    Last Friday I was looking for a fun activity. I thought, lets rent a jet ski, get on Turo and rent a fast car, or maybe go on a helicopter ride. I decided against all of those options and went with Bobcat T590 rental from Nu Way as it costs the same. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. Guys, Ive flown airplanes, drove fast cars, boats, and trucks. The Bobcat tops them all! Oh and a nice little side note - it worked great for clearing the underbrush on my property. 10/10 would do it again.

    Rented a 36 man lift there.. 100x better than home depot in pricing and ability (Home depot has advantages, but the pricing difference was HUGE) Even though I am a dad and not a construction guy (Showed up in Crocks.. bet they laughed when I was gone) I was treated well and did not feel out of place.

    I have rented concrete stamps and concrete forms here when I was first getting started. I have never had any issues with them. The forms and stamps were clean and not to beat up. The staff are all friendly. I unfortunately can not remember one gentleman in particular’s name who worked behind the counter but he was very knowledgeable and great to talk to.

    Everything the contractor needs in one store. From boots to bucket trucks youll find it at Nu Way. Service and knowledge of the industry are first rate. Their rental department has everything imaginable and all their equipment is impeccably maintained. Most everything they rent is also for sale. Great place to do businessness.

    Large selection of tools for rent oriented for work with concrete. Tools are in good working condition, friendly staff in the store and tool handling building. Will be back there again. Review based on visit in April 2023.

    Nu Way not only impressed me with the size and offering of the products but with their AMAZING customer service and fair pricing.     Nu Way has a great rental staff and service. The rental equipment that I have rented has always been maintained and performs great or has been brand new. The prices are good too.

    Inside and out this place is full of great employees and stuff to buy. I have had to wait a little longer than Id like a few times but I can also be unreasonable and impatient. I really do look forward to shopping here.

    I go to Nu-Way for several of my construction needs. They usually always have what I need, all the aisles are usually clean and clear of obstacles. Checking out at the Wentzville location can be an ABSOLUTE nightmare. So that sucks sometimes. But overall a quality place for building and construction needs.

    They need to work on the customer service at the rentel counters ....Rental return were people easy to work as well as sale .....maybe the boss should get them doughnuts in the morring....So they be sweeter. Lol ha ha ....

    If it exists, NuWay has it or they can get it fast. Almost always have some type of incentive for Milwaukee tools and a trade in program. They do carry DeWalt and Makita stuff but I wouldnt really call them tools compared to Milwaukee, more like toys lol.
