    Austin and Dylan were so nice and customer service oriented. I could ask them any question and they did not even hint at snapping 🤔 back at me. I felt very comfortable and safe speaking with them and having them looking for a leak 👀 at my house 🏠. I would recommend them to anyone that needed their services. It was just like visiting with any of my good friends. They were very professional 👏.

    I called Ben Franklin first. They said their leak detection people would come out for over $700 just to find the leak and then theyd give us a quote to fix it.I called some local plumbers but no one does leak detection. I called this place. It took a little while to get an appointment, but they had everything on my calendar and sent text reminders and even had an earlier opening than expected.I got updates they were coming and showed up right on time. Austin was super professional and thorough and found and fixed everything for a little more than what BF quoted me just to find the leak.Next time Id just call this place first.

    These guys were super knowledgeable and their customer service was first-rate. Can’t thank Brandon and his crew enough for coming out for a call that wasn’t their norm. They explained everything they were seeing, and different ways we could go about repairing. Hearing they would be the ones that would take care of us made me feel even better. I’m glad I called!

    Kudos to Arkansas Underground Leak Detection! Upon receiving my water bill, I discovered that my water usage was more than 6x the normal use! I called AULD and the following morning and amazing technician named Austin was there on the job. He was fast, efficient, and kept me apprised of what was going on. He cleaned up afterwards so I could barely tell where the digging had taken place. I highly recommend Arkansas leak detection and give them 5 STARS!!!!! F Young-Livingston

    We called Arkansas Leak Detection after receiving a 500 dollar water bill. They showed up the next day and after working about an hour located the water leak for us. I would highly recommend them.
