We had a floor drain backing up every time sink or shower was used in home. As you can imagine how inconvenient that might be… we had been treated rudely and quoted ridiculously high prices by numerous other companies before being referred to Viking by a friend. They came out right away and even though it was difficult to figure out where the clog was, they got the job done quickly and were so kind, considerate and reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone and can’t say enough good things. It’s just nice to know there are still good people in the world!

David and his son was great taking care of my drain emergency. Called them very late on a Friday. They were out there right away Saturday morning and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

The gentleman, sorry ,I dont know his name, came sooner than I expected, which was GREAT! He took care of the situation quickly.The only problem was not cleaning the floor of the shower. I didnt mind doing it, but it is very difficult for me to bend over (had back surgery recently) Other than that, Im very pleased.

After the stress of finding a sewer backup In my basement, it was wonderful having the Viking Sewer guy show up on time, find the problem and clean it out. I share the main line with my neighbor and Spencer found 2 clogs at 30 feet and 65 feet and then told us both how to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Thank you Spencer for a job well done and for being a nice guy under not so pleasant circumstances

I’ve had many plumbing problems, I.e. blocked pipes drains you name on several occasions and I have not sought to call anyone but Viking,. They are professional, on time and do a fantastic job . For me personally I will not use any other than Viking. I have had experiences with other companies where I’ve had to call them back promptly after a job has been done but I have never once had to call them for a job they fixed. Quite recently I had a blockage in my kitchen sink which also affected the dish washer, the Viking professional not only fixed the blockage but also replaced the washers damaged by my putting chemicals to fix the blockage m. Hugely impressed by their expertise and at a great price. You’d be hard pressed to find better service

Called Viking this morning after I already had an appointment set up from Roto-Rooter last night between the hours of 8 and 10 AM. At 7:30 Roto-Rooter called me and canceled. I called Viking. The owner mentioned that one of his guys was out of town and his son was going to be finishing up on another job. I told him I have kids. And I need to be able to flush my toilet. He told me he would call me back. Within a half hour he called me back and within two hours Spencer came out. And did a wonderful job. Short notice. This company cares. Spencer does fantastic work. Very informative. And cleans up after the job is finished. I will definitely recommend Viking To other homeowners and I will definitely be using their service again. They truly do care about people, which is very rare these days. So thank you Spencer and everyone at Viking!!!Neil
