I cannot say enough good things about Heck Plumbing, Ronnie, and his coworker (I hate that I didnt get his name, I wasnt home when theyd first arrived and introductions had already been made.I am normally very hesitant to hire labor services outside of my already established network but Heck Plumbing is now our go-to for everything water related.I called Tuesday around noon to inquire about their fee schedule for a slab leak and if they had the appropriate equipment to pinpoint its exact location. They did, and were at my home in under 20 hours. They were scheduled for 10am but called me at 8am to say they were ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes. By 10:30 am they had located the exact location of the leak, and I mean EXACT, dug a hole in a bedroom floor less than 12 in diameter (I was expecting a much larger disturbance), left ZERO dust anywhere in this room, had fixed the busted part of the pipe and poured new concrete.I am just so impressed with the service provided by Heck Plumbing, I hope they remain in business for many decades to come. Needed a new water heater installed. They gave several recommendations and stated theyd come after I told them I had the old tank drained. They arrived less than an hour after I informed them I was ready with an empty tank. The installation was complete within 2 hours while being totally professional the entire time. After they departed I noticed the new water lines to the heater didnt have insulation on them. I contacted the owner and one of the guys was back within 30 minutes tidying up what I brought to their attention. Awesome customer service! Would definitely use them again.

Heck Plumbing came out 1 day after we requested their service. They were on time, efficient , and cleaned up after they were done. We have 3 dogs that live inside and those guys made all 3 of them were comfortable with their presence before they got to work. Heck goes above and beyond the call of duty....I will never call anyone else for my familys plumbing needs. They are very reasonably priced and quick to get the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area of Rincon, Guyton, Port Wentworth, and Hardeeville.

These guys cleaned out the lines and made the toilets and showers drain perfectly. The blond fella even did a perfect job of caulking the toilets for us because they wabbled after we installed them ourselves. These guys didnt leave until everything was complete and working right. Very honest and knowledgeable plumbers....and they showed up on schedule!

Heck Plumbing handles all of my companys commercial plumbing needs and does an excellent job. I needed to have a tankless water heater issue taken care of that resulted in a replacement. The Heck Team and Roger performed so far above my expectations that it is simply difficult to explain. He was genuinely concerned about getting hot water back in our home. He immediately called a local supply house and had the entire project completed the next day. I truly appreciate having a local service provider I can trust. Well Done!!

Theyve completed 2 jobs for me. One was a slab leak and the other was a drain line issue. Randy is as legit as they come.I was expecting the worst with the slab leak but they had it fixed in less than an hr.What they charged me to fix the drain line was half of what the other Co. charged my tenant. The other Co. is supposed to specialize in clearing blocked lines (R.R!) They charged my tenant $400 and werent able to fix the problem..... not cool.
