    Had an issue with the water Heater not producing hot water, called the office and they were able to switch a few things around and called back and Robert was here in 30 to 45 minutes. He reset the system, while he waited to see if it rebooted he took the time to explain what was happening as well as going through the troubleshooting guide and what needs to done if it happens again. Very pleasant and respectful. After doing the diagnosis and fix we are back to taking hot showers, Yea Robert, Happy New Year, sure made ours a little Happier

    We ran into some issues getting our system fixed - Mistakes were made and the fix never happened, but ultimately, they made it right and refunded the cost associated with the call.Based on the other reviews - I do believe this is a solid company and Im going to give the benefit of the doubt and continue using them for my HVAC needs. There is always potential for an off day.They do show up when you call them and outside of this experience - have been knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

    Russ did a great job of going over what was appropriate for our house and highlighting the options and advantages. He was extremely responsive and we were up and running in short order.     I called for after hours service for our A/C that went out. It was about 90 degrees in our home. I have a contract with a company but they could not fit me in that evening. Dyess did though!! The tech kept me informed of his possible arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost was much less than I anticipated given the situation. The tech even told me the part was a warranty item, which I had no ideal and saved me money!! I definitely recommended Dyess! Above and beyond service!!

    My husband was impressed from the first call when he was told the salesman would call him in 10 minutes and Josh called back in five. Then Angel and his crew was able to start the job early and finish within one day. It did take a while for them to come back and install the conversion kit but Harry did a fantastic job. Everyone was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend their service.

    Jacob was REAT, he was very polite, he listened to what the problem was with our failed heating unit.     8/25-Called with an AC system not working. David, who knows our systems well came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and has taken steps to get the necessary part as quickly as possible. when the part arrives he will return to repair the system.8/28-David returned with a new blower motor, replaced the part, and tested the system to working order. Great job!9/2 - Scheduled maintainance on both systems. As always, David was on time, thorough, checked inside and outside, gave me a thorough review of what he found and an idea of things to look at in his next full service and an idea of cost. He will return for quarterly service/review in December. I understand where things stand and he, as always, was professional.2/5 - Just replaced the primary HVAC system in our house with a new Carrier. The whole process was handled professionally with timely and neat service by courteous personnel. Who can ask for more than that?

    Haved used them twice. Very professional and very quick service. Lighting took my AC out Friday night, called them Sat morning, tech who was actually the service manager was there around lunch, determined outside compressor was toast, new unit put in first thing Monday morning. I will never call anyone else. They earned my future business for sure. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

Throughout the years they have been professional, efficient, and consistent.Since the company was merged into Dyess 3-4 years ago the bar has risen higher and new levels of professionalism and efficiency have been reached.I operate 3 oceanfront resort properties and when I have an issue, Farmers/Dyess resolves it in a manner that is transparent to the guest. They are easy to work with, very considerate in scheduling to meet our needs and are exceptional in maintaining efficient and robust communications. Mr Floyd, a senior service technician, was our “ go to” person whenever scheduled maintenance or non scheduled assistance was required. Thorough, technically first class and a kind person to boot, Mr Floyd went out of his way to take care of our systems. As we sold our home, we called on Dyess Air for final inspections and were pleased with their customer service.     Dave came on short notice on a blistering hot Friday afternoon in July to address a malfunction in one of the compressors. He stayed for over two hours. He determined that both the compressor and air handler needed to be replaced (they were 13 years old). Even though it wasn’t good news I know that he did his best. This is not the first time I have used Air. I trust their judgment.

    My air conditioner shut down when I pulled the old electric filter cage out to change the filter. I have two large extremely furry dogs that would not do well in the heat without a/c. I called the company and George arrived under 30 minutes. The electrical connection to the filter had broken and was unrepairable. However, to my surprise George said the problem was only a burned out fuse and that I could still run the a/c without the electrical plug- in filter. He changed the fuse, flushed out the system and my a/c started running just fine. George was friendly, professional and kind. The price was extremely reasonable too.

    I recieved three quotes. Obviously Dyess Air provided the best. Not even comparable really. The third quote was literally twice as much, for the same system. Work was done on time. No amount of standing around was observed. Its not recommended but weve been blasting 68 degrees. After last summers cooking, weve decide to wait to control the electrical bill with a frugal setting.Hindsight I wish I order the WiFi thermostat

    Air conditioning went out during a very hot and humid July. Technician was at the house within 2 hours of my initial call. Air was back within 20 minutes! Costs were minimal.     Problem: HVAC quit. Jose showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly, demonstrated the difference with the bad and a good part which he had on his service van.He could have buttered it up and walk away, but he took the time to change the filter, clean the condenser and check the drain pipe. Aha, the drain pipe was 80% blocked causing the HVAC to cycle on/off. Cleared the blockage. Gave me some good maintenance tips as well.Very highly recommend Farmers and Jose!!
