I had 5 star remodel a bathroom. They were not the cheapest quote, but they seemed to be the best value. They charge by hour and were accurate in the cost estimation. Dylan and his worker were polite, on-time and dependable and vacuumed the work area almost daily when they were done. However, because they do charge by the hour, they were very diplomatic about design suggestion that would cost more. I regret I did not just wrap my tile around all of the wall in the bathroom. I also wish, I had painted my bedroom or asked them to do it prior, because now my bathroom is too nice for the bedroom and the rest of the house.

I can’t say enough good things about Dylan and his crew!! We had our bathrooms remodeled and couldn’t be happier. They were on time every day and worked the entire time they were here. The project was done within the time frame and price range he quoted.Their precision was impeccable and were always willing to help and give feedback. His guys were always polite and considerate and took time to answer questions along the way. Thank you so much for an incredible experience!

We needed a new hot water heater installed and really wanted it installed the same day, I called Five Star Plumbing and left a message, five minutes later they called me back. After explaining our situation, they said that they could juggle their schedule so that we could get the new heater installed the same day. We couldn’t be happier with Five Star Plumbing, they were professional and friendly, did a great job at a reasonable price, thank you!

Five Star Plumbing is absolutely the best! If you need to re-pipe your home you must use these guys. They are the only ones who will install the new plumbing under the slab and they do a fantastic job. Why would you want to have your water pipes in your attic? Dylan and his crew are professional, honest, diligent and leave your home looking better than when they started. I cannot recommend this company enough!

5 Star Plumbing gave me 5 star service. Dylan was on top of is game and gave explanations in easy to understand terminology. Service was cheap and price was within an affordable range. I would definitely call upon 5 Star again for my plumbing needs.

Employed Five star Plumbing to replace and install a garbage disposal and to clear numerous pipes throughout my Rio Rancho home.This a newer business and the work that was performed by the owner and his team was exceptional! Prices were very reasonable, and he contacted me after the job was completed to make sure that the work they had performed was still doing well. I wouldnt consider going to another plumber after this. GREAT job!

Dillon and Adolpho are wonderful!! Not only are they master plumbers, fast, efficient, and trying to find the most economical way to do the job right, but they are super neat (the cupboard under my kitchen sink was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!!)! And that says a lot considering the mess they had to deal with! This old geezette will never look for another plumber! They were super polite, explained what they were doing, and were more than fair with their price. Look no further, these guys are great!

Our family has had the disadvantage of having a home with poor piping and any time we have had an issue we have always used five star plumbing. They are always on top of our emergencies with plumbing. The are reliable, hard working, and care about what they do. They not only do an amazing job with their work but they care about my family and it is a true joy to have them around even if it is not for the best reasons.

These guys are the last plumbers I had to call. I live in a very unique off grid property and have presented some challenging plumbing puzzles to at least 4 other Plumbing service companys To each I said I would like to find a solution for this problem they all fixed the leak but not the core issue. 5 star fixed the problem, not just the leak.

I highly recommend Five Star Plumbing. Dylan, the owner, is professional, courteous, honest, and arrived on time through this whole process. He was with me every step of the way and his team are punctual and extremely hard-working. He’s such an amazing leader why would you not? In a short amount of time, he felt like family. I just wanted to say thank you for the work you did for our family. I had no walls in my house because of the repair pipes of our home. By the time they left, you couldnt tell they came. I was a bit stressed as I never had to deal with busted pipes. The team was lovely, calming, really quick, and efficient. I wanted a tummy tuck this year but my home got the nip and tuck. Im heading to the gym. You run don’t walk to call 5-star plumbing.

If you want a professional job done right, give Five Star Plumbing a call! Dylan and his partner fixed a broken shower faucet for me. They provided me with different options and quotes for the job. I chose to have the faucet replaced which required them to cut a large hole in the wall. They did a beautiful job! The wall looks just as it did before...no signs of the hole. I will definitely call them again in the future.

I had Dillon (owner) and his assistant out to correct shabby workmanship from Pulte Construction (in my 5 year old home located in the Loma Colorado sub in Rio Rancho). A fitting broke underground on my side right at the water meter. Dillon could tell I was desperate on the phone and he juggled his jobs & came out within 2 hrs - when everyone else was telling me 1-2 days! The 5-Star crew was efficient, professional, fun to work and did great work! Thanks guys, you really bailed me out!
