We would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for Electrical service. They were very professional and the customer service was outstanding. The technician showed up on time and the craftsmanship was excellent. On top of that the price was very fair and the communication was amazing start to finish. Very professional company committed to doing the right thing. Was very happy with emergency replacement of circuit breaker box for welded old box prior to leaving town for vacation. Install was very professional. Unfortunately contractors model box was accidentally installed. TSI was very committed to do the right thing and arranged replacement with the copper bus model I wanted. Even though cost difference between the two boxes was minimal they did the right thing and replaced the box with the one I wanted even though their labor cost was doubled. The installer Bill was very polite and professional and I was impressed with the install. I have a degree in electrical engineering and could not be happier with the job. Highly recommended.

This was our first time contacting TSI for a quote to install recessed lighting in our kitchen. The individuals that we communicated with, Cindy, Brandon and Alex were all very professional and friendly. After going over the quote, we decided to have TSI to do the work. Alex installed the lights. We are very pleased and satisfied with the work. Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend TSI.We are already planning another project.

I really appreciate the fine work that TSI did for our subdivision. The person that did the estimate for the work showed up when he said he was going to and he was very knowledgeable. I asked for the person actually doing the work to call me when he arrived at the subdivision gates. The electrician correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue when two other electricians I called wanted to hire a boring machine at a cost of well over $4000! TSI was able to clear the conduit and even pull the new wires at a cost of less than 10% of that amount. I highly recommend them. 5/5 stars.Paul Busse, Trustee, Fountainhead Estates Subdivision

Called in the morning to ask to have someone come out and check out my connections due to multiple flickering lights and outlets. Spoke with a very nice lady to set up the appointment and she was able to get a service tech out in the early afternoon to fix the situation. He quickly assessed the situation and tightened some loose connections. We will use TSI again. Thank you for sending someone out quickly as we were worried we were dealing with a fire hazard.

We were thrilled with the job Tsi did on our homes electrical needs. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up after them selves. We have not had any issues with the electrical work to date. The workers on site were on time, professional and pleasant. I would recommend using them for any electrical needs you may have. I certainly will use TSI again on any future projects.

What a wonderful experience. I was not able to give my full attention to the instillation of my generator. TSI took care of everything, freeing me to complete other tasks for a new home owner. I requested an estimate to replace my 200 amp electrical panel and it was done in a timely fashion. All of the other companies that I called only had an answering machine and never returned my call. I accepted the estimate and ask them to scheduled an appointment for installation. They called to back with a recommend installation date and asked if that would work for me. The service technician showed up and completed all of the work in one visit. My invoice for the work was exactly the amount on the estimate plus sales tax for materials. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service. We needed a light installed in our 2 story foyer and the job was completed quickly and professionally. There was a mix-up in scheduling but the company took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Only reason one star was deducted was because the workers had dirty boots, or the latter that was used was dirty, and my entry way rug was stained beyond the ability of a vacuum to remedy.
