We use 1-Tom Plumber at the community I manage, and they are wonderful. They have always responded onsite within a day, and are quick to diagnose and are very transparent. We recently had to have our drains cleared and a new Sump Pump installed in the parking garage. What we thought was a small fix turned out to be a huge fix. Ash and the team in the office were amazing at staying in communication, and Ash even stayed late until the job was completed. Thank you for all your work for our community, and appreciate the relationship we have with your company.

We had an issue with our sink faucet that was completely jammed and unusable. Jim was scheduled to come by today, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He didn’t waste any time and, after identifying the issue, returned the same day to replace the faucet. The job was done efficiently, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Jim’s professionalism and quick turnaround were impressive. Highly recommend him!

We needed a new water line for our fridge. While these seemed like an easy job at first glance it turned out to be a bit of a larger project between the larger holes that needed to be drilled and the fact that our water line wrapped around the entire kitchen. But despite that Jim was wonderful and did a great job!He was punctual, respectful about coming and going from the house, cleaned up afterwards, and informed me before doing anything that would be destructive in nature i.e. drilling holes.And even though it took longer than expected they still charged the estimate value, which was a fair price based on my chats with other local plumbers. Overall, very satisfied with the work and employees at the company.

Great customer service! The lady who answered the phone (sorry I forgot her name) was so friendly and helpful. She went way above what was expected to help me. Within a couple hours Jim came to fix my clogged toilet. A rubber piece of the plunger broke off and got stuck. He got to work and was able to unplug the toilet. They will be the first to call if I have any more issues.

I have used these guys twice on 2 different homes. Rhett and the office staff were amazing. What I appreciated about Rhett is he was determined to do it the right way and not cut corners. Others wanted to do an easier cheat fix that would have caused draining problems later. Rhett took the time and care to do it right. Ashton was awesome today. I love the fact that I feel like I found a plumbing company that is focused on the customer and on offering a fair price. We had a issue with a water heater that the downstairs owner claimed was causing a leak and damage to his walls. I was referred to 1-Tom. Ill tell ya what, these guys are the gold standard for service. They had Rett out to my place the next afternoon, working with my schedule. He did the job you think a County Code Inspector would do on top of a solid bid to replace our water heater for an extremely reasonable cost. Even better then reasonable. He checked everything downstairs and upstairs. Did a complete report for us AND the HoA. We will be having them back! Im the best in the business when it comes to service and hold it to a high standard...these guys are that standard if not even higher. Michelle immediately responded to my inquiry within 5m the night before. Didnt communicate like some paid call service rep reading from a teleprompter. Talked to me like a neighbor (unless your my downstairs neighbor) and as if it was definately a family oriented business. These guys are fairly new in the Bountiful area so Id call THEM for any plumbing issues. Amen to that 💯 %4 days later amended: Rett was hired by my dad. Thats 90% of the battle. The condo we have...you cant figure out how they even got half the stuff in these units, let alone out. It took 9hrs! Not for one minute did Rett quit. This job to even the best lifters would turn down. He managed to sweat and tire pushing a 20in wide water heater through 19 inches of space having to avoid gas lines that rose a foot and a heater vent on the other side. The impossible. He did it!! He wouldnt quit until he got it in there. He was on this job himself. I helped (a tiny bit) but nobody out there wouldve done this. Nobody! This guy doesnt quit and does a 150% job. Safe. Secure. Willing to put in the effort until the job is done.

These guys are good at what they do and they are willing to come out even late to fix a sink, as they did when my drains were backing up in my sink for the 3rd-4th time. Backstory: my apt is OLD, like 1960s old, so there is only soo much you can do with the old cast-iron pipes here. Worst part is I live at a bend where all my neighbors junk flows down so this can be a common thing, but these guys are our main plumbers and they are always quick to help when my neighbors keep putting bad things down the drain and have been helping me fight this problem back as much as they can. They are also nice and good at explaining the reasons why things are breaking in this old place, hopefully my apt management can get them to redo some of our plumbing here so it works better.

Im a homeowner and Ive had a lot of issues with my sewer line. My house is really old. I got a couple estimates from different companies they all said I had to dig up the road to fix my nose-on which was over $20,000 and once that was fixed they could shoot a liner through my old pipe. Throughout the years I lost contact with my buddy Shep. I ran into a mutual friend of ours and he gave me sheps number. Im so happy I found his number hes working for a company called 1 Tom plumber. He came out and looked at my situation. Having no sewer line or not being able to take a shower is not fun. So I understand why some people just pay whatever estimate they get to get it fixed. I would definitely get a second opinion and call 1 Tom plumber and ask for Shep. I was looking at over $30,000 to get the road dug up and a new liner through my sewer. He was able to help me for half that. He found my pipe in the road what he says is called my nose-on was in bad condition but his Liner crew could shoot a new liner through it without digging up the road and he was very confident about it. They were able to excavate one spot in my yard and shoot a liner to the road and shoot a liner back into my house and everything is working perfectly. I just want to thank 1 Tom Plumber and Shep for helping me out.
