Everything from the techs that repaired our boiler system to the customer service folks that answer the phones were first rate. Techs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They put down coverings so the floor was protected. They worked quickly and expertly. Especially want to thank Will, Tom and Lindo. They explained everything to make sure we understood the problem and the repair process. Our heater was repaired in a few hours and we are very pleased. We would recommend Wolfschmidt to anyone who has a heating problem.

Found this company on my neighborhood’s FB page. I needed a wax ring installed. Normally I’d do this myself but my house is possessed and the simplest of tasks are always 50x harder and take 100% longer to do. I felt let’s give this to a professional. I made the appointment online which was awesome. My plumber, Mike F. Showed up early and was extremely friendly, efficient. The repair was completed in an hour. He cleaned up after he was done with minimal touching up needed by me. Excellent service and I’ll definitely use Wolfschmidt again!!!

Great experience with Lino. My AC fan motor needed replacing. Lino came out late in the afternoon troubleshoot and update poor wiring connections and still went out and get me a replacement motor that same evening. My unit is on the older side so it was very refreshing to have a technician not trying to up-sell me to replace the entire system. I feel confident we can get this summer out of this unit now… definitely using Wolfschmidt to replace my entire system with this experience…

I called Wolfschmidt Plumbing due to a plugged sump pump discharge line.The office girl, Hana, was friendly and efficient. I asked about a camera inspection of the clogged line and was transferred over to the owner who also was very friendly and forthcoming.Tim, explained everything to me in a very helpful way.I scheduled the appointment and they arrived on time.Elton and Ben were both terrific, respectful and professional.They quickly found the blockage and explained what had to be done.I gave them the OK and moments laterTo all of our surprise, Elton found the source of the clog which were small tree roots growing into the drain from an emergency relief cap.He removed the cap and pulled the blockage out by hand, re scoped the line, tested the flow with buckets of water to prove the blockage was entirely gone!There are some who could easily have left me believe this was a big job of replacing the clogged line and for a lot of money. But their actions proved to me they are a company that has integrity and is trustworthy.Thank you Wolfschmidt Plumbing!

There are a few people you need to know that you can rely on in life and this includes the people you call when it’s cold out and your heater doesn’t work. I have been calling Wolfschmidt for 20 years to protect my family from the cold. This past week it was Lino who came out and showed the skill, knowledge, courtesy and work ethic that made us feel safe and he didn’t leave until our furnace was operating properly. I’ve also come to rely on Tom, Tim and Jesse over the years and I’m sure that Terry Wolfschmidt, who came here twenty years ago, is gratified to know that the tradition carries on. They genuinely care about how their work affects you and they are honest and fair.

We have been using Wolfschmidt since we moved into our new home last year, and we have never had a bad experience. Every tech has been so nice and super helpful! We had ordered a new washer and dryer (stackable) and needed help setting it all up. They came out exactly the day we asked and the time we asked for, always punctual, and finished everything same day. We were told from where we bought them that we needed a vent placed and some other things and so they didn’t set anything up. When they came out, not only did they install it, they cut our trim of the door to made it fit, and stacked them too! I was not expecting to have everything done in one day, but they made it happen. They have never disappointed. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the A+ service we just received from the Bill and Tom. They arrived on time and gave us a full explanation of what services were needed to fix a messy situation of a sewer pipe gone bad. They told us they could repair immediately and gave us a quote. Within a few minutes of approval, they got to work. A little over 4 hours and much patience and determination the team completed the job. They were kind and even had a sense of humor which eased our fears of a potential bigger problem which, with their skilled hands it didn’t occur. Such an amazing service and team!! We had Wolfschmidt come out to quote a new water heater and chose to go with them as the price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. The team that removed the old and installed the new was excellent. Of note, we have had a weird water issue since we bought the house 11 years ago that 4 other plumbing companies were unable to solve. The technician that accepted the challenge was clearly an expert and ultimately, he found and solved the issue. My water is finally normal and now we have to adjust because weve gotten used to the weirdness. I got a call, on Monday evening, from my Daughter, who wanted to bathe my 4 year old Granddaughter. We have no hot water! I went over to her house, the HW heater was leaking. It was installed in 2005. I shut it down and drained it the best I could. Time to replace it. On Tuesday morning, I started to make some calls. Some could not come out, timely. Some needed to come out for a service charge to provide a quote. I did not get confirmation when the install could occur. When I contacted Wolfschmidt Plumbing, I was able to text a few pictures to receive a quote and they could do the installation the same day. The installers were great. They called before coming and arrived on time. They maintained a clean work area. They worked quickly and had the old heater out and the new one installed. They used all new fittings, new shut-off valves, new gas line and new 4 inch venting. I am very happy with the completed work. We had hot water within just a few hours of contacting them. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a really great company that delivers great service.

We were recently in the market for a new hot water heater, knowing that ours was getting up there in age and trying to be proactive before it completely failed on us. Prior to contacting Wolfschmidt, we got an estimate from our regular HVAC company, which happens to be one of the largest and most reviewed in the area. They sent a salesperson from the company to our house (first red flag) to take measurements and give us the quote. The guy was looking around our house (including into a storage room!) and commenting on possessions that had absolutely nothing to do with the job at hand, and the quote ended up being about $600 more than expected with a supposed “promotion” applied and certain necessary supplies for the job noted as “exclusions” on the estimate. We decided to do our due diligence and shop around to other companies (we reached out to 6 companies and got quotes from 4, thanks to some no-shows) and we are so grateful that we found Wolfschmidt, largely based on other customers’ glowing reviews.When I first called last week, I was expecting to schedule a time for an in-person estimate like I did with every other (larger) company. Tia answered the phone, asked about my existing water heater (size, vent set up, flue size, etc.) and named Wolfschmidt’s price for the equipment and installation on the spot right over the phone! She also requested a couple of pictures to give her an idea of the job and to make sure the price was accurate. She called back within five minutes to confirm that the price she gave me is what it would indeed cost to do the job. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first and it all sounded too good to be true and way too easy. But the more I thought about it, it seemed like this is exactly how the process should work. A company knows you need a specific sized water heater, they know how many technicians it’ll take to do the job, how long it’ll take to do it, and that’s what should go into the cost, right? There is really no need for someone to take up your time by coming to see your house, the neighborhood, and assess what they think you can afford.Anyway, after asking for the quote in writing (again, I developed major trust issues through this process from other companies), Wolfschmidt was here two days later and Bill and Bo did a beautiful job. They were friendly, knowledgeable (Bill even fixed our mumbling garbage disposal while he was here!), constantly moving, patient with questions, and they made the area look like they were never even here.The best part is that we got a better piece of equipment than we ever would’ve gotten from the other companies and at a more reasonable price than the less efficient models they were trying to sell us with things conveniently excluded from the cost. We have officially found our new plumbing and HVAC company and couldn’t be happier. These guys are the real deal. Believe the reviews, always trust small(er) businesses, and pick Wolfschmidt. You won’t regret it!

If I could give them a million stars I would! These guys are the real deal!!I had two different plumbing companies come out before they did. One of them was a big well known company and the other was a local business and still both came out and couldn’t fix my clog, they even gave me different reasons for the clog. One said it was roots growing down there, and the other said could be a broken pipe which both sounded like insane amount of money but then we were recommended Wolfschimdt (specifically got connected to Bill) and after chatting with him for a while, I could tell they are very experienced more than anyone I hired so I gave it another shot, even though i felt hopeless since two other companies didn’t figure it out. But the Wolfschmidt crew came out and were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and overall so pleasant to work with they fixed it immediately and got it all cleared out, they made it look so easy after I spent almost a week with having water backup and couldnt use my shower or sink or nothing + wasting my money with other plumbers who couldn’t fix it.Try Wolfschmidt before you try ANYONE else, they’re truly the best.

He took a look around to make sure he couldnt provide the service I was asking for, and talked through the problems weve been having and what he would suggest we do next. The scheduler I spoke with needs some training, but based on the plumbers help and his professional handling of an awkward situation, I would work with them again.

I can not say enough good things about Wolfschmidt Plumbing. Not only did they handle business quickly, they had empathy for the situation. Tim and his crew worked with me to resolve the situation with the borough, water company, engineers, and the investigation entirely. When the borough tells you that you are responsible for the plumbing under the street and the water company broke it... you want to contest/fight it. Tim stuck it out for a year until it was finally resolved and paid. Not only did he stick it out, COVID hit and the family business had to take a back seat. Tim was not just exceptional to work with through the problems, he was patient, kind, and understanding. I would recommend no other business/person for your plumbing needs.

There are not enough words to describe the outstanding service we received from Wolfschmidt! We had been dealing with a different AC Repair company and we had been without air for over 2 weeks… Each time this other place came out, something else was wrong and they had no idea what they were doing. Even after 2 weeks, during the hottest weeks in July, they still had to go back and “reorder parts”…Wolfschmidt had someone out to us, within the hour we called, and they knew exactly what to do! There wasn’t any beating around the bush or time wasting, they were fast and efficient with everything they had to do. The stark difference in not only service but friendliness and understanding was night and day once we went to Wolfschmidt. We only wish we had gone with Wolfschmidt first!
