Richard and his crew were personable and professional. Pollyanna was great in keeping me informed of the schedule. United installed a complete central air system with a 98% furnace and a 16 SEER condenser. They also installed my propane piping. This is a home I am building myself and they were great in this endeavor. And the price was just right!

United Plumbing recently replaced our entire heating and refrigerated air system. We very much appreciated their friendly, professional service. The crew was efficient and courteous. Our new AC unit and air handler are working beautifully! And were looking forward to using our new, more efficient heater this winter. Called after hours - for a situation caused by outside contractor- they busted our sewer line. Although they thought they repaired it, our plumbing was overflowing and not draining. United showed up timely and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend! And the dispatcher was beyond pleasant! Thank you for a job well done!

I had a fairly complex problem with my rooftop air conditioning unit. The person that came out knew EXACTLY what to do, including making a wiring change in the control cable. He was efficient and then he stayed to test that it was working properly; while he was here he also cleaned the filter. These folks are careful and thorough. I unreservedly recommend them.

This is the best quality work that I’ve ever had . For them to sanitize, vacuum the furnace and make sure everything was safe for us before they left was something I’ve never experienced before . Richard just finished a job for me. United Plumbing replaced all the poly pipe in my Rio Rancho rental house. They were professional, on time, and very efficient. Richard always immediately returned calls, and was always available. Even after I paid him, he was still receptive to calls. We had an issue with the ground freezing when trying to put the landscaping back. Today, I was at the house, and it looks like they were never there! Would definitely recommend and will be using them for my next poly replacement in the summer

I have experienced some serious plumbing problems the last few months in my older home. This company got to the bottom of it & fixed the problem very quickly. Compared to a few other plumbing companies, their fees were more than reasonable. Each one I have talked to on the phone, or in my home, was very courteous, friendly, listened well about my puzzling problem, & was very professional. From this experience, I will call no one else but United Plumbing, when there are things I need done in the future.

Unlike most of their competitors, they provided a rough estimate over the phone. They obviously mention, the price could change depending on if the scenario is bigger in scope than originally articulated. Which is understandable.I requested a kitchen faucet exchange. They accommodated my request within 48hrs and exchanged the old faucet with a new one for what I believe, based on outrageous quotes from their competitors, the best price in town.

Though I live in Albuquerque,my mom is an elderly lady who lives alone in a rual area in La Puebla New Mexico.She doesnt have her own well for water and her water souce comes from my brothers well which is over 500 yards away. With such a distance and living in an isolated location surrounded by several trees causing shade with no sun on the pipes ground, often times her water line gets frozen and she is left without water for days on end. In January, I reached out to United Plumbing and spoke with the owner Richard Montoya who was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He expressed sincere compassion and empathy for my mother and stated his heart went out hearing my mother had been without water for a few weeks. My call with Richard was on a Sunday afternoon, Richard stated he will go out asap to inspect the issue. Thinking the dispatch would happen later in the week, I was enthusiasticly impressed to receive a call from him a few hours later, where he was outside my mothers house to inspect the issue. Richard and his technician headed to the well house where Richard found the water freezing had caused busted pipes in the well house having no heating which caused the water to freeze numerous times. With flash lights, and the headlights from the company work van they worked well into the night until my mom got running water. United Plumbing installed a new heating device in the well house and even a few days later came back to ensure my mom still had water. Their sincere compassion to the elderly population is truly remarkable. I am beyond impressed that not only didthe owner of United Plumbing make the outreach himself, he did a weekend/evening emergency call. I can not say enough good words about United Plumbing!!!
