My experience with Cribbs plumbing was nothing less than impeccable. Mr. Jerry and his son have both come to my home for repairs, and I can honestly say I was very impressed by their professionalism and timeliness. They both went above their expected duties and took the time to not only educate me on ways to make repairs myself, but they also explained to me the process and procedures they used to make repairs to my plumbing issues. I really appreciated the good nature and honesty of both Mr. Jerry and Alex and I look forward to working with them again in the future. They are an example that theres still some good honest people left in this world, and I would recommend their business to anyone.Thank you Cribbs and Son for your excellent service, and you are greatly appreciated!!!

Have had both the father and the son here for a few warranty issues over the last several years. They both work fast and efficiently, and they document anything that the warranty company needs. Would definitely recommend in the future!

I had to leaks in my bathroom and I called my home warranty company. They connected me with Cribbs and Son Plumbing and I am so glad they did. They repaired my leaks very quickly and were great to work with. They called ahead and let me know what time they would arrive. I plan to use them for my next plumbing project. Great plumbers!

My home warranty company had referred me to a different plumbing company and after 5 weeks on no results they contacted Cribbs & Son Plumbing. Communication and service was excellent. Part was ordered and replaced with in a week with follow up on a timely manner. Thank you so much for great service.

My home warranty company referred me to them for a plumbing leak in my home. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly. They called prior to arrival and was able to identify the problem within minutes of examining the problem. Mr. Cribbs even gave me tips on simple things that would remedy the problem in the future. He and his son were very nice and accurate. He even made sure to document the reasoning for sheetrock removal in the form for the insurance company so that they will take care of having someone come out and repair that as well. I would most definitely recommend Cribbs & Son Plumbing to anyone that requires the service. Theyre company is in Rincon, but they provide service calls to the Savannah area as well.

Our warranty company sent out these guys and they were great! I didn’t expect to have them come so quick, but got a call first thing Monday morning. They were friendly, fixed the problem and went on their way! Definitely recommend!
