Should have called Town & Country in the first place and saved half the summer of swimming. After battling with the pool company that installed our pool last year for 6 weeks to come out and fix our pool plumbing leak. We finally decided to call Town and Country Plumbing. T&C came out the following Tuesday, diagnosed the issue right away, came up with a estimate for repairs. They proceeded cutout broken lines & rerouted as needed. Everything is working again! T&C did what they said, when they said they would and at the agreed upon price. Professional Plumbers vs Pool Boys! Lesson learned.

David C. came on one of the coldest days in January. My toilet stoppage turned out quite a bid deal, but David handled it expertly. Even had to access the stoppage from my roof with amazing equipment. He had to remove my toilet and replace it. Also checked my septic tank. What a capable guy, impeccable manners by an enjoyable young man! Thank you for sending him. I highly recommend him. Hes a keeper!

Our water heater went out Friday night and I called a few plumbing places and Town and Country put us on the schedule asap!!! Alex showed up Saturday morning to go over everything and while there was a minor issue with the application approval they still did the job!!! While Alex was pulling the old water heater out I believe it was his boss who showed up a bit later with the new one. Done before noon. In and out!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and his boss made it a smooth process to for the application process. Prices were reasonable and definitely adding this place to my call list. Great Service! Did not disappoint. A+A+A+

It cost way too much. $600 for 15 minutes. They Service tech was great but the office told me $475 on the phone then harged $600 to climb 8 ft on the roof that has a low pitch. I understand the extra charge on the weekend but damn that was way too much for time and no materials used. Great guy but company took me to the cleaners.

My experience was great. We needed our water supply line fixed quickly after it had been damaged on a Friday afternoon leaving us with no water. They were able to come Saturday morning and repair it quickly. Otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday with another company and have no water all weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was expensive, hence the 4 star rating.

I can’t say enough about Town & Country Plumbing. Tasha was an angel in our time of need. We came back from lunch to 2/3 toilets in our office overflowing everywhere. On the Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, I knew it would be tough to get someone to come out on such short notice.. I called 13 other companies and couldn’t get service today. Tasha took my info with the hopes of fitting us in and she made it happen! Craig was so wonderful! He came out and tried a couple of different things to fix our problem; he ended up calling in for another piece of equipment and some help. They had to get on the roof in this heat but it worked!!! He was tidy and conscientious throughout the whole process. Very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company. We will be a customer for all future needs.Thank you!!!!!

Its the night before a big winter storm is set to hit and we are experiencing extreme cold weather. Town and Country answered the phone, offered advice and sent us to their on call associate Josh Bush. Josh communicated quickly, updated us when he was on his way and took quick action on our water heater. He explained the issue well and quickly solved it. They were upfront on pricing, made efficient repairs and were friendly company. Highly recommend and grateful for their service!

These guys are awesome! I had a water leak in my front yard due to a faulty clamp on a t-joint. Within a few hours of filling out a request on the website, I had an email from them in my inbox. This was on Labor Day weekend. After a couple more emails, I had a contact and an appointment. Calvin came out and was great to work with. Everyone that I spoke to in person or on the phone was professional and had great customer service. I would recommend Town and Country for any plumbing need.

He was kind enough to point out potential future issues with my ancient plumbing fixtures and make suggestions on fixing them!Edit: I have also called T&C to help with the business I manage in lieu of our usual plumber due to my great personal experience. I wont call anyone else for business or personal use after multiple great experiences with them and poor experience with other companies.

We used Town and Country plumbing for a slab leak that had gone undetected for some time. Unlike several of the leak detection places I had called, T&C was quick to send someone out for an initial consultation and get to work. Eddie was very professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing while trying to fix the issue (and it wasnt an easy one! These copper pipes gave him a lot of trouble.) We appreciate the prompt response and his patience in working with us. Would definitely use again and recommend!

T&C installed a new water heater for me a few months back (and did a five-star job), so when I had concerns about my pipes being prepared for winter, I called them without hesitation. Clint came the very next morning. He gave my tiny house on wheels a thorough inspection, checked the fit and weather protection of my skirting, and did an excellent job of evaluating my home for potential problems related to prolonged cold. He answered all of my questions in a way that I understand and made recommendations that I can easily follow. He interacted easily with my lot manager and in all ways remained a consummate professional. I will most certainly call Town and Country anytime I have a plumbing need, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants prompt, quality service.

I was referred to Towne and Country by another reputable plumber because my first guy didn’t have the large sewer machine. Dave was on time, very kind and patient, and he did the job right. We moved into an older house that was badly neglected by the previous owners. The previous owners did not disclose a severely clogged pipe in the basement- something the inspector just wouldn’t have found. Dave brought down the sewer machine and he spent over 2 hours fighting with the clog. He persevered and yanked out a massive wad of baby wipes (from previous owners) that had clogged the pipe 25ft down. Dave made sure to also run the machine/cable all the way to the septic tank, 80ft, to be sure it was clear. This was an enormous success and I can move forward with more house projects that were stalled due to plumbing. Pricing was fair, but maybe a little on the higher side. However, I’m very happy with the work that was done so I was glad to pay it. You get what you pay for! Good work!!!

Town and Country has since reached out to me several times to apologize and refunded all of my money. I do believe that this was just a misunderstanding and that they are a top notch company striving to make their customers happy and solve their problems.I recently call Town and Country Plumbing to request an estimate to clear my kitchen drain. I was told over the phone that it would be $49.95 for the service call and that would be rolled into the price if I accepted the estimate from the plumber who came out. She also told me that it usually takes around 10 minutes to clear a kitchen drain which sounds like a $75-$100 fix to me.Two uniformed gentlemen arrived about 2 hours later and came into my kitchen. I already had the cleanout cap off and the sinks drained. They quoted me $199! Ha! I sent them packing! Dont even waste your $50 for their estimate! Call someone else!! I rented an electric drain auger for $57 and did the job myself! Oh, plus the added, unnecessary cost of T & Cs estimate.

Jason was amazing. He came and very thoroughly checked my lines for the blockage without trying to upsell me on any other options. It turns out my clog had cleared itself but he waited for me to check a few other things before leaving to make sure it was really gone. Only charged me the service fee and was worth it. I’ve referred T&C Plumbing to friends and family. It’s always nice to have someone come out who’s got your best interests in mind and not your money!

Alex with Town & Country plumbing was very polite and professional. He told me upfront about pricing and what areas of the house he would trouble shoot. He spent 25 minutes outside in the snow with a heat gun in order to get my water running again, and let me know what measures I could take to avoid this occurring in the future. On one of the coldest days of the year, Town and Country came to my rescue. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a water leak in my house. I called Town and Country out on Monday morning to come fix the leak. The plumber arrived on Monday and recommended that I find the leak by cutting holes in the walls. It was cheaper than paying the plumber to cut holes in my walls. I finally narrowed down where the leak was and called Town and Country out again on Friday. The plumber arrived at my house and located the leak. He fixed the leak and changed the flexible supply lines on my hot water heater. It took a couple hours so I was expecting an expensive bill, but it ended up being reasonable. Town and Country responded fast and fixed my water leak. Next time I have a leak I will definitely call them back out.

Corey Burns did a great job on our plumbing and fixed a couple things the city wanted changed for commercial code with no complaints and got it all done exactly to their specs and in a timely manner. He was polite and professional and always willing to help and answer questions in person or over the phone. The cost was literally over 50% less than both other quotes we received. We will always call Town and Country for plumbing work!

Raymond came out to our house today and walked us through the possibilities of what could be the problem with our noisy plumbing. He explained each process needed to fix the problems but kept trying a couple things just to make sure he could identify the specific issue. He was courteous, professional, and honest with us! Well my gas hot water heater bit the dust so after some research I called Town and Country Plumbing. They were helpful and polite from the start and had a time that they could send someone out the same day...Clint Taylor gave me a curtesy call to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and had an estimate written up for the repairs in no time. Once he was given the ok to proceed he let me know that the new parts would get delivered shortly so he wouldnt have to mess around waste time picking up parts and could get started on the removal of the old water heater and prepair for installation of the new unit. Not only was Clint very polite he also does good work in a timely manner and provided great service! I would definitely recommend them for any future plumbing repairs or projects!

Clint Taylor went above and beyond when he came to our house to work on our garbage disposal. The warranty company that covers our home appliances refused to pay him to do his job after he drove all of the way from Rogers to our house. But he wanted to help me so thats what he did for a fraction of his usual fee. fter driving all of the way from Rogers and trying to work with the warranty company. The company only argued with him and with me the entire time he was here. He took time out of his day to help us and we sincerely appreciate everything he did. He even recommended a better home warranty company which we will be switching to just as soon as our contract is up with this other company.

First off, he is a very friendly guy, and he is very knowledgable in his field. He clearly explains the problem and details what fix, if any, needs to be made. Clint found that when Lowes installed hardwood flooring in a bedroom that backs the bathroom, they drove a trim nail through the cold water pipe behind the stool. Clint did not give up in finding my problem and I am working with Lowes to file an insurance claim. Be aware that the plumber on site determines the price, and if youre a young female they might attempt to overcharge you depending on the person they send to your house. I called the office when they determined it would be 165 to simply cap a gas line that already had a shut off valve on it. It took 10 minutes and the plumber agreed that it was easy and took little to no time. They office lowered the price to 100 which is still high but a bit more tolerable. Everyone was professional and curious, including the plumbers on site. Just be firm and understand what youre being charged for and everything will be fine.
