Rich addressed a leaky shut off valve to my outside hose. Called on Wednesday and he was here first thing Friday morning before the weekend dropped below freezing. He was honest and transparent about everything he was doing. I appreciated the quick response to address a minor issue before it became bigger.

Rich really helped us in a tough situation- you see, our gas line to our furnace was leaking & PSE& G had come that night before and turned off our gas outside. We were w/o heat and PSE & G had no answers sending an apprentice to our house. We were given Rich’s number from a friend months ago- but this was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and it was very cold. Rich came the very nice morning diagnosed the fix -spending 2 hours on it, correcting the problem with a more than fair price! If you want a reliable, ethical and overall super plumber call Rich.
