Our experience started when we began to hear what sounded like explosions in our kitchen one evening. We discovered a severed, live, and loose wire behind an electrical switch. Our immediate priority was safety, and a quick online search suggested Bobby & Sons Electricians as a 24-hour service provider. My spouse started making the call while I tried to turn off the circuit. On the other end of the line was Leonard, who was incredibly patient and composed. They initially scheduled me in for the following day, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called back to say they could send someone over immediately. Reached out to a few businesses about an electrical problem with our dryer plug at our place. A number of them said theyd get back to me but unfortunately, they didnt. However, roger from an electric company got back to me swiftly, he was able to visit our home the next day, which was just what we needed. He was upfront about the charges, and they swapped out the old outlet for a much better one. To give you an idea, our plug was overheating, we had to secure the cord with electrical tape because it was loose, and a warning for low voltage kept showing on our dryer. All these issues were resolved promptly. He also took time to answer all my queries as well as he could over the phone before the visit. All in all, a wonderful experience, cost-effective electrician, courteous business, and great at getting back promptly especially considering our problem could have turned our St. Louis home into a fire hazard. They resolved my electrical problem swiftly! Heres how they saved the day. We had some wiring issues in the bedroom, left over from previous owners. When Ernest and Marvin arrived, we turned on the breaker to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a faulty wire. The wire actually sparked a fire, but these guys were able to extinguish it before it got out of hand. They ran new wiring from my panel to the rooms, effectively disabling the old, faulty wire. Leonard really came through for us. the electric oven that we had been waiting for for so long finally arrived, but the store hadnt informed us that a unique electrical outlet was necessary. my spouse was really frustrated. but when we reached out to leonard, he was there in no time and sorted everything out! he even took care of some problematic wiring in the basement that had been there before we moved in! couldnt be happier with the service.
