Merlin was responsive and tremendously kind to quickly help me. He responded to my text message that I could not restart my water heater. He came over at7:30pm to inspect it. It’s was broken. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and discovered it was still covered under warranty. The replacement was delayed by the manufacturer so Merlin took a new one from his inventory and replaced it for me. I greatly appreciate that there’s still a service provider who cares and makes me feel like I still live in a small town.

Power of the cosmos led me to the mighty Merlin. He diagnosed my issues before I even knew I had any. One call was all I needed, he spoke his spells and whispered incantations and like magic.. my pipes were gone!

Helped us with a broken water softener that had sent resin beads throughout our water system blocking flow to the kitchen sink, dish washer and washing machine. Wed had it looked at by another, but Merlin was the only one to figure out how to flush the system completely and get us back to resin bead free. Hes pleasant and professional. Thats a great combo in this business. We recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough good things about Merlin . I made a last-minute appointment with Jacobsen Plumbing and Heating after my utility sink filled with water and I couldn’t get in touch with my usual plumber. Turns out my main sewer line was clogged (and is likely broken) due to tree roots. Merlin worked for three hours on a Friday (working until 11:30 PM!) without giving up until I was able to run the water throughout the house with no problem. Merlin even help me clean up the mess from the sewage that got into my basement during the unclogging process. Merlin was great at explaining everything and charged a very fair rate.I will definitely be recommending Merin with Jacobsen Plumbing and Heating.

Has come to my condo several times and done outstanding work each time. Professional and courteous. Just fixed my sink late on a Sunday night with short notice. In and out in 30 minutes even though it was s tricky job. Definitely recommend to anyone else.

We recently had a water heater go out and he came and got it fixed.Also we had a problem late one evening with our tub (not turning off) and he was over and fixed the problem.Very reliable and excellent quality!!!
