Let’s begin with who shows up to work at your house. It’s always a gamble letting someone you don’t know inside your home that being said Ron and Erin are probably some of the most decent, professional and hardworking individuals you will ever do business with. They showed up on time did a quick survey of the area in need of work, figured out what was needed and got the job done. A few hours later I had a new water heater with all new connections, drains, straps and most importantly hot water. I got at least 4 other quotes and theirs was the best for the job. Includes a two year warranty so thats a plus all others only offer one year. Would definitely recommend Flo pro for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Amazing company, great service very professional, reasonable and responsible.

Ron is the best plumber Ive ever used. Period.He is very knowledgeable, responsive, understanding, and does fantastic work. He initially came to my new house to check the water heater and install a thermostat upstairs, he finished both within an hour. I called him the next day (Saturday) when a pipe burst in my wall and he came right away. Found the pipe and repaired it right away. The next week I decided to replace the water heater and called him back out - he got us squared away within 48 hours. His rates are very reasonable and you cant beat his workmanship and quality of repairs. Im so happy I found Flo Pro and recommend Ron to everyone!!!!

Replacing my heater and cooler is a big thing. I wanted to make sure I had the right eqipment for my home, installed by a caring, careful, and professional staff, at a price I could afford. I called and got multiple quotes, and through the decision making process, Ron at Flo Pro was there to answer all of my questions. When I hired Flo Pro, it was no different. The Flo Pro staff installed my new heater and cooler quickly and efficiently. They were careful to comply with all local codes so the inspection went off without a hitch. My new cooler ran like a dream all summer. Ron just started up my heater today. I have obtained climate control thanks very much to Flo Pro. I would (and do) highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace their heater and/or cooler.

Exceptional service and swift repair of my AC unit! Recently, my AC unit stopped working and I thought that I would have to wait a week or more to get it fixed. Despite their tight schedule with no available openings for almost a week, Flo Pro went above and beyond to ensure my AC unit worked properly. They sent technicians over to diagnose the repair the very same day I contacted them. I know next to nothing about AC units so I wasn’t sure how much or how long it would take to repair. After running all the necessary diagnostic tests, technicians were able to replace a part on the unit the same day! The Flo Pro team was super professional, and the price couldn’t be better. I highly recommend Flo Pro to anyone in need of AC repair services.

Couldn’t remember who I used last time and I called others and they couldn’t come til Monday (it’s Friday) and during our horrible high heat summer 2023! I’m glad I read ratings and called Ron! I received text message alerts when he was en route and showed up early (win). He was fast but not too fast to where you question anything. He explained everything that was wrong or not wrong per se with my HVAC system in addition to some other not minor issues no one ever took the time to go over since I purchased my home. He provided pictures and recommendations. Todays issue was resolved promptly. He was extremely courteous and more than helpful. I would highly recommend and use again!! More than 5 stars if I could.

My AC stopped working on a day when temperatures were supposed to reach over 100 degrees. I called over ten AC repair companies and all of them told me it would be days to a week before they could even come look at it. I called Flo Pro LLC and they said they could fit me in on that evening, so I took it. Around 11:50 am they called and said they could get to my house in about ten minutes... Awesome!! They diagnosed the issue and determined what the problem was, they said they could get the part today and they left to retrieve parts and take care of other calls. To my joyous surprise they were back by about 2 in the afternoon and everything was done my 2:30 pm. My AC is now fixed and cooling my house. I am so thankful. The service I received was super nice and super kind, some of the other companies were not that friendly and the people at Flo Pro were so friendly. I will never call anyone else ever again. Thank you.Update: had to call this company again today and once again they were out in just a couple of hours and were wonderful to deal with. They are officially the only company I will call from now on.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I called and spoke to Ron, I had an emergency over the weekend. Ron was so nice and professional. He sympathized with my predicament and responded right away. Fast, Prompt and Professional. Its hard these days to find a plumber that showes up when they say there going to. Ron showed up early on a Saturday when our pipes froze and broke.
