Had a lady decide to run off the road and crash into and destroy my electrical pedestal and therefore taking out power to my house. I called Reinholdt the very next morning at 0830 and spoke with Sergio and by 10am, there was a technician at my house taking photos and getting a list of materials needed made. An hour later USIC is there marking utilities. Reinholdt was able to pull a permit that very same day, and at 0700 the next morning, Mitch and his helper was there and started replacing everything. They were very well mannered, and .did a very good job, and cleaned up after themselves. Yeah you heard that right, an electrician actually cleaned up his own mess(construction joke, IYKYK) LOL. I told Reinholdt about the payment situation and that we would have to wait until this ladys insurance paid out, and they didnt hesitate. Man they knocked this out of the park and have earned a customer for life!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

I had an issue with my microwave which stopped working. Bought a new one and then that one stopped working. Instead of buying a third microwave I called Reinhold electric. They came right out, called right before they came and found the problem immediately. It was a faulty receptacle with incorrect wiring, obviously not done by a professional. Matt Souders did a wonderful job replacing the receptacle and wiring all the while explaining and showing me the problem. I highly recommend Reinhold Electric and Matt Souders.

He was very professional and informative about the process in which he had to devise an alternative repair, due to our old homes lay out, to be in code.It came out looking much improved over the previous set up and we are extremely pleased with his work. Excellent. The electrician was friendly and professional when installing my outdoor security flood lights. I had forgot to buy them and he went out to HD and got the ones I wanted. (of course I had to pay the time for him going out but worth it) Installed with professional electrical boxes and wiring hidden and tucked to the closest outlet. Very happy with the install. A bit pricey but I think worth it so far.

The electrician was on time, very personable, and kept us informed of the whole operation and exactly what he was doing and why. The job required brickwork and excavation in our walls, something unexpected at the estimate time, but then cleaned up the area when finished and made this potentially unpleasant job very manageable for us. We wanted an outside floodlights installed on our sunroom. We have a big back yard with trees so it is very dark at night. We have had problems with skunks and with my dog and my grand dogs we did not need to let them meet! Reinhold electric came out and installed the light in just a couple hours. I was the technician to Kathryn Brandt, so this is to her response. First off, she was not there, it was her husband.Second, her panel is WAY past the point for needing an update, so I was simply trying to save them money. This was simply an option. Most customers like options…I’m not a weekend technician and accidentally told them the weekday hourly rate. We came over for FREE to evaluate the situation for them instead of charging them an upfront price to walk through the door, like other companies. Especially in an emergency situation where others may actually need power.I did block the driveway because their lines were down in the driveway and nowhere else to park on the street. I proceeded to apologize and share how I’ve worked for other companies that are more expensive and not as responsive.Then I followed up with an apology text which will be attached. I called them the day before Thanksgiving for what I thought was a major problem with my main breaker I ended up fixing the problem myself at least to avoid someone coming out tonight but they were the only ones that offered to come out. I won’t name the other ones but for all my future needs for this home and my other properties they will be my go to every time
