We had a flood in our basement coming from a corroded irrigation pipe. Mike at City Plumbers came immediately diagnosed the problem expertly. He also fixed our shower drainage problem which had been bothering us for weeks. Can’t say enough about Mike and City Plumbers! I can’t imagine what would have happened if he hadn’t shown up so fast, and fixed everything!

He was clear on all pricing and also provided what the typical next steps could be if the first solution did not solve the problem. Luckily it was just a busted hose bib that he replaced and installed an easy access panel. They were flexible with timing and even came same day with no additional fee due to open availability. I’ve used city plumbing a dozen times from when I lived in South Philly and now living in South jersey. I’ve had 2 HVAC systems installed, 2 hot water heaters replaced, multiple sinks and water lines repaired and/or replaced over the years. They do great work, always on time and fast. Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Wouldn’t trust anyone else for plumbing and HVAC.

We priced out a few different plumbing contractors in the south jersey area to install all the water lines and sewer line in our addition. The owner of the company, Ryan, came out to quote the job. His pricing was competitive but what sold us on using them was his honesty and his explanation in detail of what his company was going to do for us. Once the work was completed the building inspector even complimented the work City Plumbing had done. We have since referred them to family and friends who were in need of plumbing.
