Highly recommend Sharp Water Solutions!! We were referred to contact Sharp Water Solutions after we bought our house. Taylor came out to give us an estimate on a new water softener, did a water sample to test our water and also talked to us about filtration. We decided to go ahead and get our water softener and the filtration system installed, and Sharp Water was able to do it same day. Taylor and Jeff came back the same afternoon and installed everything. They both answered the questions we had and showed us how to work everything. They even came back out to help me with a few questions the following day about the filtration system Big Blue (definitely worth getting installed by the way!!) -

It looked we had a carbon filter that was leaking from the top push connection. I called and Taylor came out. He was great!! Not only did he get everything all reconnected with newer piping and connectors (to help avoid future leaks) but he also noticed another leak at the faucet for the filtered water as well. We purchased a new faucet and he hooked that up too. All-in-all he was quick, professional, and went the extra mile to make additional adjustments that should help keep things from leaking again in the future. Thank you Taylor and Sharp Water Solutions for taking good care of us!! -

Taylor did a great job on my home plumbing. He trouble shot the problem and got it right the first time. Replaced the PRV, replaced the expansion tank. Showed and explained why they were failing.I had him replaced a few gate valves that were seized and replace with 1\4 turn valves.Sharps did a great job. Fair and honest plumbers. -

After moving, I scheduled an appointment to have my equipment checked and learn about how to use it. Taylor was patient and clear with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to make a sale. I will be a repeat customer. -

These guys are awesome. Our water softener put in by the builder died after two years (with no warranty) so we called Sharp Water Solutions after a recommendation. So glad we did. The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener weve had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. Same results, excellent work with no issues. They took particular care to make sure they cleaned up after themselves.Have recommended them to over a dozen other people and every one raves about them. Not one complaint which is very unusual for a plumber.Would give Sharp Water Solutions six stars if we could. -

I have used Sharp Water for several years now and have referred them to family and friends as well. They are professional, efficient and honest. I was compelled to write this review due to an issue I had with my hot water heater. I had my water heater replaced by Sharp. In about four years, it sprung a leak. They replaced it under the manufacturers warranty and I paid the labor. It was a fair price. A year later, the new heater sprung a leak again. They came out and replaced it. This time, I didnt feel it would be fair to charge me for the labor. After a very professional conversation with Richard, we came to reasonable compromise. These faulty water heaters were not the fault of Sharps but to new state and federal regulations and less than adequate construction. However, they took partial responsibility and sent me away a happy customer. I commend their honesty, fairness and pursuit of customer satisfaction. -

Amazing customer service, responsiveness, and technical competency. Called Marion in the office to get a quote and concluded to hire them given her knowledge of my problem ( water softener). Jeff came the next day. He must have a scientist in a former life. He knew all about the chemistry going on in my softener. And he must have been a mechanical engineer in another because he knows how the thing works. He must have said three times “ I really love my work”. When have you had a technician at your house saying that? This has been a happy experience. -

Wow I’m super happy with the service I received from Sharp water. Jeff came out today to give me a bid on a reverse osmosis and he ended up installing it the same day. I would highly suggest them to anyone!! Amazing service! -

Ive been using Sharp Water for 15 years. They are always excellently priced, willing to listen to my concerns, give me options for repair, and give suggestions that will make my life easier. He moved my salt brine tank to a more functional area where I dont have to haul salt downstairs any more. He is honest and knowledgeable about what is going on with new govt regulations that affect the manufacture of water heaters. I really appreciate the repairman! Hes been great! -
