We have had iRepair come to fix a few things in our home. Each time they have been professional and good to work with. Luke came today to install a new water heater. He was very thorough, pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job. He showed me where to keep on eye on just in case there was a manufacture defect so I could let them know of any issues asap. I appreciated the honesty of the situation and how willing they have been to educate on maintaining the systems for longevity. I will remain a repeat customer.

John came out and found the problem with my furnace, ordered the parts and returned the same day to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He also noticed that my water heater was leaking and recommended a new one. He promptly got a hold of Paul who was the plumber and they brought in a new water heater and got it installed the same day as well. We have used I Repair for the last 2 years and they are wonderful. I Repair Heating & Air Inc just got done getting my Bryant A/C system up and running nicely again. My A/C had ceased to cool late Sunday night 7-30-23...Great...I called yesterday morning, Monday 7-31-23, and the phone was answered by Brandi and from there an appointment was made for the following day in the AM.I called two other companies and the phones were answered by automated answering service and were instructing me how to leave a message... Really? Customers respond to how the phone calls are handled...especially when the customer has a big problem theyre being faced with..Arriving as scheduled on Tuesday 8-1-23 10:30 AM, Luke was the repairman and got right to inspecting the system and discovering the problem. As a Bryant dealer he had the right part on his truck to make the repair with.Luke also advised that the refrigerant used by my old unit was no longer available and discussed that an update to my A/C system is in the cards...My system was new in 2008 and so the life spans on A/C systems are 15-20 years...something to keep in mind folks...I Repair Heating & Air Inc ultimately made a quick, accurate and reasonably repair. I will use these folks again!

Very impressed. I called because our AC went out and our upstairs was at 84 degrees, he answered and said he could be here in a few hours (he gave me another call to tell me an exact time he’d be here when he knew for sure which is appreciated). Came, fixed it right up, was professional, friendly, timely, responsive, quick, knowledgeable, organized, easy to pay. Basically more than you could ask for in someone who is working hard in a 24/7 position with people who are flustered with urgent requests. I will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

This company took a hard project to replace both my furnace and AC. My furnace room is extremely tight and hard for anyone to service, let alone do a new install. It took the crew two days to finish the job, and they worked hard the whole time. They were professional, friendly, did a fantastic job cleaning up and truly made me appreciate the hard labor that goes into those projects. Those guys work in extreme temperatures, unbearable work conditions, and they still smile when the job is done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and reasonable quotes. I compared 5 different companies prior to choosing this one, and this was the best decision. 5 stars from me!

I had Jake come and fix a leak in the washing machine pipe, we just bought a new home and it turned out there was a leak that needed to no fixed in the previous house that day! He came quick close to 12, estimated between 12-3. He was willing to show me the part and I could tell it was too much to do myself. He seemed pleased when it was done and had properly fixed it without any complication. The parts are shiny and work. I am very pleased, he was polite considering the pressure for time and other circumstances.

I had a hot water heater start leaking. Called them at 8am, they were at my home by 12:30 went and got new water heater installed it and removed the old. I have used this company to replace my a.c. and to add a high efficiency air cleaner. All the service people have been great to work with. My duct work had to be modified for the air cleaner and their duct person is a master pro. I would recommend to anyone. Phillip did my water heater and you could see he knew what he was doing.

After realizing we had been charged way too much for AC repair last year by another company, we were not very trusting. Our experience with I Repair Heating & Air, Inc. was very positive. We called,in the morning, and we had a Technician there in the afternoon. The AC was installed the next day.. Daniel,Jordan, Service Technician talked to us and explained to us what we needed in an AC. He came in after the installation and checked to make everything was correct. He was very professional and friendly, and he was very knowledgeable. The installer was Matt. He was very personable and polite. He was a hard worker; he was in motion all the time. Everything was left nice and clean. We had a very positive experience with this company.

I had told him I wouldnt be there but my sitter was and she would let him in. Once the repair was complete he called me and explained exactly what the issue was and how he repaired it. I used I Repair in 2017 to replace a leaking water heater and was impressed with the friendly skillful service The repairmen exhibited (as a Master Electrician I appreciate these traits)...a year and a half later our new water heater sprung a leak in the tank!I Repair took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, they sent out John and Deven who, even after a very long day, replaced the water heater with a new one in about two hours.The whole process was covered under warranty--Nice!I Repair, for me, has been a conscientious, friendly answer to me and my wifes plumbing problems.

Best experience I’ve ever had with home repair. They got me in same day during the busy season even though they probably didn’t really have time, because we run a business with visitors out of our home and needed it cool. The service tech, Taylor Haywood, looked like he’d been out working all day but showed up with a smile, a joke, and a super speedy diagnosis and repair, offering all the options but no pressure on any of them. Definitely be saving this number, which is more than I can say for most other home repair services out there.

I called in the early morning and they came out the same day toward the end of the estimated time.The woman who answers the phone has no clue where she works, what they do or whats going on so get ready to repeat and explain yourself a few times.As for the service done on my AC unit at my house, Aaron was awesome and performed all work professionally and in a reasonable amount of timePrice was awesome for the Tune Up, Filter change and 21 point inspection, $30.00 out the door, I was quoted by the clueless girl about $49 plus tax...I think .Im an fan of calling around for estimates so do what you want but for $30.00 and great technician work Ill recommend I Repair to everyone with a warning about the woman who answers the phone/schedules the appointments.*The technician was not present for this review and I was not compensated or given any discounts for writing this review.

I recently had my furnace inspected, for the winter months. iRepair came out and found that I had some significant issues, with my current system and it was not safe to operate, especially with a new baby. Chad gave me a bid on a new furnace and a bid for a new complete system (my home never had central air). The bid for a full system and new 40 gallon water heater was not only fair, it blew the competitors out of the water. The installation techs (Reese and Mike I believe) were efficient and extremely friendly. I would recommend iRepair to my friends and family, for their heating and air needs.

It was Sunday and the Heating Company that I have paid $18.00 a month for over a yr. in order to get priority service and discounts dont work on Sundays. This I will end today.Going through the phone book on Sunday Jan 11th, I found the company I repair who services on Sunday with a 3 hour commitment which I accepted. My tech Ben called me 30 mins before arrival to say he was on his way. I loved that jester.Its winter yet it was a steady 69 degrees in the house, bearable yet I am concerned about the night.Knowing that my air conditioning had a very small leak, I was going to change it out before this 2015 summer. Now my furnace was 13 yrs old with a blown blower an $800.00 fix and a part would have to be found. My tech Ben had many years of experience in the business, he shared his background and we worked out my needs on both a furnace and air conditioner. Ben told me things that I already knew because of my research on a new air conditioner that I needed. My trust began with Ben when shared with me the things I already had been told by a good friend who was suppose to replace the air and furnace and do duct work since Oct. 2014 but just never got with me. I even called my friend on Sunday when my heating went out but he didnt respond.Ben worked with is manager to give me the best deal on the needed duct work. My new furnace will be installed mid-afternoon today (Monday!) and I requested my air to be installed in the spring. A 1/2 down payment was required and the other 1/2 worked out when I can get the cash (7 to 14 days after today’s install).I am excited about my new equipment and the 1yr give back with full refund if the equipment doesnt serve my needs and I get a 10 yrs warrantee on parts.

My swamp cooler went out, Eusebio came out and replaced the pump. A mouth later the motor die. Eusebio told me it was not worth fixing seeing it was 30 years old. He suggested central air, which I have never had, he showed me all my options and recommended the correct one for the size of our home. Eusebio and Shell came out and installed the unit in ninety degree weather. I keep there ice water full as they went right to work. It was so quiet in our home, I had trouble sleeping, but not no more. I love central air and I love I Repair.

I called I-Repair this morning and they were able to come before noon which was important to me as I had recent shoulder surgery. We had no hot water. I was not able to get down far enough to look at the pilot light. Alto and Emerson got me going, along with draining the tank and putting on a new humidifier screen on furnace. Alto and Emerson were quick, friendly, and professional. A real boost!
