I had Abulous install house lighting for me, 9 years ago, in 2015. It was a great project: Frank created and discussed with me a design, and, once I approved, it was installed in a day.This year, I discovered a lamp was out. When I looked closer, it was a couple lamps. Since the wiring is daisy chained, I expected that a landscaper had cut a wire. I was surprised to find that a few of the lamps had actually failed. BUT, I send a short email about what I had found, seeking support, and Frank replied Sunday evening! He assessed the situation, and, had his man, Brandon, out a few days later. Brandon showed up early and had the repairs made in less than an hour! All of this was covered under the lifetime warranty of the lamp! It was simply excellent support, and, easy for me. The house looked great!I give Abulous my strongest recommendation! Five stars!If you forgive the landscaping I need to do, Ive attached a picture.

Our 12 year old landscape lighting system was in need of a refresh so we asked three companies to provide proposals. Ultimately, we selected Abulous Lighting as the preferred vendor. Frank, the designer took the greatest amount of time to walk with us through our yard offering the most comprehensive and tailored solution. He recommended reusing many of our existing fixtures, repositioning some and adding a sufficient number of new ones to meet our needs. His quote was very competitive and the quality of his fixtures and fittings of an extremely high quality. The installation crew arrived on time, were extraordinarily customer focused and diligently installed the refresh. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abulous Lighting as an excellent company on quality, service and cost.

Weve used Abulous for several large lighting projects on our 1 acre property and I can confidently endorse them. They came out to my house each time and walked through the project with us, took pictures, and then provided a detailed mockup with their quote. Each time their quotes have been lower than their competitors. But I would honestly still recommend them even if they were not. Their lighting engineers are top notch. Theyre easy to talk to and since they have the mockups they know exactly what to do. There are no surprises. Frank and his crew over at Abulous set the bar very high. Their professionalism is A+. The process and team are great to work with. You get a text the day of with an ETA and they follow-up the first night to make sure youre happy with their work once.

From the owner, Frank, and all of the installers that came to our house, everyone was friendly, courteous, professional, and truly wanted to ensure that we were a satisfied customer. They only use heavy, high quality lights that look just as good. We had our entire front of the house redone with LEDs, and added lighting in the back now that we have a pool. **Blown Away by Frank and his Team**This is my first home and I never had “Landscape Lighting” done before so I was hesitant who to hire. I’m glad I chose “Abulous Lighting”. Frank walked me through the whole process via e-mail and phone for about 2 weeks before I moved forward. Very patient, Very informative and Excellent Customer Service. Pricing was the best in Atlanta as well, so I have the comfort of knowing that I got a great deal! My favorite part is the fact they will draw up a “Blue Print” showing where each light will be placed on your home before installation. (Just provide a picture of your home for reference) I’m a visual person so that helped me a lot! John & John came out for the install and they were great guys. They knew what they were doing and it did not take them long. They did a great job of hiding the wires as well. I was very impressed and will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects! Ive learned you dont want to get too lit ....so the lesson in lumens to get the appropriate amount of lighting was important and that you should never see the actual light. He made recommendations for changes and sent us a quote a few hours later.We were very pleased with the results. We cut down on the number of lights from the original system. The fixtures that were installed are a good quality. The work was done on time as promised. They came out and retro-upgraded some previous lighting that we had done a few years back and made it look as seamless and continuous as possible. They also worked with us on the best (& most economical) way to light up a hard to reach area of our yard. I had a weird issue with my backyard lights where a few were more dim than the others. Great service and care to detail. Moved them to my first call moving forward :)

They came out promptly and assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done then rewired some lights, switched out some connectors and got our system working perfectly in no time. Three years ago Abulous Ligting installed outdoor lighting at our new house. We were very pleased with the results. Recently I needed to have a larger gutter installed over the front porch. The Abulous staff helped me arrange a schedule where they would disconnect the existing lights, the gutter company would do their work the next day, and then Abulous would come back and get the lights working. They also installed a couple of new lights for me while they were here. It rained 4 days straight, and Abulous rescheduled their work here over and over. They were here in just a couple of hours after the new gutters were installed to make everything perfect. I could not be more pleased and thankful for the work they did and especially for their above and beyond customer service.

Abulous Lighting designed and installed our outdoor lighting last year. Great job and great price. Invited them back this year to help with the backyard and gave them a real challenge. I had an LED plastic globe that sat on my pool deck, but it was a pain because it had to be charged every 2-3 days. Frank and his retrofitted it with a low voltage light that works the same as the other outdoor lights, so it comes on with he rest of the lighting. Zach showed up on time and steadily worked through our mess of an LV lighting system (our dogs had torn up some of the wiring). He was able to get our front and back lighting up and running along with replacing some of the faulty lights and burying all wires deep enough to avoiding future dog-related destruction. I have used Abulous Lighting for many years and love what they have done to create beauty and security in lighting my property. Zach is awesome and so wonderful to work with during installations. Every one in the company is professional and provides customer service beyond my expectations. The products they use have been good quality and have not needed to be replaced unless they were broken by accident. The LED bulbs made an enormous difference as they require so little current that I could add lights to the circuit which previously had been limited. My yard is full of cold-hardy palm trees which look amazing all year round when lit up at night. I had an outage caused by my own faulty wiring setup, Fabulous responded immediately. I recently planted additional cold-hardy palms in my front yard and some of the underground lighting wirings were severed in the process. I dont write immediate reviews because I like to judge a company not only at the completion of a project but upon overall responsiveness if there is question or concern. Abulous gets 5 stars plus all the way around.I contact Abulous to provide an estimate on replacing outdoor lighting installed by a previous owner that had not been operational for three years. The owner, Frank Hasty, came by our home to investigate the situation. We had previously been told that we needed a full system replacement. Frank quickly determined that the transformers and other inside equipment could be used with minor modifications. He also determined that much of the existing outdoor wire could be reused. (saving us thousands of dollars). Frank promised a new outdoor plan using modern led lights which arrived the following morning.Two weeks later the Abulous crew arrived and completed all work in 4 hours. They were exceptional. All work was done in a neat manner and the outdoor work which involved the replacement of a few wires across the yard and light unit installation was unnoticeable when they left. A complete cleanup that left no concern.Three weeks after the install I had a question about resetting the timers from dusk to dawn dusk to 12pm. My text was answered within 5 minutes with an attached utube video on setting the timer and an offer to come by an assist. This is they type of customer service that you wish for. By the way, the timers are great - the handle daylight savings time and work perfectly!If you are considering outdoor lighting you will find Abulous to be honest about what needs to be done, extremely price competitive and efficient. The quality of service is top notch and the employees care about your property and achieving the outcome you desire. We have received many very favorable comments on the lighting of our property and this has been one of the most enjoyable stress free home improvement projects ever undertaken. We interviewed 6 different companies before selecting Abulous Lighting, and chose them because they actually listened to what we were looking to accomplish in our lighting project in the backyard and even told us when we were thinking about doing something really didn’t make sense when all the others tried to over-sell us. They delivered on time, exactly what was promised, and we have a solution which can expand once we’re able to rehabilitate our front yard this Spring (where every other company tried to get us to do the full project up front).I wanted to provide a quick update. After outdoor lighting was installed by Abulous Lighting, we decided to expand our home irrigation/sprinkler system from being just in the backyard (where the lighting was located as well) to the front yard. When the irrigation was expanded from the backyard, they also ran cables to the control box so the new Zones could be managed, and when all of the new work was done, our lighting in the backyard was affected, and the irrigation company refused to accept any liability for the disruption.After an initial miscommunication between us, Abulous promptly sent someone to our house to help discover what had happened (was the power cable cut, or did something else happen to disrupt the lights from coming on). It was discovered the irrigation company, while running their cables to the same pole the lighting equipment is housed on, somehow managed to pull the electrical line away from the bottom of the controller, and the tech was able to manage to reconnect the cable and the lights worked fine. We were only charged a small fee for the site visit (no huge labor or part changes).If you want to deal with someone who will treat you great before, during, and after the sale, I highly recommend Abulous Lighting.
