Rehab is a good roofer company. They take cares of your issues and coordinate with insurance company to take care of all. They listen your all points carefully and try to resolve them with their best efforts.Hazel was trying her best to take care of my all concerns and answers my all queries with patient. After a hail storm in our neighborhood, I was approached by Rehab. I was skeptical at first, but the sales guy, Dana quickly put my mind at ease with his knowledge and expertise. Rehab did a great job advocating my claim with my insurance company. Luisa was assigned to my project and she did a wonderful job keeping me updated on the status of the work. The installation crews (roofing and siding) did very quality work. I am pretty picky and they pleased me! Joe, the project superintendent, made sure I was happy with the completed work and worked closely with me to complete my limited punch list. I would recommend this team for any roofing project!

I have to admit I was a little worried about trusting Rehab Construction with my roofing and siding damage. However almost all of my neighbors as well as myself have experienced a great relationship with the company. From the actual assessment of the damage as well as the communication with my insurance provider the process has been highly impressive. The work provided was a seamless process. Great looking repair work as well as constant communication from Rehab regarding time lines and repair work/estimates. I am nearing completion of my project and feel very confident in recommending this company to anyone who has experienced damage to their home.

Even though we knew we needed a new roof, we did not want to get one when Rehab Construction came to our door. However, the salesperson was very knowledgeable & helpful to us & we were able to get a great color shingle from a well known vendor. Rehab Construction worked beautifully with our insurance adjuster & we couldnt believe how they offered to pay for the kitchen/dinette ceiling to be entirely repainted because of a water stain that was about the size of a small adult hand. We also got new gutters & on the porch, screens for the sliding glass doors that had sustained damage. Two neighbors have already commented on how steady the workers labored & how nice were the results. I definitely would recommend this company.Another neighbor is awaiting his job with Rehab Construction.

Luisana Durazo keep us very informed and answered questions promptly. The production crew was a first rate crew and did an excellent job on clean up.

When I was looking for a roof change, I had few companies came out and provided their quotes, out of those I felt REHAB, seems reasonable and genuine, now roof is completely changed and my opinion didnt change, I particularly worked with DANA (initially) and HAZEL , they are very comfortable, they helped me to understand each and every change, estimation, evidence gathering, submitting to insurance, follow up, roof change and periodic updates and one good thing is they are always available, they will call you immediately with a text message if you have any questions, I hardly met 2 days personally, before roof change to discuss like what is needed and after change to see whats been changed, remaining all taken care by REHAB, one best part is their payment terms are flexible, thanks REHAB and HAZEL.

After a rocky start with promises made and disagreements over the initial contract, the process for our roof replacement was made very simple. After assessing that we had hail damage to our roof they did the ground work with the insurance adjuster so we didnt have to. After the insurance was secured and replacement started, the work was fast and professional, completed in one day. Despite an accident that resulted in damage to the house, it was immediately cleaned up and corrected to match the original construction to our satisfaction. Rehab Construction did keep us informed throughout the process while waiting for the insurance companys approval. Sergio Silva was very helpful in guiding us through this process.As with any contractor, I recommend carefully reading all paper work and understand what you are agreeing to before signing. But we were happy with the worksmanship and have had no issues so far with our replacement roof.

I recently changed my roof with the Rehab Constructions and I really got a good quality upgraded Owens Corning designer shingle which is a 50 yr warranty for labor and material, I dont believe I could get this quality roofing with any other roofer at present. thank you Rehab.

Have worked with REHAB on several of my properties starting with my home that sustained damage to the asphalt shingle roof. The customer service and quality of their work was so exceptional, I have had them work on a few of my office building rental properties that my family owns. Very knowledgeable, helpful, quality of craftsmanship, etc; I always refer them when I hear somebody needs a roof or that a hail storm devastated their property!
