He showed up when the claims adjuster was here and was extremely helpful in walking us through the process of getting the roof and siding replaced. We would highly recommend Triton Exteriors and would definitely use them again! Tim was responsive when we had questions and he let us know right away when we needed plywood in an area after siding was taken off. His quote was detailed rather than those who give you one total price for siding, one for fascia, one for gutters. Everything was broken down so we could see where our money was going. Tim even came and did a second measurement based on a different company’s quote we had. Tim’s quote was spot on! The siding crew were the hardest working men we’ve ever seen. They also cleaned up the area and were very professional and courteous. And again, we would highly recommend Triton Exteriors!

I am a satisfied customer. Triton came through for us even though we had a couple of relatively small jobs, and handled them very well. We received detailed quotes and fair pricing. Gutters and rotting fascia were replaced on our three- story home, and another job on the front gutter was done in a timely and professional manner. Blake was prompt and communicative, and went above and beyond when we asked for special help to assist with a “wildlife” issue in the attic! Chris coordinated and kept me informed. I would highly recommend Triton Exteriors. I just had a new roof put on in October of 2023. They did a fantastic job. The owner of the company whose name is Tim was incredibly nice to work with. He is very Involved with the work going on at your home. He meets with you in person. He gives you his personal cell number. Anytime you call him he will answer this phone and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I was given samples of shingles to look at. When I was having a hard time deciding on which one I wanted Tim took the time to look up the addresses of some homes that he had put a roof on using some of the shingle colors that I was undecided about. I was able to drive by the homes as he picked some not far from my home to look at how they actually looked on the roof. That made such a difference. You could see how the shingle actually looked on the roof. I was able to choose a shingle that I was incredibly happy with in the end. The fact that he took the time to go back and find addresses with the color shingles that I liked was just amazing to me. This Company was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. who had just had roof put on by them himself. He highly recommended them telling me he was super happy with the work they had done. Im glad I followed his recommendation. Trident exteriors was great company to work with. I highly recommend them!

Hello - we had our 3rd project with Triton done, installing gutters and replacing siding. Were very happy with the work of the teams who each worked on this project - 1 team did the gutter replacement/installation and 2nd team did the siding replacement/installation. They were all very friendly, on time, worked very hard and cleaned up everything when the projects were done. Were very glad we had Triton handle all 3 of our home improvement projects. I hired Tim at Triton to replace my roof and my gutters. He was professional throughout the process, and I had a good experience with this company. When I wasnt satisfied with the gutters, he responded and made them right. One caveat: When I received the final invoice, I was offered a discount if I posted a review. I NEVER accept money for a review, but that might explain why so many people have posted reviews! :) So this is my freebie review. I recommend this company.

Very pleased with our small siding project from triton! It did take a couple months to get scheduled (I am willing to blame the harsh winter weather for that) but once the workers were here it was very smooth. Siding had to be removed and replaced - it looks fantastic! Great communication from Chris in the office as well. Will think of triton for any future projects!

Its a professional experience from start to finish. Triton gave me the best estimate of any of the three companies I sought out for a quote. Well, one of those was a freelancer who does fence installation as a side gig but that guy severely lacked professional communication and only gave a slightly better estimate. Triton offers great customer service and communication at an excellent price.Once they got the fence permit from the city they were at my house installing the fence the very next day, and it took only one day to install. The laborers removed the existing dilapidated fence, cleared away the invasive roots and plants, and installed a galvanized chain link with two gates. I was very impressed that they did all this while conscious of the primary purpose of the fence which was to keep dogs in, and other animals out. I have three dogs that tend to escape but the new fence is close to the ground on all sides. They also filled holes that the new fence would have otherwise bridged. Im very happy that I can now let the dogs out without having to worry about them getting under the fence.Skip the freelancer hobbyists who dont know how to send emails or respond to texts. Triton already offers a great price and it comes with a professional experience and a high quality result.

We contacted Triton Exteriors to extend two downspouts to connect to drain tile that had shifted. We were in a crunch because the work was part of a home inspection and needed to be done in a short timeframe. I submitted an online inquiry and was contacted by Triton quickly. Within a couple of days they were able to give me a quote and complete the work. I also contacted Christina with questions about the quote and she provided quick and complete responses. Triton provided excellent service throughout my fence build project. I reached out to them and communicated what I wanted to achieve with Chris. She basically took the reins from there, ensuring the fence build plan was precise and adhered to neighborhood policies, acquiring the build permit through my local government, and promptly communicating any questions or issues that needed my input. The build team tore down my old fence and put up the new one the same day, keeping mindful of my property while still building an quality product. I have received many compliments on the new fence and feel as though I paid a very fair price for it as well. I am still a relatively new homeowner and Triton kept a big project very simple and stress-free for me. I highly recommend them for your exterior home projects for their clear communication and efficient, excellent builds.

We needed some rotten planks of wood replaced that would be used to mount a garage door. We have used Triton in the past to replace our gutters and then a new roof. Since they did a great job and were wonderful to work with, we asked them to do the job. They worked hard to get us into their schedule so they could get it done quickly as we had a garage door company waiting to put the new garage door in before the weather turned bad. We are so thankful for Triton taking care of us and doing another great job. This was the third time we have used them.

Earlier this year, Blake Nickel provided service at my home in Affton. He reattached a large piece of siding and tightened another piece that was coming lose due to high winds. He did this work from the roof and on a ladder. He did a great job, was friendly, and gave me info before he left. The lady that I dealt with on the phone was efficient and sent me the estimate and later the bill. I would not hesitate to use Triton Exteriors again.

He provided his professional opinion about replacement being needed, assisted me with the claim process and even came onsite when the adjuster was scheduled. Once the work was approved he began as soon as possible and got it done fast. He was checking in on the progress constantly and checking in with us to make sure we were satisfied in the process. I am very satisfied with the work Triton did for me.They replaced an existing wood fence with a new Eastern Red Cedar fence and posts.The work crew began work immediately upon arrival and they had all materials with them to save time. They worked quietly and everyone was doing something all the time.Their appearance was neat and clean and they were all very polite.When the job was done, they cleaned up the site and left no trash behind. A supervisor came by to inspect the job after the work crew left to make sure I was satisfied.I would use them again and will refer others to them.Their price was in line with other bids from other companies.

Triton has saved our family so many times over the last few years. We live in a hundred year old home in Webster Groves constantly needs repairs. Recently we had a death in the family. I woke up heading for Winston Salem North Carolina for the funeral. Walked out our door in the morning and squirrels had torn the metal facia off my house. Metal pieces were laying around me on the ground. I called Triton as I was leaving town asked for their help in restoring the facia along with repairing other damage our furry friends had wrought. Triton was there same day, made the repairs with no issues. Our family highly recommends Triton, good people.

We purchased a deal on Angies List for a home gutter cleaning. The first time Triton came out we didnt have much debris, so Korry kindly offered to come back at a later date when we actually had debris to clean (at no extra charge). On the 2nd visit, Korry cleaned our gutters and did a great job. He was thorough and left the gutters and the surrounding home area spotless. Scheduling was prompt and easy and Korry arrived on time - the company is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. In fact, we are having them quote another project for our home. We would definitely recommend them.

We needed new gutters. Triton did the work quickly and cleaned up after they were done. A couple weeks later, we noticed an issue (not related to their work, but due to the shape of our roof. Triton came out, made an adaptation that solved the problem, and charged nothing for the additional work. Triton was focused on meeting our needs and they were fantastic!

I wish I had more stars to give Tim and his crew. He identified and fixed a persistent problem with our roof that our previous roofer had actually made worse. Tim is a hands-on owner -- before, during and after work is done. If you have a question or a comment, he responds ASAP -- in person more often than not.He clearly explained what the previous roofer had done wrong with our chimney flashing. He took numerous photos to help us understand the problem and the other companys poor attempt to fix it. Tims roofers know their jobs. And they come to work.As for pricing, everything was up front and finished according to the contract. Its not fun to pay for a new roof -- especially to fix another companys poor work. But Triton made it as painless as possible.After seeing Triton work on our house, a neighbor across the street hired Triton to fix her pesky roofing problem. I was happy to endorse Tim to her.We discovered Tim through his fine work on an in-laws roof. I just wish we had discovered Triton much sooner!

We recently hired Triton Exteriors to put new siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters on our home. They were really really great to work with. I was actually surprised at how good their customer service was from beginning to end....not to mention the quality of the work. Our soffits are huge and not conventional, and I was worried about how they were going to look but they explained to me what they would do to fix the problems and it turned out beautiful. I admit I was worried because we had some exterior work done by another company last year and it was a nightmare. Were so relieved we went with Triton. They are not your average contractor....trust me. I would definitely recommend this company.

Triton Exteriors helped me with an uncommon problem that all other companies we contacted refused to take on - we have a chimney that rests on an cantilever built above our walkout basement. The wooden support beams that make up this cantilever were rotted due to poor design choices when the chimney and surrounding deck was built, causing water intrusion into the cantilever and into our walkout basement wall. Many exterior companies declined to help us until we contacted Triton. I cant thank Tim and Dana enough for their kindness, professionalism and punctuality with keeping me in the loop on figuring out the problem, providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and getting it done quickly. We also had them repair siding which was also done efficiently. I wont hesitate to use Triton Exteriors in the future - thank you so much!

I found Triton through the Big Deal on Angies List. Christina, the office manager, is friendly and provides excellent customer service. It took awhile to get me booked because of the rain. However, Corey went out of his way to make sure to get to my house as soon as there was a break in the weather. He made all necessary repairs and didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need. A few days after he left, I forgot to mention a small repair I wanted done. I called the office and Corey came out the same day and fixed it. I will keep Triton in my contact list and refer them to my friends. Its so refreshing to find a honest and good company with integrity!

Christina runs a very tight ship. They are organized and deliver as they have promised. Christina was prompt in moving the permit through the city. We did a lot of our work on email and she was quick to come out and view the project. Her team installed the fence on one day and came out early the following day to check on the installation and make minor adjustments. The cost was certainly reasonable and the materials are of good quality.

They offered a 50-year non-prorated warranty that no one else offered; and (you wont believe this) he did what no other contractor has ever done for me, i.e. he KEPT US INFORMED OF EVERYTHING!
