    I have used Mr. Electric in the past but todays experience was worth the review. Brian Stack was absolutely amazing !! I was in complete crisis mode before Brian arrived as I was dealing with an electrical issue and another major issue simultaneously. Brian was efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. His positive attitude and easy going nature also made a very difficult moment a lot easier to deal with. He gave me great recommendations for updating my homes electrical in the future and I certainly will be choosing to ask for Brian moving forward anytime that I call Mr Electric. Hands down the best technician Ive encountered yet!

    Had my main panel breaker burn up and Brandon was able to do an emergency replacement of my entire panel. He worked diligently from 10pm till 5am to get my electrical service restored! While pricey ($4500), his work was flawless and clean and done in an emergency situation. He installed a high quality Siemens Panel and had all the tools and components on hand to get the job done properly.

    Mr David Unitt provided premier service. Due to some flooding repairs the repairers failed to reconnect the first plugs. The second plugs and food compactor in the sinkā€™s switch was broken and needed full replacement including a new box and installed a new doorbell for me as well. I found David to be the penultimate professional. He allowed me to watch and explained what was happening as he went through each step. He was friendly as well and had me feeling at ease very quickly. He provided an exceptional service experience for something that I had been dreading a long time. Would highly recommend Mr Unitt. Donā€™t know about anyone else there though. The price might have been a bit higher than I expected, but Mr Unittā€™s service was well worth the cost. Mr Unitt comes highly recommended. Mr Unitt gets my highest ranking after serious consideration. He is no con.

    Mr Electric of Atlanta? I hope its the right company. I called the company to set up an evaluation and estimate for replacing my old smoke detectors.My service guy Brian came out promptly as promised. He made sure he understood my needs and explained my options in detail. He installed and tested 2 smoke detectors/CO detectors. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.He went the extra mile, going to the store for extra parts, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself.He tested the devices, made sure I was satisfied and told me to call with further issues or even if I had questions.The entire process was smooth, reasonable cost and expertly executed.

    I cant express enough how impressed I was with Brian of Mr. Electric. I had an outage in a portion of my house that turned out to be a wiring issue that could have resulted in a fire.     I just had some work done by Jordon P and it was fantastic service! He was very professional and from the beginning he said that hes not going to fumble the truth or use techno-babble to try and sway me. He explained the problem and made sure that I knew what was wrong and why. He treats it like its his own home, giving you different options if youre in a bind. Like most people Im not savvy towards home repairs and certainly not electrical issues, but his work ethic and the quality of information he gave me explaining the issues made me very comfortable in his abilities. Hes also got an amazing sense of humor. Thank you Jordon and the Mr. Electric team for helping me put my house back together. :)

    Adam was great. Very professional and personable. Arrived on the scene incredibly promptly, identified our problem quickly (old dryer circuit in disrepair and unsafe to use), and suggested several options for us to choose from for how he would fix it. We were hoping to have this problem fixed within a few days, and instead it was only a few hours. Highly recommend.

    I just had some work done by Charles and it was fantastic service. I initially called him for some general repairs and asked him to look at my breaker panel as well. He was very professional and didnā€™t try to oversell me and told me the problems he saw. After completing the inspection he gave me an estimate and I have to be honest it was more than I wanted to spend. But his work ethic and the quality of information he gave me explaining the issues made me very comfortable in his abilities and I asked him to come back out. The service turned out to be better then when he first came by if thatā€™s possible. Needless to say Charles was a Godsend and I am very grateful for the work he did. Itā€™s s one of the times where you spend a large sum of money and donā€™t feel bad about it because you know you got great service. Thank you and I would highly recommend this company.

    Veaya was amazing! She fixed numerous issues around the house, some of which several other electricians were unable to fix. She explained everything in plain English so we could understand and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

    Our HVAC systems stopped working. HVAC company came out and found that there was no power going to the units and suggested we call an electrician. We called Mr. Electric of Roswell Friday afternoon and they scheduled us for 8a-10a on Saturday. The technician, Adam Carlisle texted us Saturday morning that he was on the way and came early in the time slot. He diagnosed the problem promptly and explained in detail exactly why the problem was with the electric panel in our early 1970s house. Based on an internet search and him showing me the problem, that all checked out. He had the necessary equipment on his truck to remove our old panel and install a new one. I could tell it was a lot of work. He worked continuously keeping us posted along the way and stayed until the job was completely done. He also cleaned up the work area very well. We were extremely pleased with his promptness and professionalism and would want to ask for him again specifically the next time we need electric service. We also had a similar positive experience with Mr. Rooter of Roswell, their affiliated company.

    I wanted to share the great customer service I had from Tony G. I was having the issue with the smell of burning wires in my breaker Box so I called Mr. Electric and they sent someone out the same day. Tony G arrived at my home smiling and with a great personality. He was very knowledgeable about what the issue was in was able to replace it within 3 hours and also installed a surge protector for the breaker Box. I recommend a 100% doing business with Mr. Electric because Tony G knew everything and was very confident in his work and even cleaned up after himself and left my home spotless. I would definitely want Tony G. to come out if I ever have issues at a future. Thanks again Tony G for your great customer service and your expertise in electrical systems. Your work was well worth the money. You are the best!

    Justin did a great job in replacing the smoke detectors in my home and in explaining the options that are out there on the market. He also checked out my electrical panel to make sure everything looked OK. Justin arrived on time, was very personable, completed the job quickly, and reviewed everything he did with me.     Daniel was extremely professional and personable. He never left a mess. Explained things to my husband very well. He arrived exactly on time and was not afraid of dogs!!     David was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he fix the problem in our living room for which he was originally dispatched, but he also fixed a separate issue in our bedroom as well as inspecting our main breaker panel, all for the original estimate! All of this on a Saturday, after a different company told us they couldnā€™t get to us until Tuesday. A great experience overall; highly recommended!!

    Mickey did a great job for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was curious about how all the wiring and electrical components worked and asked a lot of questions, he was very thorough and patient in explaining exactly what was going on with my wiring.     I called on a Sunday to get somebody out the next day Despite their schedule not lining up, after hearing that my only days off were Sunday and Monday they were able to shift some things around and get me worked in at around 11am on Monday.Matthew showed up promptly after being dispatched and finished quickly, though once did I feel like any corners had been cut.Upon discovering some of my fixtures were shot, he gave me the option to have him replace them as well as giving me the cost ahead of time.Having just moved into this house, after today itā€™s safe to say I found my new electrician.

    Our technician, Daniel, came yesterday to repair a problem in our box, then did a safety of the whole system and made several recommendations for upgrades, some of which we agreed to. Today he came and completed those. He was with us for much of the day--there were several upgrades, and in order to complete them he spent quite a bit of time driving around, trying to find parts in local stores (Home Depot, etc.), without a lot of luck at first--to his credit, Daniel never gave up, finally located the required materials, and completed the work. He is personable and explains things clearly, which made him a pleasure to work with.

    Terrific experience! We called Mr Electric after a storm knocked out power in our garage. I also had questions on the safety of outlets and a spa tub switch. Daniel inspected and diagnosed the issues, some of which did not require repairs. I did not feel pressured or over sold, and was able to clearly understand the recommended services.     Our experience with Matthew was excellent. We had a small electrical fire on Saturday. He came right away and inspected the damage. He had to go to Home Depot and get a part.     Brian @ Mr Electric replaced the equipment that comes in from the street, including new outside meter/breaker and new inside panel, plus rewiring the pools electrical connection. Brian was at the house every day for 10-12 hours/day for 6 days working on updating the service. He texted me constantly with updates and any questions or concerns, including pictures of what was going on. Brians work is superb, with clean installation - both equipment layout and internal wiring - he very much as a it may take a little effort, but it needs to be done right attitude, even on a fixed bid job. I highly recommend Mr Electric and would definitely consider using them again.

    These guys are great. We called when an outdoor socket ā€œpopped offā€ which is scary as hell because itā€™s essentially on fire for a few seconds. They were here quickly, explained what happened in detail, showed us that everything was indeed ok, replaced the socket and were out. Perfect service.     Daniel S came to provide his expertise in replacing an overhead fixture that apparently had suffered a power surge and needed to be replaced, not repaired. He was able to come up with a solution and evaluated my electrical system and showed us the advantage of having a whole house surge protections system installed, which offers better protection against future surges for all of the house hold appliances.Because of his conscious attention to our needs, my wife and I feel much better now knowing we have the whole house electrical surge protection system in place with a ten year warranty!Daniel was on time, as promised and he and Mr. Electric far exceeded our expectations when I reached out to them based on the Trust Dalerecommendation for assistance.

    Donā€™t bother calling anyone else. This company is the best. Great customer service from Stephen in scheduling and especially from Matt the electrician. Prompt, courteous, honest and thorough. Matt even put on shoe covers before he walked through the door. This was a challenging installation-20ā€™ ceiling and a large fan. Matt even checked out our service panel and updated it on the spot. Reasonably priced and no trying to up charge you. I would call them again.

    I was very pleased with Mattā€™s work. He came in to fix a botched job that ended up costing me twice (my lesson - if theyā€™re not licensed and bonded and donā€™t give references then donā€™t let them in)! The circumstances were very trying but he went above and beyond to get the job done installing outlets over my fireplace so I could hang my TV. Iā€™m very pleased and would want him to do more work at my house. Very responsive company too, as I called at 10 am and he was at my house by 1:00 pm on a Saturday.Pay a little more and use a company that will stand behind their work. Now all thatā€™s left is for me to go drag that jerk who botched my job to small claims court.Thanks Mr. Electric!

    Our technician, Chris did a fantastic job installing a crystal chandelier for a 17 foot ceiling! He was professional and skilled in his work. He completed what we were told was a two man job on his own without a hitch. My chandelier was perfectly centered and looks beautiful. We called him Superman and he did a super job!!

This required digging a trench with under ground wiring etc. Mr. Day was the technical electrician who came out and gave me a up front honest estimate with absolutely no hidden charges!!!He represented Mr. Electric well, being very professional and prompt. Mr. Day suggested several options to minimize damage to my home.     We were pleasantly surprised from our initial conversation with megan about our needs, she was professional and courteous. saturday morning Joe showed up and took the time to listen to all my concerns, needs and things i would like to see done. he then spent time evaluating our electrical status thoroughly. he walked me through his findings and his suggestions. overhauling the entire box i knew would be a project so asked him when he could start. he said im yours and began the work. spending most of his saturday here, we found his professionalism and knowledge amazing. he completed all the tasks, installed a house surge protection and reviewed everything he had done. we would highly recommend mr. electric, and joe to anyone concerned about the status of their electricity in there home, thanks joe

I was not happy about the inconvenience the nature of the visit, but he was always pleasant. I do believe that the company is fairly pricy for the services provided. Today, a technician from Mr. Electric performed service in my home. This technician, Jake, is an asset to Mr. Electric. He came in, performed the service in what was an honest way.
