfied customer, I contracted with Streib. To say it was not a fun job is an understatement, since we all know what happens to make updates to older buildings. But throughout the two-day process, Eddie and Mark remained in good humor, patient, and matiulously finished the job. I could not be more pleased with the job they did and enjoyed interacting with them. Streib will be my choice should I need any type of electrical work in the future.

Im a big FAN! Just had another wonderful experience with Streib Electric. Anthony called me to see if he could come early and I agreed. Ive put up many ceiling fans over the years but the old one is a pain to get off and the new fans seem to all come with remotes so I wanted to get it done correctly. Plus the wall switch needed rewiring and I didnt want to watch YouTube videos until I could figure it out. Anthony did in 45 minutes what would have taken me at least 3 hours. We contacted Streib after a visit from the fire department involving an electrical problem. They were able to get us on the schedule for the next day. Rob was our electrician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem outlet and then checked the other outlets and fixed any problems or concerns as he found them. We scheduled another appointment with Rob for some additional work we needed done and there was a slight oversight in regards to scheduling but they quickly resolved it and were very nice and professional about it. We had another positive experience working with Rob the second time around. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable and great to work with. We have already recommended both Streib, and Rob specifically, to others and will continue to go with them for any future work we need done.

I had a handyman install a hanging light.later that evening, most of the ceiling lights started flickering and going off. Around 11 PM I called the 24 hour number. The next morning at 8 o’clock, I got a call saying they could absolutely be at my house between 3 and 5 PM at emergency rates, but if one of the crew finished early they get there at the regular rate. Around 11 AM I got a call if they could be there by 12:15. They spent two hours troubleshooting and repairing the problem. The price was extremely fair and they were thorough. I recommend them highly.

My name is Liz - Afrikitty is my nom de plume. I live in an old house, with my adored hubby, that was built in 19-way back. Over the last few years this house has started withering on us, especially in regards to the electrical system. About three years ago, the electrical system in the kitchen, which was also connected to the lounge, went AWOL on us. Our usual, and very excellent all-in-one-omatic contractors gave up on the kitchen and recommended Streib to us. We were graced by Robs presence for this job - oh my, I watched him for close to 5 hours as he fought to find the problem in this old house, but he perservered, and lo and behold, he FOUND the hidden problem and fixed it for us. After TWO YEARS in my house of having no electricity in the kitchen and lounge, Rob restored our electricity and our kitchen to us. Needless to say, I was bowing and scraping. Absolute professionalism on Robs part -- there is nothing more to say. I have since had him back twice to fix up minor electrical problems and he accomplishes them with utter aplomb. Thank you Streib and thank you, Rob -- you do, of course kinow that I always ask for you. (^_^) I am enclosing a photo that Rob took of the offending thingy that he found in the wall behind the dishwasher. Dont get a fright when you see it. I think we were fortunate that it died on us instead of causing a fire. Two years without a kitchen was way preferable.

I have a large old shed I am slowly renovating, and it was finally time to run electricity to it. I need to hook up a small welder, compressor, chargers and some lights and outlets. So, Keith came out and bid me a 30 amp panel and the work/materials to run it from the opposite corner of the house. I dug the trench ahead of install and everything went perfectly. There was a ton of drilling through floor joists to run the wire, but they kept everything so clean, using a box to catch most of the drillings as they fell. I was very impressed by their punctuality, quality and speed of the work. Streib has several repeat customers on our street, and its no surprise.

Her job required climbing multiple times into our attic and fishing wires through the wall of a 54 year old house. I dont l know how she could have done better.
