11/15/23 Saw an ad on their scrolling marque sign for mini split sale. Stopped in to talk to them, Andrew and Billy drove out that day to look and give me a quote, they were several thousand dollars cheaper than the previous 2 estimates I had received Had them install the mini split in my garage, the work was done quickly, professionally, clean installation and during the install Billy ( VP) came out and gave his guys a handI was treated like a long term customer that had done business with Folsom for years, they have earned a long term customerHighly recommend

My wife and I had our A/C go out on a Saturday night and Billy the owner personally not only came out and diagnosed the issues but made sure our house was cool and comfortable for the evening —— this is the second time I’ve used this company and it entirely reassured me of why I use them —- very first class - down to earth and you Instantly feel that he cares from the moment he shows up —- Billy / Folsom services thank you so much for showing up on moments notice and taking care of my family ! The owner came and fixed our leaked air conditioner unit.. he was impressed it was still working being said it was a 1980 unit, he was a very very friendly and this is the only people that we deal with they have been in St Cloud for many years he is also very honest because I gave him $100 bill and a $1 bill and he brought it back, that to me as an up standing very awesome and if we need more people like that in this world thank you Mr owner of Folsom electric I forgot your name and Im so very sorry signed Penny and Laurie

I thank my lucky stars for finding FOLSOM SERVICES!I needed a new AC so I did my research and contacted 2 big box store service companies for an estimate. They both quoted me over $11,500 for a 3 ton 16 to 18 seer rated unit! I was an easy money maker to them! Both had Very high pressured salesmen and insisted I buy now! They also would not give me a detailed estimated or exactly what unit they would be installing. They just scribbled something on piece of paper! They also were going to charge me to upgrade my electrical breakers which I learned I did not need. Both the other companies found little things that they were going to charge me for extra that FOLSOM SERVICES included in their price. I was so upset to learn that these “respected “ big box companies were very deceitful and just after all the money they could get from me.Thank goodness my next door neighbors were getting a new ac unit also and FOLSOM SERVICES was their contractor! The owner Billy, was such a knowledgeable and professional gentleman. He told me exactly what I needed and the cost was half the price of these other guys and NO SALES PRESSURE!He wrote me a detailed quote and also informed me that he would apply for the permits and have an Inspector out within a week of finished install. I WAS AMAZED SINCE THE OTHER TWO COMPANIES ACTED LIKE A PERMIT WAS HERE NOR THERE. Ugh!Since I went with FOLSOM SERVICES, the entire company from BILLY, to the install guys , to the front office staff have been easy to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable. They all treated me with respect and kindness even when I had several stupid questions.The ac unit was the right size for my house and the air feels so great! Yeah!FOLSOM SERVICES is a home grown company that will be here today, tomorrow or 3 years from now to help you with your AC! I have already told my co workers and friends just how great they are and to tell anyone they know.A GREAT COMPANY, they don’t take advantage of people!

I have used Folsom Services many times because they not only have HVAC but they do electrical too. But when I called after hours anyway I talked to Joey Folsom and he was was very professional and super nice so I asked for them to come Monday and Joey Folsom said he would be here at 8:30 am and he was here at 8:30 am like he said and after trouble shooting my HVAC system I decided to have them replace my system. Billy Folsom came out and went over some paper work with me since they Finance the unit. But through it all Joey and Billy Folsom were very nice very professional and I would recommend Folsom Services and I have used several HVAC companies in the past since I was a Chief Engineer . I will always use Folsom Services because they are the best in every way and I hope every body uses them. I am sure they will get the same service I did. You can tell they really know what they are doing.

I own the vape shop next to Philly cheese and when my outside sign light went out, I called 3 places, one place wanted $100 just to drive out to look at it,.. I called folsom and Rich came out within an hour and had it working within the hour! He was a LIFE SAVER.... GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

I just had my scheduled semi-annual maintenance done last week and it was discovered there were major issues with my AC unit of 20-1/2 years. Knew it was coming for over a year and now it arrived!!!! I received great service over and above the norm. The new unit was installed with all repairs needed for the installation. It was done cleanly and efficiently. There were no surprises and everything was cleaned up from the installation. I will highly recommend Folsom to anyone needing service.

We called Folsom to do a small electrical wiring job for an outdoor bar that we installed. We were just asking for a few outlets to be installed for charging phones and a blender. As we came out to see the job as they were finishing up they had to wiring for our TV, and 3 GFI boxes for our bar to support multiple needs! The quality of the work is beyond words and better than we could ever have expected. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Quick help and our repairman was great; clear communication and gave great tips for avoiding issues in the future. I had called prior to their opening time and their answering service didnt pass on the message (though they worked me in anyway) - definitely be sure to call again once they open to verify youre in queue for a repairman!
