We recently moved the location of our salon. Water is super important at a hair salon (obviously) and everything that could have gone wrong did. We were able to reach the plumber who did our previous work (and we learned later used a lot of used parts -_-) and so we were recommended to this plumbers. They came right out (and we used them two more times) and they fixed the issues, were really pleasant, and didnt charge us anything ridiculous. Im impressed. Thanks again!!!!

The old water heater had started making funny noises in the early morning about 4:30am. I looked on google for a company that handled water heaters in my area and phoned them. And they set up an appointment for me at that time. They called me twice during the morning, to tell me the time of the appointment and then the service provider called to tell me that he was on his way. Workers came and did an excellent job! I was very impressed with plumbing services.

Our bathroom sink got backed up and I called them on a neighbors recommendation. It was a pleasant surprise hiring these guys because they were friendly, polite, and expert in their work. Fixed the sink quickly and charged a reasonable amount. Our go-to guys for future.

I have to say I am genuinely impressed with this service. These guys are very skillful and honest.Our AC unit is around 15 years old. It uses R22 refrigerant, which is quite expensive. I was receiving some ridiculous prices for a few pounds of the refrigerant. This company gave me a price which was still expensive, but much less than others.We got our Freon recharge, but the technician revealed that the unit is leaking the refrigerant very slowly. Soon we will run out of Freons, again. He also told us that R22 will be eradicated from the entire world by 2020. We will have a new unit installed soon, but right now we have to make do with the old unit.

Had to get my furnace fixed for my apartment. First they replaced the valve in our furnace and the furnace heated for about a couple of hours before it stopped working. Call them again and the repairman diagnosed it was a simple loose wire and fixed it free of charge. Very friendly and highly recommend them!

Very good experience with Rite Rate. You see our main water line erupted during wee hours and it was very frustrating. I called Rite Rate around 1 AM and thank goodness someone answered. They came in less than an hour and fixed our water lines within 2 hours. They charged a little bit more (expected as this is an emergency, but not too much like other emergency plumbers we have used before). They are easy to talk top as I also negotiated the rate a little bit. Dont be afraid to negotiate with them as they will provide you with discounts too. Recommended.

We switched on our furnace for the first time this season as the weather is getting colder by day. The furnace didnt produce any heat. These guys got me an early appointment and sent a technician at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the unit and fixed it within thirty minutes. Great work and polite customer service. I highly recommend them.

After discovering that my heating unit was no longer producing hot air--just cold, I called Rite Rate. They fit me in the same day I called, and sent their service man out. He was fantastic and worked quickly. After, he explained everything to me, showed me everything, and I walked away understanding EXACTLY what happened and the charges.The service guy was polite, funny, and even tolerated my dog barking at him, then ultimately becoming best friends with him. He even had all the information I relayed to the dispatch person readily available--always nice not to have to repeat basic information.So happy with their services, Ill never call another company for my heating/AC issues.

Air conditioner was not working properly. Rite Rate sent Remy to perform the repair. Needed freon and a good cleaning. Remy did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue. Our A/C at the house had stopped blowing out cold air in the middle of summer when we decided to give Rite rate a call. Their Tech was able to come out within 30 minutes of us calling and had everything fixed and running again before lunch. The tech explained exactly what went wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from recurring, and also outlined some low-cost, do-it-yourself steps we could take to save some money on future maintenance/servicing.
