Excellent service with incredible communication. Initially spoke with Jason (owner) to set up installation of a 50 amp generator interlock/outlet. The day of install, Brandon & James showed up right on time at 8:30 am to complete the job. Both very knowledgeable and efficient for the install. Chris and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a connection for a portable generator to our homes outside electric box. They ensured the generator worked the items inside the house once installation was complete, as well as explained to us in detail about what our generator could run in our home. Jason was amazing in his professional work! We needed to have a outlet placed at our property and he realized our electrical panel was not up to par and so he charged us a reasonable fee for the replacement and installation. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday morning, he had everything completed! He even cut the trees around our electrical panel in order to access it but also making it easier for us to access. Brandon & Johnathan despite it being 100 degrees, did an amazing job. My garage burned down in March & I decided I just wanted a gazebo instead, but I needed power. They replaced the old with new wiring, new box, new breakers, even hooked up the outdoor ceiling fan, hiding the wiring and making it aesthetically pleasing.They did a great job. They were friendly, polite & professional. I will use them again for the other jobs on my list. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Hightower to replace an FPE panel on a house we are trying to sell. Anyone who has recently tried to get homeowners insurance knows the panels have to be replaced. We were trying to get it done as soon as possible, and Jason responded quickly and was so nice/patient walking me through what he needed pictures of so he could get a quote out to me that same day. The estimate was very reasonable and he had availability to replace the panel within a couple days. 10 out of 10 would definitely use Hightower Electric again.

Hightower Electric was a pleasure to work with. Jason and Richard put forth extra effort to ensure that everything was done safely. Richard installed a new MDP for the house. The work was done quickly and power was only lost for a short 3 hours for the process to be done. Also, a new quad outlet was installed on the exterior for the well to function properly. The new conduit and outlet was installed per code and done completely safe. I would recommend Hightower Electric for a big or small job. They will perform quickly and double check that every part was installed as required for the end user. Fantastic service all around. Even that the whole project was an emergency they stopped by immediately and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent.

I had a home inspection done and the inspector noted some aluminum wiring which triggered my insurer to ask for repairs. I contacted Hightower and Jason asked me to send him the report. He looked it over and told me the inspector neglected to mention that it was for the air con which is allowed. Jason could have come out and charged me a service call but he did this over the phone with no charge to me and the inspection report was amended. Fantastic proactive customer service.

Very professional company was able to give me a quote over the phone. I needed an inlet and interlock system for an outdoor generator. I was able to set up a date and time for them to instal. Electrician showed up on time performed all the required service walk me through and tested the system very happy with the job and the performance. Both of which are extremely important to any project.Just this week, I called them to help me on a project that another electrical contractor had let fall behind schedule. I called them late in the evening and they had men onsite by 6:30 the next morning... This was over two hours away from their shop. Their men worked for almost 24 hours straight, and helped me pull that project back into schedule and we were able to maintain our customers grand opening date. Jason at Hightower provides incredible service regardless of the circumstances! Our organization had a construction project underway, and we were using another electrician through the advice of our GC. Wish we had contracted with Hightower Electric (Jason) instead. At one point during construction our GC informed us that the electrical main and other service equipment needed for the building had a lead time from the manufacturer of 3 to 6 months!!! The GC and his electrician accepted the lead time and did nothing to try to tighten the schedule or provide solutions to expedite the procurement of the equipment. We reached out to Jason, and he was ready and willing to help. In short, Jason and his team did the legwork to evaluate alternatives to our riser design, determined what equipment would have faster lead times from multiple manufacturers, and developed and designed a riser diagram using equipment that was acceptable to the design professional/ engineer. We received all of our equipment needed within 3 weeks! Jason offered to install the equipment, but unfortunately, we were already in contract. However, that did not stop him from following up with us on multiple occasions to check-in on progress. Truly grateful for Jason and Hightower Electric.
