I’ve been having plumbing issues for over a year, and the previous plumbing companies I contacted only provided temporary fixes. I reached out to Plumbing Response Team LLC, unsure if they would travel to Palm Bay, I was initially discouraged.However, I spoke to the owner, Jorge, directly. He was incredibly professional, understanding, and made an exception to my request. Jorge and his team arrived promptly and were all highly communicative and thorough. They used two different cameras to locate the problem, explained it to us, even took the time to show us the video!Unfortunately, Jorge had to break our floors to fix the issue, but he ensured that he minimized the damage. WOW!! Good help is hard to find but I’m glad I found this company. They provide a solution to fix a leak I was having in my kids bathroom. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. After initially talking to the man on the phone, he sent Jorge out to repair our broken water pipe. He came promptly and was very respectful of our property. Having no trouble with replacing the broken pipe, even though he had to chip some of the stucco away to get to the pipe, he did minimal damage. First of all they were on time! Jorge was able to squeeze me in while working on another project. He assessed my leak and talked me through each step he would perform to repair my leak. He recommended future repairs to the drywall, baseboards and carpet in the adjacent room for my slow leak had spread to other areas of the home! He provided me all the services his company could perform and gave advice towards filing an insurance claim for the additional repairs. The plumber who did the work was polite and efficient. I was told how long it would take to make the leak repair and quoted a fair price. One thing to know this repair was completed in under 2 hours! It was also needed as a result of a previous company who did shoddy work that caused the coupling joint inside the wall to maintain a slow drip! (Not to mention the other company took over 6 hours to do the same job and apparently didn’t do a thorough job!) Thank you Jorge Gonzalez for the great work your company provided me today! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and call YOU if I ever require your services again!

I am new to the city of St. Cloud and after a week of purchasing my new home, both of my toilets backed up and sewage went into my shower and tub. I called Jorge around 6:00 am and by 8:00 am he arrived at my house and began snaking the lines. What was revealed was very disturbing. The prior homeowner had the tile floor in the shower replaced. The installers not only pushed all of the grout and sand into the drain, but also flushed shop paper towels down the toilet. Of course both of these stupid moves, caused unnecessary problems and the potential for serious maintenance issues. Both Jorge and co-worker Rafael were very professional, explained the issue and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Plumbing Response Team for their responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing.
