Ben came and looked at our furnace today and provided outstanding service . He was kind enough to waive the trip fee which was so very appreciated for us right now as things are a little tight . Secondly he not only fixed the problem but explained what was happening and showed me how I could fix the simple problem myself in the future which I really appreciated. We have Always had top notch service and is why we continue to use GreenLine since were first introduced to them when they did some work for our pool install with palmetto pools 2 years ago. Highly recommend! My heater stopped working and I called another company it to look at it first. They gave me a price that was double what Greenline quoted to replace it. They not only have reasonable prices, but offered a better unit and wasnt just selling. Ben is very professional, detailed, responded quickly and had the work completed the next day. Green Line is my new go to for all my plumbing needs. I reached out to another plumbing company and kept getting the run around on when they could come out. Long story short I reached out to Green Line and had a tech out the very next morning.The tech diagnosed the issue, ran to the supply house and had our tub back up and running. Zach was very friendly, efficient and knows hes stuff. The service we received was top notch and now my wife can get back to her nightly baths. Twas 2 weeks before Christmas & all through the house, no hot water was flowing, not even an ounce! We all wanted showers, especially my daughters, but shuddered at the thought of freezing cold water. Away to the internet my fingers did fly, but after seeing thousands of listings I thought I might die! About to give up on my endlessly searching when, I spoke to 2 people named Amber & Ben. Fair, kind & helpful their voices seemed nice, but what, I wondered, would be the price? How could it be low when I was in such a pinch? I hoped that Greenline wouldnt be the Grinch. Then what to my wondering eyes should appear, but a reasonable price that I could pay by the new year. Away to the green van they flew like a flash, installed my heater & cleaned up their trash. I recommend Greenline when youre in a plight. Merry Christmas (& hot showers) to all & to all a good night!

I called multiple companies before I got to this one and none of them answered or returned my calls.Green Line Plumbing answered, their customer service agent was personable and great to talk to. She had someone working close by and he was able to be at our house quickly. He had the parts we needed in his truck and got the AC fixed fast.He even went out his way to show us some things we could improve ourselves to make the system last longer.Great experience. Great service from Green Line!My AC went out during recent heat wave, and then my water heater failed hours later. A friend recommended Greenline, and owner Ben offered the best combo of service, high quality products, timing and price of the three quotes I recd. Dustin got my water heater relit so it would work until its replacement could be installed. Bens employees - Mike, Jason and Gage, came out quickly to remove old equipment, update connections and install new equipment, and had me up and running in just two days. They were all prompt, professional and great communicators, and thoroughly cleaned up each day. They helped me program the thermostat, and showed me how to change filters and maintain my new systems. My AC is on second story roof, and crane operator was miraculous to watch! The final invoice matched the estimate, so no surprises there. Highly recommend Green Line Plumbing, Heating and Air!

Ive been working with Ben and Green Line for five years now. From stopping by his house to buy an AC capacitor to having him replace on old AC fan, which he accurately diagnosed over the phone, to having him install mini splits on my top floor. Lowest price among four bids on the mini split system and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. Great quality, service, and price. Friendly, professional employees. Worth getting another bid from at the very least.

I don’t usually give reviews, but Greenline HVAC went about and beyond.In August 2022, my A/C went out, it was 105* outside, and my remodel project had just started. Greenline HVAC was a recommendation from one of the contractors, so contacted them, and Ben, owner of Greenline was able to come out immediately. My 26 year old unit was done and being 2022, supplies were very limited. The installation was scheduled very quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Since the installation, error codes kept popping up and the A/C would shut off. Ben and the tech’s had trouble figuring this out, and they felt it could be from construction dust, so they had me change the filter every week. Then October 2023, the tech came out again because the error code came up again. The tech discovered the unit had been overcharged with refrigerant, but the weather was dropping and would have to wait until Spring to correct this issue. Fast forward to May/June 2024, the tech returned and soon discovered that there were multiple issues that contributed to the A/C error codes besides the over charge of the refrigerant, turns out there was not enough power from the electrical box, the manufacturer had wired the coil backwards and the ducting on one side of the house was never hooked up to the unit. With all these issues, the tech was having a hard time getting the A/C to work, but the heating unit has never had a problem. This unit was very expensive, put Ben never charged me labor after the first year, as the same problem continued and he wanted to wait until the construction was done, which was a few months ago. After the tech and Ben spoke to the RHEEM, and discovering all the issues above, it was decided the the A/C needed replacing. Ben and his tech’s had to document everything for the warrant. Then, Ben contacted me to say that if Rheem did not honor the warranty, he would. I’ll be honest, I was both shocked and happy at the same time, I truly thought this would be a fight, but thankfully, Rheem came through, the A/C was in stock and within a few days, the A/C was replaced, and all is good. Thank you Ben for having my back, and for having tech’s Dustin and Mike, these 2 know what they are doing. Customer service is a 5+!

4 months ago my furnace died at a very inconvenient day and time on a night that was really cold and I also had extended family staying with me. After calling several places, Ben at Green Line was the only one able to help me within a reasonable time frame. He quickly provided several portable heaters to keep us comfortable. He went over some options very thoroughly with no pressure, and I decided to take the opportunity to replace my dead furnace with an upgraded high efficiency furnace. The technicians (Mike and Mike) were super nice and down to earth.Recently the furnace had an issue and wasnt working properly, and they very quickly came back to fix it. Parts and labor were covered under the warranty and the issue was identified as a factory defect. It was refreshing how much they cared about getting it fixed for me - and so quickly at that. They are very genuine.I would highly recommend the Green Line team.5/4 update: Now that the weather is finally getting warm enough to need AC I noticed I was having issues with it not working properly. I called Green Line and Ben answered right away, and came out the next day. He got it fixed very quickly.

First off let me say the experience I had with Ben,and with Green line I would consider to be very Rare, and one of a kind. Never in the history of dealing with a buisness have we been treated with such honesty, and respect, and quite honestly we were treated as if we were family. That is a rare commodity nowadays, having someone you absolutely know you could completely count on and that they will take care of you.Our outside A/C unit went out on a weekend we were in the triple digits, and although it was a Sunday, and a holiday weekend, Ben still came out and took care of us. We needed a whole new unit, and would be a couple days out and he still took the time to get us a portable unit to use until we could get ours fixed. After replacing our outside unit, we began having problems, and although it was nothing the techs did, and more so being the unit was old, Ben and the technician Mike went completely out of their way to take care of us and were completely honest and crystal clear about everything. They even would stay all day to try and diagnose our problem, day after day, and didnt charge us a dime. They were more concerned with our being happy than the money they were out every single day. We finally decided on a new furnace, and Ben split the cost of it in half with us, gave us a larger unit for a cheaper price, added a return vent and replaced lines at no extra cost. There are seriously no words to describe the gratitude and the way we were treated the whole entire time. This company is definitely out to meet the customers needs, and we wish we could give them a much as they gave us! We are truly, TRULY GRATEFUL. Ben And Mike, your are amazing, and we look forward to dealing with you in the future, and will tell EVERYONE we know to go to you, and about the phenomenal service you gave us. Ben and his team did an amazing job at our new rent house providing excellent plumbing services. They did a full plumbing re-pipe, installed a brand new water softener, and three new toilets. The work was done so quick and with zero issues afterwards. Not only did they complete the job in less time than anticipated, but they took such great care of our home. I had to go back a couple of times to get items while I was staying elsewhere and they laid down layers of plastic and cloth to help keep our new carpet downstairs untouched. They did all things possible to leave the home in the condition it was prior to beginning any services. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves, disposing of our old galvanized and copper pipes, and truly treating our home as if it was one of theirs. We needed to replace both our AC and furnace, and after getting many bids and feeling completely overwhelmed with the choices, I spoke with Ben at Green Line and was able to make an informed decision that I felt good about. He did a thorough evaluation of my current system, gave me bids with different efficiency options/price points, and patiently walked me through my many questions. I felt very comfortable with my choice to move forward with Green Line. On installation day, Mike and Preston arrived on time and were friendly, polite, and professional. They took care to protect my carpets and were careful when taking the old equipment out and bringing the new equipment in. Our utility room is a pretty tight space, but they were able to complete a clean install and left me with a new HVAC system that I’m confident will last for a long time. I appreciated Green Line’s attention to detail and the time they took to really listen to me. Even when we encountered a mild hiccup with my humidifier, they were willing to come back and do what was necessary to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If you’re shopping for a new HVAC system and feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend Green Line!

Amazing experience with Green Line Heating & Air. Super friendly staff who were all very professional, always on time and finished the job on schedule and all for a competitive price. They helped me pick out the most appropriate AC/Furnace and water heater for my house while not trying to oversell me on gimmicks or premium upgrades which weren’t worth it for my house. I also think that during these unique times it is worth noting that the Green line staff that I worked with were extremely adherent to face coverings and had masks on at all times while in my house. I didn’t have to remind a single person to put their mask back on or to cover their nose during the 2 day project. Would highly recommend and will continue to use Green Line in the future.

The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain what the issues were, why they happened, and how he would fix them. I had a hose bib replacement due to a broken handle and a shower cartridge replaced. Both jobs took about an 1-2 hours and are working well.

Lets start with the bid. I always thought my unit was just too small for my home. It ran all day but never really cooled the house. So I finally decided to upgrade and asked for a bid on a giant AC unit. Three other companies gave me a huge bid. Green Line explained the science to me, did a diagnostic check and laid out all my options. Thats a great company. Once I said go, they scheduled me, showed up on time and got to work. I have no idea how long it takes to install but once I let them in and showed them where everything was they just went to it and I barely noticed they were there. We had duct cleaning done first then installed an in line duct Honeywell 750 steam humidifier, 5” HEPA air filter and an I-Wave commercial air purifier. I really hate sales and it was a really good experience to talk it out with Ben and feel like we could just figure out the best course of action. They also came back with a very reasonable quote for the services selected. Some quotes from other companies were than double and feel like I probably got a better result from Green Line. Its hard to find good people in service sometimes but I feel so lucky to have found someone I consider trustworthy and professional. They were also able to schedule and complete the work very quickly, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Mike and Mike came out to replace my failing 40gal tank water heater with a tankless system. Upon further investigation, Mike #1 discovered that the existing ventilation system from my homes utility room would not accommodate a tankless system. They would need to do additional work, and called out the owner Ben for his opinion.I didnt mind reworking the vents, so Ben and both Mikes searched up, down, and sideways for any viable option - even going so far as to check the ventilation to the roof. Mike #1 carefully explained the details of each option and was very straightforward about which ones he would recommend on the basis of safety. Ultimately, the safest choice risked a conflict with my HOA, so I opted for another tank heater instead.This process was definitely an ordeal for all three gentlemen - hours of their time, and lots of climbing around. Still, they were professional throughout and made honest suggestions based on safety rather than what would make the business more money. Integrity matters. For that reason alone, I will definitely call Green Line again and recommend them to friends and family. Oh, and of course, the new water heater is working flawlessly. :o)

Green Line was AMAZING! Ben took a look at our current heating set up on Monday, we called them Tuesday morning to let him know wed like to go with them and by Tuesday night we had a new furnace and whole home humidifier.The installers were great! They said it may be a two day project, but because we have a little one at home, he said he was going to work as late as he needed to so we didnt have to go the night without heat.They cleaned up every piece of garbage and probably left our furnace room cleaner than it was when they arrived.Ill definitely being using Green Line for all of our heating and air needs from now on!!

Best AC repair company I have ever used in 35 years of home ownership. Woke up this morning with no AC. Called and Ben was at our house in an hour. Had all the repair parts on his truck and had our AC back on in minutes. The cost was very minimum and significantly less than what I thought it was going to be. Super professional, very friendly, he even helped me put a mattress on a truck for me. Could not recommend anyone higher.

My furnace went out on Monday and Green Line had someone out to take a look at it within 30 minutes. They answered all of my questions and gave me all of the info so I could make an informed decision whether to put money into repairing an aging system or invest in something new. I chose the latter and had my new furnace installed Thursday morning. They also left me some space heaters to use while we waited for the replacement to come in which was a good thing because a storm came in and dropped about a foot of snow, so they were put to good use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services done, thanks you guys!
