We had out ac go out and everyone is literally 1 week out to repair it we called everyone in town no one would sell the parts to us to fix it. Also they were all very rude about the thought of me fixing my own ac unit and wanted a crazy amount to diagnose what I already confirmed was the problem. D Blake took the time to find my part make sure they were correct and get them over night for me. Absolutely A+customer service the rest of you guys need to learn from them. Thank you guys for being what a business should be.

The technician was able to find the source of the problem in our light switches in the kitchen area, explained what had been happening and proceeded to fix it. We have always had superb service from D. Blake Electric & Refrigeration over the years and we recommend them highly.

They took the time to look deep into what was wrong with the AC! We had already had another company look and received quotes ranging $6K - 8K.D. Blake HVAC found that there was a Freon leak in the pipes and fixed it for much less. Highly recommend.

Tyler the owner of the company came out to my boyfriend and my house to repair the a/c unit that quit in the most inopportune time ( the middle of the scorching heat ). As busy as he was ,he was out to diagnose the problem after hours and was able to find parts and get it fixed in a timely manner.I watch little kiddos in our home so no time for no A/C. I called D Blake on a Saturday around 6pm as my A/C had just gone out. It was early August and the Temps were still 105+. I could see that my capacitor was down for, so I was just trying to buy a replacement capacitor. I left a message thinking it would be like a typical St George service company where Id get a call back 4 days later. They called back within about 2 minutes, said theyd send someone over to their shop to sell me one in 15 minutes. I got there and found shed delayed going to a family pool party to accommodate me. Not the cheapest prices in town, but the service deserves a 5 star rating.

The technician called ahead, and was prompt and professional. He had my system running quickly, and the price was reasonable. I’ll use them again in the future.

D. Blake has been responsive and helpful to us at our grocery store. Our store is in rural Nevada and about 100 miles away from any contractor that can fix our refrigeration. D. Blake is always quick to call me back and if needed they will send someone out right away. But they will also help us resolve the issue over the phone if possible. I recommend them to everyone.

Our AC went out when days were >110°. We called Friday morning, and Tyler, the tech, kept in touch with us all day about his progress on other jobs. We retreated to a neighbors home, so it wasnt a problem. We knew he was coming. He finally showed up at 9pm, and recited with good humor, all the heroic things hed done that day for large commercial/industrial plants that needed him more than us. He stayed til 10:30pm after correctly diagnosing the problem with our AC. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. He could easily have blown us off, and I wouldnt have blamed him. I even told him to come back later. His friendly can-do attitude and loyalty to a total stranger was admirable and humbling. It was an amazing experience to meet Tyler. So glad we contacted Blake Electric.

We had a wonderful experience with DBlake electric. They installed an Aprilaire humidifier to our home. They did an excellent job in the installation. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was within the quoted amount. I would definitely have D Blake come in the future for other projects.

We have used them before for other issues at our home. I have an in home office. We had a breaker pop and I had no power, internet or phone, so basically I was dead in the water until I got it fixed. We called several other Electricians in the St George area who advertise, 24 hour service, etc. and the only one that actually answered the phone was D Blake. They fit us into their schedule. It was something very simple, thank goodness, but they educated us how to troubleshoot it if it happened again, made sure everything was working to our satisfaction and were on their way. They were day savers for sure.

My four year old condensation line was leaking. I called the original installer. It took two trips for him to realize the copper line was corroding! Why did he use copper? How far did it go? Half way across the house, concealed in sheetrock! His suggested repair? An expensive new pump?! Called D. Blake. Kip W. found an economical and brilliant solution that did not require any sheetrock repair. The work was first class. The technician was knowledgable. The problem resolved. And the price was reasonable. I cannot thank Kip and D. Blake enough! I will absolutely call them, recommend them, and work with them again!

Heating and air conditioning NEVER quit working between 8-5, Monday through Friday. Knowing that you have a company whos goal is to get your system up and running as quickly an efficiently as possible is often diffidcult to find. Jerry of D. Blake Electric & Refrigeration has been a valued asset to the various furnaces I own. When I request Jerry, he will do whatever it takes to make sure my family is comfortable as soon as possible--even if it is a weekend or after hours. Knowledgeable and skillful at his technical services, Jerry always goes above and beyond in explaining the options I have--including the cost--and the time frame for having the problems resolved faster rather than later. I wouldnt go to another business for any of my HVAC needs. D. Blake Electric & Refrigeration ....but most importantly, Jerry, deserves a FIVE STAR rating! My highest recommendation and seal of approval!

Our Upright freezer was full of food and stopped working. With the Co-vid 19 pandemic going on there were no freezers available in town to buy new. We called D Blake and Beau came and rescued us! We are part time residents of St. George. We made a late trip down one evening and expected to arrive at a cool home in spite of 104 outside. To our dismay, inside was sweltering too. After checking everything I could do, I realized I needed help. The breaker tripped immediately each time I set it. It was after 8 pm when I called D Blake Electric and left a message. I fully expected to not hear back until the next day at best. To my delight, I was called back in minutes. They offered to come immediately, which impressed me to no end, but explained that waiting until morning made more sense so parts would be available. I appreciated that they were looking out for me and saved me money (I was desperate and willing to pay, but saw that it was better to wait). Coleman rang my doorbell before 10am the next day and thoroughly checked until he found the problem: a burned out blower motor in the HVAC system. He left to get and install a new one. He even checked for me and got it replaced under warranty. I didn’t know that but he went to bat and did it. It worked fine, but when he checked the AC the pressure was nil. He found a leak. But instead of having to wait until a new coil unit could be ordered, he welded the leak.I know this is a very long review. But I don’t know how to explain in a short way what an amazing job they did. I was enjoying a cool home far sooner than I expected to even get a phone call. And they saved me a lot of money!!!

Super helpful and fantastic customer service. I needed a capacitor for my furnace blower motor and kept getting the run around from other businesses in St George. A friend of mine suggested that I call D. Blake and Im glad I did. I sent my wife down there with the part and they had her fixed up in no time. They even called in an order of filters to a contractor supply store for us so we didnt have to order our odd sized filters off of the internet. Next time I need anything hvac related I will head straight to D. Blake.Thanks
