I’ve had great experiences with Strada. My AC is under warranty currently and Emmanuel Baron came out to fix the airflow in my house. He spent a good amount of time listening to our concerns and making sure he provided us with the best service to meet our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our AC and even helped us understand our unit and provided us with additional support. Very happy with his help!

My AC unit was leaking and Julio Nieves came to the rescue. Extremely professional and polite. Julio was very punctual and he was able to identify and correct the problem rather quick. He was able to explain some things that could help prevent the same situation from happening. Thank you so very much for your assistance, knowledge and professionalism. Definite recommend and Julio is the best!

Overall an amazing experience with these folks, would recommend 10/10!I initially worked with Jim Hoffman who helped me get the estimate/proposal for the work I wanted to have done. Very courteous, professional and quick to respond.For the actual installation a gentlemen by the name of Emmanuel Polanco came to complete the work (run electrical and install my ring floodlight camera’s) GREAT job, very courteous, professional, got the job done fast and made sure I was happy with the installation. He also left no mess behind, which I greatly appreciate.Keep up the great work folks!

Mr. Emmanual Polanco provided exceptional and expertise service for my home’s electrical needs. . He is experienced and very knowledgeable in electrical related problems. He recognized and repaired problems to existing equipment that he found to be incorrectly installed. He is an Angel here on earth. Mr. Polanco was very professional. Excellent attention from Mr. Julio Nieves, very professional, very polite, excellent service, super satisfied with the service. 5 stars for him. I would like to mention the operator Gabriela Diaz, super attentive, excellent service, concerned about following up on requirements. Mrs. Madeline Huff doesnt answer the phone, I got tired of calling her and she didnt help me. and the Spanish Operator who assisted me needs to be more courteous and friendly.

Excellent approach from the technician, Mr. Hugo, who visited our home on the afternoon of Oct. 18/22, to maintain our equipment.
