Our AC started going out during one of the hottest weeks this summer and Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air came out same day to take a look and see what the problem was. They were able to detect the problem quickly and get the repairs done fast after parts came in. They called to check on us while we were waiting for parts to make sure we were ok and the heat wasn’t too much. They are very honest and their prices are amazing! I will absolutely be using them for all maintenance and repairs moving forward!

I can’t begin to explain how respectful and kind Jake and Jace were. They did an amazing job installing central AC and some plumbing repairs and upgrades as well! When deciding what air conditioning company we would use, I met with Jeff Lewis. He was down to earth, very personable and easy to speak with. He made me feel extremely comfortable and to be very honest, the prices were extremely fair. Sometimes its uncomfortable to have people working in your home but not with this company, they went out of the way to make sure everything was done right and kept us updated along the way. I chose Comfort Pros to install a new water heater in my home and I’m very glad I did. They were easy to work with and were able to come to my home quickly. Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air provided an A/C repair for us. The office staff was friendly and professional, communicating service time updates. Jacob arrived promptly, asked questions about the problems and quickly diagnosed the issues. Having the parts in the truck, within a half hour the work was complete and A/C was fully functional again. Jacob then provided some easy maintenance recommendations. He also patiently talked me through some other plumbing system upgrades that we might consider in the future. Comfort Pros provided excellent and timely service at a reasonable cost. I recommend them highly.

I had a leaking outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced, along with a foot or so of pipes coming into the house from the faucet. I was set up for an estimate the next day and Jacob came out yesterday and had everything fixed up in about an hour. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely contact Comfort Pros again for any further plumbing issues in the future.

Another company installed a new furnace and heat pump last fall. All summer I have called them and had them come out to figure out why it doesn’t cool my house properly. During the summer, the new system used about 40% more kWh to cool my house, and it could not keep my home cool as expected. After several attempts to resolve the issue, including me adding an additional return air duct and flipping a supply from the basement to the upstairs, I was told the system was functioning fine. I could see from my daily electricity use that nothing had changed. Based on a recommendation, I called Jeff Lewis with Comfort Pros. Jerom came out to my house and after 2 hours of troubleshooting found the problem, my new system was missing a factory installed TXV valve. There is no way possible for the system to run correctly without this valve. The company that installed the system didn’t know enough to recognize something was wrong, but Jarom knew from the temperatures and gauge readings there was a problem. While I didn’t use Comfort Pros to fix the system, I was able to get the installation company to recognize the error and replace the equipment. I was very impressed with Jarom and his understanding of HVAC systems and would recommend Comfort Pros to everyone.

These guys really know their stuff! We promptly received a qoute for a new HVAC system after a thorough walk-through. We were just upgrading so we werent in a rush. Jeff was so knowlegeable and really helped us understand all the different features offered by various systems. Jeff gave us the bid and Jacob did our install and he was beyond incredible!Story:We had an incredible experience working with Jeff and his team specifically Jacob! I dont know where to start! We were looking for a cooling solution for our garage. We called in for some bids, Jeff was the first to give us a bid. He arrived on time, he was professional, he even had cover pads for his shoes to keep our floors safe! We talked about a plan and he sent us a bid. As we thought about things, I asked him a ton of questions, and even on July 4th, he called in and discussed things with me. We decided to hire them and today Jacob showed up (with Jeff) and Jacob took care of the install. Jacob was great to work with! very polite and discussed everything with me. I talked details with him about where to best install things etc... and he made sure he did things the right way while making sure my preferences were met.He cleaned up everything before he left, vacuumed it all and thanked me for the business.This is a tight crew who know each other well and support each other. Jeff came in the morning to help Jacob and put in some elbow grease. Later, Jeffs business partner came in and brought food for the team! and checked that everything was done right.One last thing: a couple of days before the install, Jeff called and asked me to check if i have insulation in the garage walls and said that it could affect the performance and if i need to back out. I understand HVAC reasonably well and we decided to proceed. The point is that Jeff put our comfort first and he wanted to guarantee the quality of his work.Sorry for the long review but im very impressed with this team and their incredibly fair pricing.

I cant say enough about the help I received from Comfort Pros.Their scheduling team fit me in same day in an extremely busy week, and the tech completed their previous job early and were available to me an hour before the scheduled appointment.The technician, Jarom, solved in 1 hour an issue another company couldn’t solve in 3 different day, multi hour visits.I was informed of the cause of the issue and the solution, as well as further steps I COULD take to prevent future issues, without any pressure to go further than I wanted to.While they were at it they also made sure my pressures were good and that things were as they should be.Cost was absolutely fair and now it’s cooling off in my house like it used to. I loved working with these guys. Two years ago I had a different HVAC company replace my furnace and this year I went with Comfort Pros to install an AC unit. There was a night and day difference between the two. Comfort Pros was extremally professional, helpful, and timely in their install. They also had a competitive bid. They helped fix problems that the other HVAC company left and and were extremally kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and will be working with them for my AC and Furnace tune-ups. They are a 10/10 company.

They were great on so many levels. I had a neighbor recommend them, and Im extremely pleased that we used Comfort Pros.1) They were very responsive. We were in constant communication with one of the owners. They came out quickly, got the job done Im one day, and they are easy to get a hold of.2) My wife and I went through several different basement design iterations. Comfort Pros worked with us on solutions for each of the designs. Their input is what helped us finalize some of our plans. That meant a lot to us, because we felt like they gave us their personal time and attention beyond what would be expected from a typical HVAC professional.3) They do not cheap out on using corner cutting materials. That is one area I did a lot of research on. Some contractors use materials that make their jobs easier and quicker, but those same materials are not the best long term. Sorry for being vague on this, but I would write for a couple pages on this.Anyways, I considered doing the HVAC work in our basement myself, but weighing the cost and benefit of a professionally installed system by someone that I feel has integrity, we ultimately decided it was worth it. Now that the work is done, we feel validated that hiring the right HVAC crew made it so worth it.

Jeff and Jarom who own the company came personally and spoke with us about our options. They designed the system and installed it themselves. Throughout the process they continued to educate us and allow us to be a part of the decisions. They were always so respectful and honest. Following the installation they came to our home a few times to make certain the equipment was performing as it should be. They also brought by a representative from the equipment company to verify that the equipment was working at its full capacity. We feel we received a wonderful product at a very good price. With temps soaring into the high 90’s, Jarom and his crew were able to immediately size a new unit, remove the old one and replace it. We had a great experience having this company install a mini-split A/C & heat pump system in two upstairs rooms. The receptionist was kind, someone came to give us a free estimate the next day, and they were great at explaining options and cost. They came and installed everything a couple days later, all in one day. They sent several texts indicating exactly when they were going to be there. They put drop cloths down everywhere they walked inside our house to keep the carpet from getting dirty. The price was quite a bit less than two other quotes. They hit a surprise while installing the electric connection, and even though it took them extra time and materials, they didnt charge us extra. We really loved the whole process, and love having A/C in our master bedroom and home office!

Tuesday 31 Jan 2023 the temp in our home declined quickly from 72 to about 66 degrees. We called Comfort Pros Heating & Air for an emergency visit. At first earliest visit would be 3 to 5 pm. However, we received a call that Jarom would be able to come to our home within 20 min. His visit was so helpful. He took his time to check our HVAC to figure out likely what the problem was. He also had great recommendations for a better filter, duct cleaning, and even a humidifier for the whole house. Great visit! Within an hour or 2 our house temp returned to 72 degrees and has remained normal. Highly recommend Comfort Pros Heating and Air.

Our AC died during the last week of crazy heat, not only did Jeff and team come out quickly to give an estimate, but they lent us portable AC units until they could come back in a few days to do the install.Jeff was knowledgable and helped me understand the different options available. Jarom and Jeff were amazing to work with. I couldn’t be happier with how our project turned out. We got our furnace and filtration system replaced. When they came out for the initial quote they went through everything with us to make sure we were making an educated decision. They arrived on time and when they were done they did a full walkthrough with us. It lifted a lot of weight off of my shoulders to know I went with a company that goes above and beyond for their customers!

I would recommend Comfort Pros to anyone! Jarom was awesome to work with right from the beginning. My father’s AC had gone out in this 100 degree weather and I was referred to Comfort Pros. I called in the late evening and they were able to come out the next day, and was able to come earlier than we had been scheduled. Jarom explained patiently to my 91 year father what was wrong with his AC, which it needed to be replaced. Both Jarom and Casey worked quick and efficiently so that my Dad was back to having his cool home again. It was greatly appreciated!!!! And would use them in the future!

Simple stuff like showing up on time with a smile, to patiently answering my many questions.She also inspected the entire HVAC system while quickly replacing a fuse in the 24V AC line for my thermostat.One of the best service calls and customer service I have ever experienced. We moved into a new home and our AC went out in 102 heat, they came right away and did a temporary fix and eventually a new AC for a great price. We then had a heating issue when it was 20 degrees and the came same day and solved the issue. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I called to set up an appointment to get a garage heater installed in my garage. To my delight they were on time! Jeff went through different options of ways the heater could be installed and how it would look. He gave his option on what he would do but never once did I feel like he was pushing an option on me or trying to upsell me. It was a very comfortable appointment. From appointment to bid to install I always felt like we were on the same page and I knew exactly what I was getting. Now that the garage heater is in I could not be happier and would highly recommend Jeff and Comfort Pros Heating & Air to anyone.
