    Alex is a good man. Speedy fixed my electrical needs but unfortunately the surge in my bathroom caused it to lose power. I contacted Speedy and they sent Alex back out and he walked me through All the troubleshooting tips and then fixed the problem. His Coaching will be very helpful to me in the future. No charge.     Great customer service over the phones and in person! We had the pleasure of speaking with Sonja, who was so helpful and friendly with every interaction. She kept us up to speed on arrival times and appointments and was a delight. Our electrician, Alex, was super knowledgeable and thorough. We used speedy electric to set up installation for our hot tub. It was not an easy job by any means and Alex, our electrician, was meticulous and thorough. He did amazing work, explained everything and was such a nice guy with great customer service. Communicated with us every step of the way! Will definitely use Speedy Electric again and will request Alex!!

    I was referred by my home warranty insurance to Speedy Electric, Inc. because the lights in my home would flicker when the conditioner would come on. A representative, Alex came out and found that there was a bad connection, the fuse box is out-dated and needed replacing. I was very fortunate to have Alex replace the “Fuse Box” in my home. I am very pleased with the quality of work, and impeccable time and patience it took to perform this job. Alex has a lot of pride in the fine work that he does. I commend and recommend Speedy Electric for an excellent job performance done in my home. “I feel safe for me and my family now”!     Alex came and replaced our old ceiling fan with our new light fixture in our living room. He was very professional. My wife and I were a little indecisive about how long we wanted each cable on the fixture, and Alex was patient and worked to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work!

    I was truly impressed by the proficiency and Excellency that was performed in my home today ( July 25, 2019) in which I had a chandelier ( that I imported from Venice, Italy) installed. Alex was a very polite and professional technician , and he worked like an expert like you would never believe . I truly would recommend this company to anybody who wants to get electrical work done in their home and get it done right the first time. It’s worth the money because you will be so happy with the results.     Very pleased with this company because they sent Alex for a next day appointment when the company I had used before was telling me it would be a week. He is very experienced, professional and explained what he was doing, plus hes a pleasure to talk to. If you think of it like an electricity doctor, hes got a good beside manner.     We love Sophia and Alex at Speedy Electric. Weve had two electrical problems (one very major) in the last 3 months and both times Sophia immediately got us on the schedule and Alex was here to resolve both on the same day. Speedy is just that …. very aptly named and also very competent, thorough and fairly priced. Dont even think about calling anyone else. It will be done right by Speedy.

    Great experience. Had a lightening strike nearby and knocked out power to half of our house. They got here quickly and got everything fixed very quickly and efficiently. Also Alex was very informative and took time to explain everything!

    We had the pleasure of working with Alex from Speedy Electric when he connected a previously installed floor heater. The job proved to be more difficult and time consuming than we originally thought, but Alex worked his magic and we now have warm feet in the morning.     I could not recommend this company more. I am new to the Roswell area and didnt know who to call for my electrical needs. I happen to see on of their trucks in my neighborhood and called on a whim... I am very happy that I did. They sent out an electrician by the name of Alec who not only fixed all of my issues, he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and even his opinion on issues he wasnt fixing.     I have used Speedy Electric twice for electrical services. Electricians are always courteous, knowledgeable and the office/dispatch calls to advise if the team is behind schedule and at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. The work is great and carries a 1-year warranty. I highly recommend them!

    Update 04/12/19 They contacted my wife and agreed to reduce the cost to a mutually agreed upon reasonable price and for a free inspection in the future. I appreciate that they took the time out to look at the schedule and determine who we were and that they reach out to stand behind their business and make it right. John Bailey, the regional operations manager took personal interest in assisting and we appreciate.Last week, my wife detected a rubber burning smell that seemed like it might be an electrical issue. The technician came over check a couple of things on the electrical box and could not find anything. The cost for this quick visit was $288. Seems unreasonable to me.I see they responded they have never spoken to me. That is true they spoke to my wife and came to my home while I was working. What a silly response by them. Another reason not to use this business.

He fixed the situation in 10 mins and was on his way. He was super friendly, super fast and VERY THOROUGH!***I wish he was also a plumber, HVAC and life repair person too!!! Lol!     Had an impressive day today. Lost power, but only half of the house. Of course, the half which had the heat and the refrigerator. So, checked the breakers, and none were tripped. So, I called Speedy Electric to have someone come take a look. The lady on the phone suggested I call Georgia Power and see if it was on the outside, before she sent an Electrician over and charged for the call. So, I called Georgia Power. They had someone at the house in about 30 minutes. Was their line to the house that failed. In about 20 minutes, everything was back up and running. We were very impressed with Speedy Electric and Georgia Power. There are still some good companies and good customer service out there.
