R & M came out to my home to replace a light/ceiling fan in the kitchen. The service Tech was named Kyle. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He gave us some helpful tips regarding how to use the new light fixture/fan. He completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up his trash. We have used their services before and will continue to do so because they really have competent and qualified people to do the work.

We had a great experience with R& M Electric. There was some confusion at first with what to do but the electrician diagnosed the problem , contacted the home warranty and got parts, permits and got it fixed right before the artic blast! Also, Chastity was so helpful and responsive!

My husband and I purchased a new home and quickly found ourselves knee deep in all the joys of home ownership, mainly repairs. We found R&M via our home warranty, and boy did we strike gold! Ashley in the office is responsive and helpful. We were never surprised by the next steps, when the technician would be showing up, or cost. Chris was our technician and he was wonderful. We had issues with our dryer outlet not being connected, the furnace not having its own power source (or switch or something?), and needing a 220 outlet in the garage for charging our car. Chris was so good about talking through all of our options and answering all of my husbands questions. It gives me so much peace knowing my husband is satisfied with the work and we have someone to call if we have any electrical issues in the future. I was going to add pictures, but seeing wires wouldnt really be helpful to me, just like Im sure my description of the work completed wasnt really helpful to anyone that knows wire stuff!! In summary, if you value transparency, your money, and keeping your house safe from wire issues, R&M is the place for you!

Chris was absolutely AMAZING. We seriously couldnt have asked for anyone better to come out and assist us. We just bought a house and things were not working as they should, and actually cost us a vacuum...needless to say, we were worried that there was a major issue. Chris was super helpful and explained what was going on. He even took the time to look into some other issues that werent listed in the original service request. Hands down, this is the best service weve ever received. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and put us at ease. One of the nicest people youll ever meet, and an expert at what he does. We will be sure to call them for everything in the future as well. Now we have working outlets and an outside light! Thank you, Chris and R&M for everything -- we are truly grateful!

Everyone at R&M is phenomenal! They are kind, honest, and reliable. Their prices are always fair. Theyve repaired plenty of our electrical issues with ease, and just recently installed new lights in our shop that are beyond awesome! Mike came out and located the cause of the issue in under an hour. Ashley in the office has been a pleasure to deal with and R&M works with my home warranty to see if the repair is covered. Whether its covered or not, I will be using R&M to do the repair due to their honesty and professionalism.

Chris and his team were very professional. I cant say how much I loved the work, the communication, and even the Vibes. Ya know sometimes people are just out to get all your money but Chris was trying to find ways for us to save money 💰. I was okay with spending the extra dollar buy he helped prevent that. Chris and his team will be back to supply our basement with more power supplies. Oh and did I mention he replaced our whole panel with doing all the grunt work along the way. He was on time and communicated every move he was making to let us know what we needed to do so that he could work efficiently. Cant wait for him to come back and finish the basement.

I have been a customer of R&M Electric for years, and they have been consistently excellent that entire time. Efficient, thorough, and - most importantly - excellent at communication. From the way they take in information and book appointments, to the reminders and updates they send leading up the the appointment, to the work they do, I never feel in the dark or unclear on whats happening. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and able to handle even the more esoteric work Ive thrown his way, and Ive never had anything less than a positive interaction with anyone else who works for R&M. Chris has come out to my house twice to fix outlet issues and each time was courteous, professional, informative, and honest with what needed to be done. I have had to use my home warranty company for several issues and up until Chris at R&M they have sent the kind of people that try to get one over on you. Chris shows the kind of integrity and honesty that is very rare and refreshing to find. He patiently answered any question I had and educated me on aluminum and copper wiring so that I understood the why behind his work. Thank you Chris for taking care of my house!
