We had a shower installed in place of our old rusty tub recently. The salesman ( Matt ) was great and called me after job completed to make sure I was satisfied with my new shower. The installer ( Mike Stockamp) was awesome. He consulted with me throughout the installation to make sure all options were installed where I wanted and understood everything. His work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Great company, great employees and great product.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new tub to shower conversion! The process was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.Joe, our salesperson, was very informative and helpful. He walked us through the design process and definitely made sure that we were going to get exactly what we wanted. He out no pressure on us to make a quick decision (which was not the case with another compnay we considered). After we had signed our contract, he made sure that the installation time was convenient for our work schedule.Kyle, our installer, was amazing! He made sure that we knew exactly what was happening throughout the entire install. There was an issue with some of the studs behind our originial tiling that he made sure was remedied correctly. He also made sure that he was clearing out the construction mess throughout the day. He also noticed that there were no shower doors in our contract (which was an oversight in the contract). He called Joe right away to resolve the problem; and Joe called me right away to assure me that the doors were available & would be onsite the following day. Because of this, our install took a little longer than normal, but it was absolutely worth the extra time.I also dont want to overlook our project plumber, George. He was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond his scope of work by showing my husband some things he had noticed while he was working on our new plumbing. Not only that, but he gave him some advice on how best to take care if the problems.I really cannot say enough about how great all of these men were throughout this entire process. I would have no hesitation to recommend Bath Fitter to any of my family or friends!

Thank you to Scott (sales), Brian (Plumber), Kevin (Installer), and the phone staff.First I will start with Scott. The words I would say are “relaxing” and “refreshingly honest”. He know his stuff and didn’t pressure us and we could tell he just wanted to help and give us options for our situation. It’s hard to have that balance in the sales field and Scott was a perfect fit for us. Thank you Scott!Brian came out first to do some demo and replace our old show valve. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable.Kevin came out after to do the final install. We enjoyed his positive can do attitude. We could tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. He was efficient and thorough. The job didn’t feel like a rushed job which we appreciated. The photos in this review proves how well Kevin installed the product.This is an early review since we haven’t been able to use and test everything, but we enjoyed the professionalism and work ethic of the team.

The sales rep, technician and plumber were all very professional and helpful. The bathroom was left clean with no evidence of the dusty work that was done. Matt was a good salesman. He let my wife and I make an informed decision on the tub. He gave us a lot of options and how to save money. Trevor did a great job installing everything in 1 day. My only complaint was the mess the plumber left in the basement. Not a big deal, nothing a broom couldnt sweep up. There was an issue with the caulk settling, but another technician came out the next day after I made it known to them. We love it and our little 9 month old can enjoy it too.

We installed a Bathfitter to replace our old tub and worn out tile/grout of 15 years. The initial install was structurally solid, but we had a few concerns that required a follow-up appointment. Bathfitters office staff and production manager - Keith - were attentive to our concerns They quickly scheduled a follow-up visit with one of their experienced technicians - Dean. Dean was amazing in answering all of our questions and why certain things appeared the way they did. Understanding the construct of our Bathfitter helped us manage our expectations. He optimized the installation further and provided the reassurance we needed to know that we received a high quality product. It was more expensive than our initial budget, but the lifetime guarantee, customer service, and transferable warranty will make it worth it for years to come! Of note, all personnel were professional, polite, and respectful of our property and requests - Patty (office admin), Keith (production manager), Chris (sales person), Mike (installer), Jonathan (plumber), and of course, Dean (master technician). Customer service is truly top-notch at this local company!

We couldnt be happier with the remodel of our master and guest bathrooms. The entire process from sale to completion was a good experience. The master bathroom was converted from a tub to a standing shower. Subfloor was replaced under the guest bath. The walls in both rooms were updated all around. They even took care of installing new toilets and vanities and the whole process was completed in only four days. I started a skeptic but they won me over. If youre considering updating your bathrooms I would not hesitate to recommend the St. Louis Bath Fitters.

Great experience! I didnt receive the best communication from the person who came out and sold me the shower (he didnt confirm my appt when it got closer to the date), so I had to call the company and confirm my project was still on track as planned. I was assured it was, and the installer (Mike) called me the morning of to let me know he was on his way. Mike was very professional and worked quickly while still making sure everything was done right. He was not told I needed white baseboard to replace some damaged pieces so he only had wood grain, but he called his boss and got some brought to him so it would match the rest! He had everything done and looking wonderful in 6 hours! Im so pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend this company!

Joe was our installer and did a great job for installing our Bath Fitter enclosure over the stone tile shower we had before. Joe also installed an Oxford corner tower, towel bar, teak wood seat and brush nickel shower doors. All look great. We had to wait a day for our 24-inch shelf which Patty had Joshua come and install. Everything looks really nice and maintenance free compared to our previous stone shower.

The install was amazing as well as the warranty! When the molding came a loose in a certain spot they had a guy out swiftly. However good help can be hard to find as he didnt clean up his mess and clearly didnt take as much pride in his work as the guy who did the install. A manager came out to rectify the problem, although he had to come by twice as he wasnt exactly prepared the first time he came. Still happy with my results!

The Bath Fitter guys are truly professionals. We had our entire bathroom redone and they replaced a cast iron tub with a walk-in shower with glass doors and a seat and it is awesome. When I get in it I just am so glad that we had it done because it makes it so much easier for me who has disabilities and my husband loves it too. These guys are professionals, they come if anything is needed. Even if its a small thing like caulk or to tighten the screw on the toilet paper holder because we did not have an allen wrench that small. They get us in as quickly as they can they show up on time they are Immaculate when they leave you dont even know theyve been there. Every time I step into the shower I thank them. We called for service in our Bath Fitter shower, we were scheduled for service in one week. They came promptly at the time that was agreed on. Left very abruptly. Went to take my shower that evening, and had very little water pressure. Called them again next morning, and explained what happened, they said they would have a service man back out that afternoon. He was right on time, checked everything out, and corrected the problem with just a few minutes, apologized for the error of the first service personnel.Explained to always call with any questions, they’re there to make things right!Very very pleasant throughout the two day visit. We are thrilled with our guest bath remodel of a 1944 bathtub/shower. We had our master bath done by Bathfitter in 2015 and had them back to do our guest bath in Jan. 2019. Both bathrooms are now updated, neat, sparkling, and beautiful. The job was done in 1 day both times by very efficient installers. We love how easy it is to clean the surfaces with just Windex with vinegar. The remodels make both small bathrooms look larger, as well. I can highly recommend the Bathfitters company out of St. Louis, MO. Ive included 3 photos of the new guest bathroom with the tub and walls remodel, as well as our 2015 tub removal and shower remodel. Thank you Bathfitters!!!!

We had a shower enclosure installed by Bath Fitter 8 years ago. Going from awful old tile and grout that could not be cleaned properly to the new shower enclosure was a game changer! Installation took one day and we were in business. It is so easy to keep clean and even after eight years it looks brand new. The silicone sealer recently was showing a little wear. All it took was a call to our local representative, Alex, and they are scheduled to come out and replace it for us. Their product is top-notch and customer service is A-One.

AWESOME all the way around!!!. Our installer , IAN, drove up from St Louis to Springfield, IL. He called to give us his arrival time and showed up as planned. We had an old tub that he converted into a shower/ tub. It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and actually diagnosed a leak we have been dealing with for years. Several plumbers couldnt figure it out and BOOM !, he did. He was very professional and pleasant. I cant say enough good things about him and this company. To start our consultant Dave S. was as I would expect very professional. Dave listened to what we where wanting to do with our Master Bath. Dave started by explaining all the options open to us using Bath Fitter products. We decided what we wanted and Dave wrote the estimate. We put the wheels in motion.Moving to April 6th. a knock on the door! Enters Chris and Trevor! Chris being the led on the remodel and Trevor in learning the ropes. Chris and Trevor were very personable and worked @ a steady pace. First thing I noticed mats were placed from the front door to the master bath! I knew then this was going to be a great install. They disassembled the tub removed it along with debris. Then the install of our walk in shower! Step by step it was coming together. I would look in to see the progress and Chris would explain to me how the install was moving forward. Fast forward the end! It is beautiful to say the least! My wife loves it, I love it. Kyle placed each grab bar ergonomically for me as I was positioned on the bench. He even added a couple more. His professional attitude is worth noting! One day service too! Chris with Bathfitters came out on 4/27 and did a complete reinstall under warranty. He worked hard all day with no breaks or lunch and did a wonderful job. Our original install was done in 2010 so I was shocked that this company would give us a new shower at no cost. They have been out previously for minor repairs due to normal wear and tear. Transferred Lifetime Warranty - I purchased my house two years ago and was given ZERO documentation, O&Ms, etc. I recently noticed a small crack near the drain. The drain cover said bathfitter so I figured Id give them a call and see if I couldnt hire them for the repair since they would be the most familiar with it. Shot in the dark I called and was enthusiastically greeted by Alex Boudinet. I had been preparing myself for an expensive journey and his voice was a nice mood boost! I shared the situation with him, my address, and the previous owners name then and asked if he could see if they had installed it and if I could have them come out to assess and fix the issue. Surprisingly, the previous owner did have them install it and Bathfitter has a ONE time transferrable LIFETIME WARRANTY! I cannot explain the amount of relief I had. I dont care what the other guys are charging, there is no reason to hire any other company to do an install.

In July I had a new toilet installed ( not from Bath Fitters) , but the plumbers did some damage to the shower. I called Matt and he had someone out here the next day. She said that there was a Master plumber Bryan that would be able to stop by in the afternoon. Bryan showed up at 1:30 PM ( super nice guy ) fixed it and was gone by 2:00PM. They replaced it under warranty at no charge as their advertisement states. They were very responsive and professional.

We had bathfitter install a tub/walls in 2015. The experience was great. Fast forward to November 2022, while cleaning the tub I noticed a crack on the floor of the tub. I called bathfitters to find out if this was covered under the lifetime warranty.They had someone at my home within just a few hours! It was determined the person that installed it measured wrong, there was too much give and thats why it cracked.We set a time for the following week to have him come back to take the cracked one out, remeasure, bring a tub with him to see if it would fit, if not, theyd order the correct one. That would be 2 weeks.And they were ontime. Wanting to come out & install but I needed to reschedule twice.No fault of theirs that it took longer to get the new tub installed.I could not be happier. First install it always bothered me that there wasnt a trim piece along the bottom of the tub, just caulking.This installer said it didnt look right and added the trim. It looks amazing!This is by far the most professional company Ive dealt with. Always friendly, never gave me a run around.I would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters St Louis. And we plan on getting a grab bar added, and someday a walk in shower done. We will be calling Bathfitters to do the job.

They gladly sent a technician, Keith, to my home today and Keith put up new trim (Bath Fitter apparently manufactures their own trim, which is why I couldnt find the size I needed elsewhere). Ian was our installer. He did a fantastic job. Our bathroom is fabulous. Because I wasnt home, my husband called me at work and Ian gave descriptions of everything and made sure I knew where things were going in, soap dishes,, etc.. When I got.home everything was perfect!! Going that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and my bathroom wasnt an entire mess when he was done. I was amazed that no cleanup was needed. He spoke with us prior to beginning the work to see if we had any questions or concerns. He also went over the project details before beginning and answered any questions we had. And really did a ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING JOB. Plumbing and walk in shower installation. They both truly deserve a raise. Polite and very good people skills and Above all professional and did not play around when it was time to work. Knocked the job out in no time flat . Just had it all done today on 9/21/2021. My experience with Bath Fitter started with the sales rep. He came to my work (non-profit maternity shelter) and explained the process and showed me our options. We got a grant to do two of our resident bathrooms. We quickly realized our grant was only enough to complete one bathroom and at the discounted non-profit rate that Bath Fitters offers. I didnt even know they offered a non-profit rate. So thankful! They ended up working with us on price and we were able to do both bathrooms. We did the bathrooms on different days and both crews were very friendly, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend Bath Fitter 100%.
