    I called Coastal Home Services and Bill came over in a timely manner to give an estimate. He asked what we wanted and explained everything that needed to be done. He was personable, punctual, respectful and very detailed in his work. We couldnt have gotten anyone better. We so appreciated him and his work. He did an awesome job and we will call him again if we need something done. We definately will recommend him to anyone. We love our shelves!     Bill, the owner of Coastal Home Services, deserves more than a 5 star review!! He is super professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, caring and excellent at what he does!!! He came out to do a quote for drywall replacement after our hot water heater tank burst, resulting in water going everywhere and damaged our drywall. The same day he came to quote us, he went to get supplies for the job, picked up a new water heater for us and started the necessary repairs, all because he cared!! He even offered to let us borrow one of his extra units until we could find the right size system for our home. Thankfully, he found one that was perfect for us and he was able to install it the same day and we didnt have to go another day without hot water. Bill totally went above and beyond for us!! His business ethics and personal character means a lot! He truly takes pride in his work and it shows. We are so thankful for his quick assistance and services!!! We would recommend him to you and your family too!!! Dont waste your time calling anyone!!!

    Deserves more than 5 stars. I can’t recommend highly enough… prompt, reliable, and honest. I thought I needed a new attic fan, he said it just needed adjusting and had a lot more life in it. Saved me time and money. I’ll definitely call next time I need home repairs.

    Bill was an absolute God-send! We had just moved in, and needed a fixture hung in our dining room. The fixture is pretty heavy, and so we opted to find someone to install for us. Bill was so gracious and professional. He called back and was able to come the same day and do the installation. We definitely will be calling him for more projects. We would 100% recommend him and his work. He knows what he’s doing and does a great job.

    I highly encourage contacting this company for any of your home remodeling/repair needs. I have needed many contractors throughout my life but this was my best experience. Bill is friendly, timely, professional, and the type of person who takes satisfaction from doing the job well. I purchased a home and needed 2 ceilings removed and new insulation and drywall hung. When the ceilings were removed, it was discovered that the previous builder had severely botched the duct work and electrical. I thought it was going to blow the budget but Bill was able to keep everything on track by suggesting creative solutions that kept us on pace and actually improved the placement of the air registers and made the cooling of the room more efficient. I doubt I could have found a company to beat his price and even if I did, they would have just increased the price at that point instead of figuring out solutions that helped my bottom line instead of their own. This type of service is certainly a rare thing.I was able to see his progress during the repairs and his work was top notch. I dont know how he completed it so fast because he took extra care to get everything flush and level in my 1935 home and he cut no corners. He even cleaned up his workspace each day and was respectful of my home as if it were his own. I dont ever leave reviews but considering the service I received, honestly I felt like its the least I could do. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend and contract again for any small or large project.

    Bill and Jessie are 2 amazing people. Bill cares for and respects your home as if it is his own. We had a water heater upgraded to tankless and replaced. He gave great suggestions on replacements and we couldnt be happier with the results. His honesty integrity and ambition to help are just a few great things about this company and Bill.     I am so glad that we decided to call Coastal Home Services to do some home repairs. I was surprised when he showed up the same day to take a look at things and he was very quick to get back to us with a quote. Bill was always prompt, professional, courteous and honest.He did some repairs on our roof, he repaired a big hole in our kitchen ceiling as well as installing canned lighting for us and he replaced our back door that had previous water and termite damage. He used quality materials and really did an excellent job and it was all fairly priced. He didnt try to cut corners or up-sell. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything he did. I would definitely recommend his services and we wouldnt hesitate to call him again in the future if we have any other repair needs.

    This is the third time Bill has done projects for us and he is absolutely fantastic. He tiled our outdoor patio and it looks amazing. The tile work is excellent and he even went the extra mile to create perfect edges and add trim. We thought he was great on the past jobs but far exceeded our expectations with this project.

    Wow! Came out same day. Very professional and did a great job. Removed an upper refrigerator cabinet and side side wall so space can accommodate a larger fridge.     Bill did an amazing job repairing the side of our house where we had damage to the siding and wood underneath. The repair was done very quickly and we felt that the price we paid was more than fair. We will definitely call him again if we need any home repairs done in the future!

    Bill is a rare find when it comes to handy men! He is prompt, fair, honest and reliable! He answers the phone, shows up when he says and even goes as far as to call you at 9pm to see how the repairs are going. His work is immaculate and completed . I have since hired him to do as many of our home repairs as possible. You wont be sorry just call !

    Mr Boyd is professional and courteous every time I speak with him on the phone or in person.He replaced and aluminum piece on the A-frame of our house back in February, 2021. He arrived on time in charge a very reasonable price for the repair. You cant even notice that the aluminum piece was ever broken because he found the perfect replacement that matched the color of our house. Were now selling our house and Im trying to use him again in such short time.

    Bill came highly recommended and did not disappoint! He did multiple projects including laying flooring, installing kitchen cabinets and putting up a tile backsplash.     I was selling my home in Guyton, and discovered a leak in my dining room. I needed someone to come look at it immediately and after calling a few contractors i couldnt get anyone to come out quick enough. Bill, from Coastal Home Services, was the only one who came in, same day, and was able to diagnose the cause of the leak and schedule a repair. The repair took 2 days and he even came after hours to ensure that it could be finished before the appraisal. Provided professional, courteous, and expedient service at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again if i wasnt moving. 5 STARS

    You won’t go wrong in hiring Bill to do your repairs or rebuilds. There isn’t much he doesn’t do. If he tells you, he’s going to be there at a certain time, be ready. He calls before he gets there and while there he’s working. I highly recommend him.
