Super knowledgeable and professional. Was able to identify and repair the issue that I have had four previous visits from other local air conditioning companies. Not only did he find the leak and repair the issue but was also able to explain what happened. Had other companies come to try to fix it through my warranty company 2/10. What a joke . I would highly recommend Hoffman and will use them to replace my condenser. Josh was my technician. Thank you Josh for today’s visit.

Craig was great. He explained everything so that I was clear on the problems, and gave me a temporary fix so that I wouldn’t melt before I get my unit replaced. I highly recommend! Dustin came in the afternoon and walked me through all of my options. Very personable and easy to talk to - he helped me choose the right system for my home and find the best way to do it within my budget. The very next day, Carleton and Seth were here right on time and worked without interrupting my work from home schedule, finishing just after 4 pm. Both very nice, very knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you, Hoffmann Bros.

Hoffmann Brothers has always done an outstanding job with my purchase and installation and maintenance of my HVAC system. However, I was very surprised to see my service person show up at 7 AM on this very cold and blustery morning to do my routine maintenance. I was very impressed. Always pleasant, professional courteous. Always helpful and thorough and answering any questions I have concerning any areas of maintenance on my home appliances.

Hoffmann Brothers were great! Service was fast and reliable. They book my appointment and were able to come out the same day to get me up and running! My warranty covered parts and all I had to pay was labor. I do think labor was a bit high $300 for igniter replacement. But service was fast and that’s really what I needed. Nick R did an awesome job! Would definitely use service again!

Seth was wonderful. The work they did was exceptional, and when they left, you would not have known that they were ever there except that the puddle on the floor was gone. He was so helpful and patient in explaining things. The installation went very well with minimal disruption to me or my house. Everything was great. The true measure of a company is how they handle your business when everything does not go smooth... and there was a bump on the road.. but Hoffman went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and 100% satisfied. Joe K was great, they were on time, cleaned up, took extra time to go over everything with me. The only bad thing is now that I have a new Furnace and AC... I cant have them out again. 10000000% recommend. They werent the cheapest... but i definitely got what I paid for. High Quality work. High quality products. High quality people doing the job.

Jeff C was fantastic. He was on time, professional, caring, and efficient. When I expressed concern about changing my filters every two months as recommended due to the furnace being located in the attic and my age and health, he took the time to contact the appropriate people and an acceptable solution was given. Yes they might might charge more than their competitors but you get what pay for and Jeff C going the extra mile to address my concerns reminded me why I switched to Hoffman Brothers.

Incredibly fast, professional and personable. Called on a Friday to get a quote for a new HVAC and water heater unit, tech came on Tuesday to assess the space and gave me multiple options, and everything was installed by Thursday, including a crane to put the new heat pump on the roof of a condo building. Had multiple people come out to install the units. While the price is higher than other companies, the quick and reliable service is worth it!

Kurtis was wonderful! I called to get both of my furnaces serviced and also needed my tankless water heater flushed. The scheduler said the water heater would need to be done on a different day because not all technicians can do that. Kurtis flushed the water heater while working on my furnaces and saved me from needing another appointment. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and let my dog hang out with him while he worked. Ill request Kurtis from now on!

Bobby did amazing work. He was transparent throughout it all letting us know what was going on with our furnace. Unfortunately we got stuck with a bad unit from the builder we bought the home from. However, Bobby made sure to adjust the settings and do everything he could to make sure it functioned to the best of its ability for us.Highly recommend using them and asking for Bobby R. if possible!

I had a fantastic experience. I did call before five, but I thought I was going to have to Pay a late service fee because he would be here after five. The lady at the office said I probably was probably going to have to. He looked at my furnace explained the problem completely and told me that he wasn’t going to charge me a late service charge because he got here before five so that saved me $100 right off the bat. Then explain the problem with my furnace and what would need to be done if it happened again, but told me there was a good 50-50 chance that it wouldn’t happen again. The only charge me the service fee I didn’t have to pay for his labor. He explained everything to me.

Mike was knowledgeable, considerate, patient, going above and beyond to successfully complete the job he was scheduled for (annual heater maintenance) while making time to investigate my questions and concerns about a possible gas leak. In less than one hour, Mike confirmed the exact location of the small leak, identified the gas line to shut off (which, due to the age of our home with multiple additions and various gas lines, was not an easy task), and confirm that this action took care of the leak. Very thankful for the great service and would definitely use Mike again.

I had Hoffmann Brothers out to perform routine maintenance on my furnace to get it ready for winter. Don Randall performed a full inspection, made some adjustments so the furnace runs more efficiently, changed the filter and was finished within the hour. While he was here I mentioned that I had broken an arm on a five light chandelier and was so disappointed, as I had not been able to find an adequate replacement. He looked at the chandelier, took out a tool to open the bottom, found the problem and repaired in 10 minutes. So I not only have a furnace fully serviced and ready for winter, my chandelier that I thought I would have to replace is repaired as good as new! Thank you Don, and thank you Hoffmann Brothers. I have always received excellent service from your representatives.

We were fostering a feral kitten and the scrappy little girl pried off a vent cover and climbed into our HVAC system. Hoffman Brothers was the only company willing to even try to help us. They made the call a priority and spent about 3 hours scoping our system. No sign of the kitten but they definitely tried their best. Everyone was so kind, sympathetic, and wonderful to work with. The kitten had made its way from the second floor to the first floor through the air ducts as they suspected, and we were able to trap her with a humane trap later that evening. I would trust this company with any of my future needs (although I hope I never find myself in this situation again). The technicians were even kind enough to not charge us for their visit. Five stars all around!!

It was going to take two more days before they could install the new unit so they brought over a window AC for free so we could have a cool bedroom to sleep in. I had my annual maintenance check done for my furnace. I dont like to begin using it until AFTER theyve inspected it. The technician today (Bogart A.) was courteous and knowledgeable. Thats why I love Hoffman Brothers. I know whoever shows up will be somone who has technical knowledge & experience. Believe me folks, when you choose Hoffman Brothers, its money well spent.

Hoffmans great. Installer Tyler’s wonderful. Glenn (unsure of title but handles our estimates) keeps us coming back. We have a lot of HVAC work because of our house having multiple units. Every time they’ve been great. Middle of the price for quotes when we were first looking, able to work with requested specs or difficult installs, very professional install, hard workers. There is a benefit to the size of the company with really up to date scheduling and accountability if their are any issues

I used the on line scheduling and it was amazing. They were here by 10:00. Craig was an amazing technician. He cleaned our unit added the coolant needed and gave us great information about the air conditioner units that was very helpful. This was above and beyond what we expected and there was no pressure to buy a new unit but gave us guidance on the age of our units and what the expectations were for the next year. This solidified our trust and continued use of Hoffmann Brothers. Thank you so much.
